- Emelyn (10/5): Good night sleep! - Location wise it was lovely. The communication with the lady when I arrived but it was
Sorted eventually re:form of payment through the machine and the owner came by late afternoon and all were grand.
- patricia (6/5): - Ubicacion y vistas Nunca asearon habitacion, horario desayuno partio tarde.
- Marcelo (10/5): - Todo.
- Aoife (9/5): - Gorgeous property with a stunning garden and big, spacious clean rooms! The staff were very friendly and the rooms are quite modern. Unfortunately there is a rooster in the next property that woke us up from 4am so we were awake since then. Nothing to do with the host or any fault of theirs but something to keep in mind
- Verónica (6/5): - El lugar muy lindo, con bonita vista El desayuno un poco pobre, fui a tomar desayuno y me dijeron que el café de cafetera se había acabado y tenía que tomar instantáneo
El personal no muy atento
- chefg (8/5): Mountain view - Mountain view , beautiful garden, big rooms and bed. Clean rooms. Shower not hot , limited breakfast choices , The host did not refill brewed coffee. The road to hotel was unaccessible due to ongoing construction of the road. Bath towels worn out and too old.

Jamais vi a cor do troco. Só enrolaram ate a saida. É pouco mais é nosso. Muito deselegante e ate desonesto.
Segundo: Apos o checkin, achamos estranho o valor.

- Roman (9/5): Superb -
- Ting (7/5): Good -
- Czarnecki (6/5): Pleasant - Location, gardens, off the main square but within walking distance Needed a bit more cleaning when we arrived.
- Susie (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (9/5): Delightful Welcoming Small Hotel - Beautiful location. With a lovely shared garden space with sweet animals for our son to play with. Staff very kind and helpful. Ideal location. Woke to breath taking views. Would love a bit more hot water in the shower but understand the limitation.
- Brian (9/5): Peaceful retreat - We loved this place. It has a nice courtyard full of fruit trees and hummingbirds. You can sit out there with your coffee in the morning and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. It's got an eclectic collection of decorations and a couple of resident cats too. Pretty close to town - easy to walk there but just far enough to be quiet at night.
- Frederick (8/5): Great location to explore Ollantaytambo and Machu picchu - Location was great to everything. Just a walking distance to downtown, the archeological site and market and the train station. Breakfast could have more variety and quantity.
- Mary (4/5): Disappointing - The location was fine Didn’t feel the photos accurately reflected the rooms. Beds were very uncomfortable
- Crystal (10/5): Beautiful - Quiet, peaceful
- Un (10/5): Incredible place - the location
the guest Leni is so special and nice
incredibly beautiful energy nothing
- Sanju (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruno (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vanessa (6/5): Pleasant - The Location is nice as it's super close but yet quiet. The Garden is made nicely and the place has its own charme with all the decorations etc. The staff was friendly. The room wasn't very clean and I didn't like the sugar that was placed in the room for some tea, as it was full of ants that were everywhere. The Wifi didn't reach all the way into my room which made working in the Hotel a bit unpleasant. But all in all I'd say it was a fair price for the location.
- Paul (5/5): Passable - The place has the potential to be amazing. The grounds of the property are beautiful. The complex is extensive. Everything else seems to have fallen to the wayside. The linens are old and tattered. We arrived after dark and were told that we'd have hot water in an hour. When we returned after dinner we still had glacial water. By the next morning we were able to take a hot shower but the water pressure was non-existent( it was pretty strong the night before). Breakfast was the bare minimum.
- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location, very friendly staff comfy beds
- Erik (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Excellent stay, perfect view from room #9 and the breakfast was great! Amazing value! - The view from room #9 Hot water could be hotter
- Ursula (8/5): Very good - Great location, a few blocks from the main square.
- Serge (1/5): Our stay was ruined, we strongly suggest to stay clear of casa blanca and new name casa don david. Booking should suspen - We used this hotel 5 years ago, was a great stay, but owner change. the unit requested was book twice and we could not have what we ask, we end up being separated in two different room. Kids in split room with one parent each. And our reservation was still available for booking on booking.com
- Julian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sadasivam (8/5): Very good - Friendly people and environment was great. Garden they maintained was superb and view very nice None
- Mihaela (8/5): Nice hotel close to centre - Nice spacious and clean room. Very close to centre and still away from the noise. Very beautiful garden. Attention: the final price is not the one advertised on Booking. The host charges an extra 18% VAT, in addition to the taxes advertised. Kind of curious!
