You should take this property down from the site. This apartment is a full scam. We booked and got confirmation, there are no contact from property. Gave atleast 2 hours of delay just to let you know that the property is not available. Had to contact booking.com customer service to understand what is going on. This host has couple of other property as we unfortunately booked two apartments of his and had a loss of total loss of money and time. We had to book three different apartments. And had a total wait time of 6 hours. Finally had to accommodate to a hotel cause of there aren’t any last minute accommodations.
Michał (1/5): FRAUD - This man cheated on us. After answering the phone, he hung up and didn't answer again, he sent a text message from the Internet gateway that I couldn't talk and he hasn't called me back yet.

Mwambu (1/5): Absolute nightmare of a stay! - Absolute nightmare of a stay! I was not able to move into the flat until 6.45pm because the landlord was unavailable and would not provide the keys. Eventually I obtained the address and went to the flat and found them still cleaning.The flat is in a block of sheltered housing accommodation. There was scaffolding around the block. Two rooms - the sitting room/lounge and bathroom had recently plastered ceilings which had not been painted. The landlord has not yet returned my £200 deposit which i paid into his bank account. Can Bookings.com take this money from him and refund me?
