• Ellie (1/5): absolute waste of money - absolutely nothing I was discusted with how the owner treated me and my partner. Absolute disgrace we had travelled over, as we got to the property we were trying to get in but the code wouldn’t work so we have rang them to try figure out what was going on as we were both on the phone, they proceeded to put silly childish voices on *highly unprofessional* the man was swearing at us telling us to f**k off telling us we wouldn’t get are refund! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
• Angela (8/5): - Location is great. The very low sofas in lounge. Could do with some TLC.
• Krine (5/5): - Rustig gelegen (enkel tussen 0u00 en 03u 's nacht veel nachtlawaai) Basis is aanwezig als je enkel daar bent om te slapen. Badkamer en wc proper Leuk terrasje (maar slecht onderhouden, onkruid staat er zeer hoog) Geboekt voor 6pers, enkel lakens en maar 1 handdoek voorzien voor 5pers. Zelf voor lakens en extra handdoeken moeten zorgen, zodat pers6 kon slapen en zich wassen. Via telefoon zei host, er is een wasmachine, je kan ze wassen... Code sleutelkluis was niet juist. Koken voor 6 gaat niet, er zijn geen deftige potten en pannen. Beschreven basiskruiden en olie niet aanwezig, evenals koffie en thee De toaster was niet echt proper Matrassen van de verschillende bedden hebben hun beste tijd gehand, je voelde de vering er door. Slaapbanken waren gewoon ok, maar niet echt proper (kruimels en stof tussen de kussens en bevlekt) Het huis was naar behoren gepoetst, maar kon grondiger, er lag nog kledij en een ballon van de vorige huurders.
• Samantha (6/5): Not what we expected - Lovely terrace in a quiet street. Nice little yard and all amenities Was issued wrong key code, was then given another code that didn't work and 3rd attempt got the right one. Up for sale so possibly changing hands but communication should be basic level admin. Hastily decorated, flooring is like a sliding puzzle game, yard with shoulder high weeds. Hastily cleaned leaving sticky dining table, lots of dust and cobwebs, back door unlocked and side gate open.

• Amy (6/5): Nice place with good location just needs a good deep clean. Beds and bathrooms were ok and clean. - Great to have your own space without having to be in a hotel room. The floors and walls were dirty and marked with hand prints, chewing gum and drinks spilt up then. The floors were sticky and the curtains in the main bed room were covered in something all along the bottom (drink again I presume). No kettle was at the property either for our stay however everything else tea, coffee, sweetener and sugar. We also were provided the correct key safe number to gain access to the property so had to ring someone whilst stuck outside.

• Nina (8/5): Very good - Nicely decorated house. All the basic necessities to cook and clean were provided. Some updates to the house felt a little rushed, but nothing that bothered us during our stay.
• Victoria (7/5): Spacious, clean house, approx 15 min walk to Winter Gardens - The house was great & having a bath tub as well as 2 showers & 2 toilets was excellent. There are a few things that need fixing & the bins outside haven't been emptied for goodness knows how long but it was clean & comfortable The area the house was in was fine, but to walk down to town we had to walk down a road that didn't always feel safe. But a cab isn't expensive for the last trip home once it's dark
• Emma (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Cosy home, very spacious. Good location with free parking. Facilities such as shower, en suite, dishwasher and washing machine was good. Handsoap (very important) and dishwasher tablets and washing tablets were left to use which was a bonus. Milk in the fridge left for us which was a kind gesture along with some tea and coffee sachets and little packets of biscuits in each bedroom. Upon arrival, the floors were filthy and sticking to your shoes. Beer cans and boxes were left in the garden - clearly left over from a party the night before our stay! The floors were dirty and sticky (even after I had complained and the cleaners were sent back out). Dirty walls. Broken cupboards and doors. Cobwebs in most rooms. Messy garden with broken furniture. Saucepans were burnt and the oven didn't even work! , Windows and blinds were broken. No salt and pepper. Bins in kitchen were broken, bins overfilled out the front of the house and bin bags left out (looks as though bins hadn't been put out to be collected) Single beds were camp beds with horrible, uncomfortable mattresses and creaked every time you moved! Guest book was out of date with out of date WiFi details and contact names and numbers. The house is up for sale so looks as though it is often forgotten about or that owners just don't care for the state of it.

• Faye (9/5): great stay. would highly recommend. - decorated lovely. really big house. was supplied with tea/coffee and milk. felt homely and comfortable. the two single beds squeak on movement due to them being metal.