The breakfast was decent but rather little.
- Rafal (9/5): Everything was great and the views were amazing. -
- Ryane (6/5): I guess you get what you pay for but won't be back - Was clean, had a kettle in room with cups, reasonable distance to main square, internet was good. Booked two king bed rooms, was told not available when we arrived, given two double beds instead.
Was not told about no street access to hotel because of construction until already on the way, had to lug suitcases through construction site and tip workers there to carry.
My pillows were hard as rocks, curtains fell off in both rooms we had when closing them because the bar holding them wasn't secured at all.
Shower door was horribly installed and cheap materials.
A rooster next door woke us up at 5am and wouldn't stop until hours later.
Breakfast was as basic as it gets.
- Gabriel (10/5): Cozy, attentive, very beautiful, clean and comfortable - The people at the hostel are very friendly. They even helped me with questions about getting from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, as my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving almost at dawn. They made sure to pick me up at the main square. The room is clean and the garden smells of local flowers. Great place! There was nothing I didn't like.
- Adrian (9/5): The place was very tidy, shower was hot. The location was good, Ollantaytambo is small anyway. - Location The young girl at reception didn't have much any recommendations of where to eat out. It seemed like it was her first day on the job covering the late shift.
- Maude (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this place, beautiful surroundings, close to the center but very quiet. We booked the family apartment and it was very comfortable. It got quite cold at night and they offered a heater. Would come back in a heartbeat!
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nina (7/5): Good - The beds were comfy and the view to the ruins was spectacular The road in front of the property is under construction meaning it was difficult to access and there was no parking.
- Auwley (8/5): Very good - The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The garden and atmosphere were lovely and the location was great although unfortunately there were road works which made it difficult to access at the time. They organised us a packed breakfast and lunch for our day up to MP. Staff were largely unavailable and we had to message them on WhatsApp as they generally weren't at reception.
- Thomas (1/5): Bad - When we arrived, the staff said they did not have a room for us. Despite our reservation on booking.com.
- Sean (4/5): Disappointing - The staff was very nice and polite
The courtyard in the middle was very pretty
Nice views of surrounding ruins and mountains
The staff did allow us to store our baggage for free while we were in Machu Picchu I purchased 2 double rooms with a balcony and a king size bed, instead I was given 1 standard room with 2 beds on the lower level. I had my information printed out and they eventually provided us with a second standard room but never explained why our original rooms were given to someone else. I was still charged for the original booking price of the 2 double rooms. Not a big deal the rooms are not expensive but you should get what you paid for.
The road in front of the hotel was rubble, the taxi that originally dropped us off got stuck multiple times.
- Carmen (9/5): Good value for money - Big room and lively garden. The hotel is very close to the main square, so excellent location Breakfast was ok, but not exceptional
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rommel (10/5): calm, relax. - the place, the view
- Frédérick (6/5): Not for fussy people - Location, room size Room is dark, ants on the bed
- Esmeralda (10/5): Exceptional - Location Beds are comfortable
- Jessica (1/5): They cancelled my reservation last minute - Nothing I had three nights booked and they cancelled my reservation when I was on my way from Machu Picchu to there (no internet connection). I am a solo female traveller, so getting this message at sunset as I was arriving in a new town was awful. My accommodation was not cancellable through booking, so it was terrible that they were able to do this.
- Sara (7/5): Good - The staff was very nice and the hotel was also beautiful! It is very difficult to get to the hotel. Specially if you arrive in the night alone. I do not recommend it for the location, the street to get there is not illuminated and difficult to find it in the night
- Nichole (1/5): Last minute cancellation by hotel - My 2 day reservation was cancelled by the owners less than 1 hour before my arrival time. They had previously confirmed the reservation and arrival time. I had to find a last minute accommodation which affected our trip. I ended up staying at Picaflor Tambo Guest House, which was absolutely lovely.
I received threats from the hotel to take down this message.
- Janice (9/5): Amazing views, great location, good breakfast. Worth a look! - Great location, close to the plaza and historical sites. Amazing views of the Sanctuary from our room.
Beautiful gardens at the property. It was hard to find as the name on Booking.com isn’t displayed outside. It has another name from a previous life!
- Marc (8/5): Good stay for one night - Very good location - 2 min foot walk away from the main square (like everything in this small town), flexible checkin and we could leave our luggages there while visiting Machu Picchu pueblo! Thanks for the stay
- Felipe (7/5): Good - Staff helpful, very Clean rooms. Very poor breakfast
