• David (9/5): Just perfect, Good value for money! - Very good value for money. Very happy with the facilities. Had everything you needed, sometimes even more than you need. The owner was very helpful. Would come back again. Could do with a sign at the end of the drive. Was a bit hard to spot, other than that nothing else.

• Anne (7/5): Appreciated being jnside & sheltered from bitter cold weather. - Room clean cosy. Lovely little touches like breakfast cereals available, hair dryer/straightener available. Loved taking a bath. Upstairs s bit if a climb with luggage, a bit grotty outside. Freezing cold had to wait for place to heat up. Shower water ran icy cold or it burnt me 👎🏽

• Roxana (8/5): It was a good experience and good location. - Didn’t have bkf there. Although there were options . Kenny was very approachable, helpful any friendly. Housekeeper Irene very nice and friendly too. The bed in my room was a bit wobble.
• David (4/5): - Never had breakfast , was not aware , times or when it was presented , left pretty early though. Was not aware it was in the middle of a housing scheme, side entrance was in a delapitated looking state , you need to make people aware that my middle room was incredibly small, with just a porthole , too small for me , no windows made it all feel clostrfobic, on the other had the bed in the room and shower area were immaculate and spotless. Would I personally stay here again , not for me, take picture of room & make people aware of its size.

Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küche gut ausgestattet. Außengelände nicht schön. Gibt sicher bessere Unterkünfte, aber mit Sicherheit auch viel schlechtere. Im Preis-Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften günstig. Außengelände könnte man pflegen
• Margot (3/5): Would not recommend unless you're strapped for cash and really need to stop for the night. - It is cheap and it was easy to let ourselves in and to leave in the morning. First of all this is located in a very shady area, in a house was was quite obviously supposed to be a council house. The shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot and we found a pill bug in the bathtub. There is only one bathroom (and the toilets are in it) for four bedrooms (at least 5 people). The walls were paper thin which meant we had no intimacy and the other guests got up very early and talked loudly in the kitchen which was adjacent to our room so we didn't get much sleep. The supposedly double bed was really narrow for two people and too soft. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked as there was barely any milk left when we started making breakfast.

• McQuire (1/5): Shit hole - Nothing, the outside was disgusting, with a path that was a death trap. Litter all over, cigarette stubs all around the bin. Don't know why you list it to he honest. It seems it was somebody's shitty spare room. There was bo parking, chapped the door with no answer, so with that said, didn't stay. Everything, it wasn't inviting at all. Paying £60 and not staying is bad enough. But maybe you should send someone around these places to make sure they are worthy of a listing. As I am seriously thinking of deleting your app.

Además dejan bastante cositas para desayunar, como pan, leche, cereales, avena (un gran detalle en verdad). En el baño también dejan muchos detalles, como champú, cepillo de dientes... Muy atentos por su parte además de un check in fácil. Hay zona de aparcamiento gratis muy cerca de la casa. Muchas gracias! No se me ocurre nada

• emily (5/5): decent but with problems - The room was nice, it was clear that whoever was keeping it clean did an excellent job. The room wasn't super far from the centre either, only about 20 minutes walking. The rooms were secure and it was comfy enough. As a solo traveller, I felt safe. This place was good for one night. If you're going to see your team play at the nearby footie club, you're golden. I think anyone expecting to go and stay in a cottage or guest house will be disappointed. The home was located on a street with council housing which, for me is absolutely fine as a Brit, but I can see why it would definitely be jarring for others. The window was comically tiny. I only had to share a bathroom with another solo traveller, but if all rooms were filled I think I would have been quite upset. Not to mention, we shared the house with a troupe of spiders, whom I have an awful fear of. Breakfast was serve yourself toast/cereal, which is fine, but "breakfast included" perhaps might entail other things for other people. Had I spent multiple nights here, I possibly would have considered leaving early.
• Carmen (3/5): Nie wieder - Handtücher waren frei verfügbar Insgesamt ein schäbiger Eindruck, den auch die Dekoversuche nicht wett machen konnte. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht in dem Haus. Der Keysafe am Haus ging extrem schwer auf und ohne das ich einen Mitbewohner herausgeklopft hatte, stände ich wahrscheinlich heute noch vor der Tür. Boiler im Bad funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Bett war für mich, 1,72 cm, schon zu kurz.

• Hannah (7/5): Comfy, safe base for a busy trip. - Breakfast was cereal, I had a twelve hour coach trip to get to for 8am so didn't have time for anything more and was on a Sunday morning. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfy and bathroom was nice. The TV was a nice touch as I don't have one at home. Ideally for short stays to not have that much wardrobe space and a bit more room round the bed and little table. Nicely decorated though. Noise of other guests coming and going and slamming front door, front door was very shabby like a temp fire door so did make me a bit nervous at first as a solo traveller. Location wasn't ideal as a twenty minute walk from city centre BUT I did book about a week before and not many options to be fair. The key setup was a bit of a faff with the instructions to get the initial key then put back once inside in safe then get own key from top of stairs. I would say the TV bracket needs looking at as when I tried to move it out closer to the bed it did look like it was coming away from wall a bit.
• Amy (4/5): Not recommended for solo female travelers. Poor quality:price ratio. - The housekeeper was lovely - she was the only reason that I was able to enter the apartment. The instructions for arriving at the apartment were very unclear — the owner did not explain that there was a separate side door to the property that you have to enter, and in the dark you couldn’t see any numbers to indicate which door to enter. After standing outside in the dark confused and concerned for a good while, thankfully the housekeeper arrived to save the day and explained how to enter. The bathroom was clean and fine — hot water in the shower was good. I appreciated being able to have a toast and tea in the morning. The mattress was truly HORRID. I wouldn’t even classify it as a mattress; it was basically a misshapen blanket. As an averaged-I sized young female, I automatically felt the hard springs upon sitting down on the bed. I had a horrible nights sleep — the mattress caved into the middle and I was stuck on the hard springs. I saw reviews from months ago claiming that the mattresses would be replaced, but this was clearly not the case. Another issue is that the keys and door locks were extremely loud and cumbersome, so you could hear every time another guest left their room to go to the kitchen or the bathroom. All 4 rooms had to share 1 bathroom. Also, I would not recommend this place for solo female travelers. To arrive at the property it’s a 20 min walk from the city center, and you have to pass many dark and unpopulated streets. I am very accustomed to traveling alone, but I did not feel comfortable arriving to the property at night. Perhaps it would be a better idea for men or couples traveling together. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and not worth the price.

It would be nice to be told the procedure more in advance. In short it would be good to be told at the time of booking that you don't get the key code until the day.

In the AM I told the Cleaning person that I had to put extra pillows below the sunken center of the mattress ,to "even it out ". She said "new mattresses are being delivered soon.". NOT soon enough

Cucina con tutto il necessario e colazione varia e ricca! Non è lontano dal centro ma se si vogliono usare i mezzi pubblici il bus passa ogni ora.

• GIULIA (9/5): Molto bene. - Camere molto pulite a parte gli armadi. Letto comodo. Bagno in comune ma pulitissimo e fornitori di shampoo, spazzolini e bagnoschiuma. A disposizione anche una cucina che non abbiamo utilizzato. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con parcheggio gratis sotto casa. A disposizione asciugamani puliti e phon. Le pareti sono poco spesse e si sente tutto.

• Kelly (1/5): Awful - Tiny room in a council house. Bed was terrible, spring in my husbands back all night long. There are four rooms so 8 people sharing the 1 toilet and bathroom. Our bedroom door was difficult as it scraps on the floor. There was no hot water to the shower. Breakfast is self serve cereal and toast. Location is not ideal, I was concerned about our rental car being damaged during the night. Sorry but this is the 1st ever bad review I’ve ever given. Only positive was the lovely cleaning lady who tried to assist with the shower water and dies a great job with cleaning. Everything expect the cleaner

• Uma (7/5): - It was in a pleasant location; not too in the center of town where it’s loud and touristy but quiet and next to cute cafes. The facilities were very clean and there was everything we needed from shower gel to spare toothbrushes to food and extra towels. The cleaning staff was very wonderful and kind. The owner was sweet and responded quickly to issues. It’s affordable, and perfect for students/young people who need something that has everything at not too high a price. The owner didn’t let us keep our bags in the house after checkout which was quite frustrating. The doors locks are sticky and the bed is incredibly squeaky and thin. Not anything terrible, but certainly not perfect all around.
• Jönsson (7/5): Helt okej boende med frächt rum - Det var lätt att checka in och checka ut. Rummet var fräscht och rummet var bra. Ett bra ställe att bo på om man ska på utflykter och sådant. Att det var delat badrum funkade okej men borde ingått i priset. Frukosten var inte alls bra, endast rostbröd som man hade tillgång till i köket som inte heller ingick i vanliga priset. Var inte värt att lägga till frukosten på vistelsen.

• Carmen (4/5): Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht mehr aussuchen - Nichts hat uns gefallen..... Es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Frühstück mussten wir selber machen. Es Lag alles in der Küche und Kühlschrank. Von Außen konnten wir nicht erkennen das es dort eine Unterkunft gab. Für 6 Personen gab es nur 2 Skones zu Essen Toastbrot war auch nicht um bedingt ausreichend vorhanden wenn man 4 Männer dabei hat....

• Peter (1/5): Rubbish - Nothing Everything . We struggled to find the accommodation, as we thought it might have the name of the place outside. The pathway is uneven, which makes it awkward to pull cases. It stated in the advertisement it comes with breakfast, but I don’t want to eat cereal that every man and his dog could have had their hands in. The shower wouldn’t heat up, but it didn’t matter as the water pressure was totally inadequate. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, and I would definitely never stay there again.
