• Yolandie (10/5): Cost, central and all you will need! - Safe, all the necessary amenities, spotlessly clean, and very well located. A definite recommend! Storage space is a bit tight for 3 people. If you have many dresses, remember to bring your own hangers

• Rabiye (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war zentral, allerdings hatten die Wege ziemliche Steigungen, so dass die Fußwege etwas herausfordernd waren. Leider war das Badezimmer sehr klein

• Linda (10/5): - Fabulous apartment, great/easy contact with host and simple well explained self check in and out. On the lower ground floor which really helped with the heat (35degs) there was aircon, but this wasnt always needed. Apartment good location near lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
• Khojanashvili (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at this apartment in Istanbul and had an amazing experience. The location was absolutely perfect - authentic neighborhood full of character, yet just steps away from main streets and public transport. There were tons of cafes and local spots nearby, making it easy to grab a coffee or bite to eat without going far. The apartment itself was clean and clearly well taken care of. It felt cozy and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the communication with the staff. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, always just a message away whenever we had a question or needed anything. The area had a really cool vibe—authentic, full of life, and with that unique Istanbul mix of old and new. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
• Alex (8/5): Nice place near Istiklal - The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a few days stay, allowing indoor light cooking. Besides the bathroom being a bit small for someone larger than the average person, the place is comfortable. The neighbourhood is very vibrant, with nice coffee shops and good places to eat. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or a small family of 3 or even 4. The owner was very pleasant, friendly and responded fast. I had all the necessary instructions days before arriving and it was very handy. The place was not pristine in terms of cleaning. Towels could use some replacements. At the arrival the place was smelling fresh, but after a couple of days with the windows closed, it was rather stale.

• Lisa (9/5): Everything great - Fantastic location, extremely clean flat, well equipped kitchen. It was nice to have access without keys. We couldn't make the air conditioning heat for the first two days, but the nice guys came and helped us - thank you!
• Dimitra (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location for a trip to Istanbul. Irfan was super responsive and helpful. Anything you may need, cafés, restaurants supermarkets are - literally - round the corner. Extra asset the little balcony at the back. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

• Nishat (8/5): Overall, it’s a pleasant stay in a great location. - - Location was perfect. - The check-in and check-out was very easy. - there was delicious cake when I checked in. - fully equipped kitchen (I didn’t use it however) - washing machine Overall, it was perfectly adequate and convenient for a week long stay for 1 person. - it was difficult to sleep: flashing lights in the smoke alarm and AC, the pillows were very large and uncomfortable and there was terrible sound insulation (like a waterfall every time someone flushed upstairs, could hear walking and talking, etc). Recommend bringing earplugs and eye mask. - a bit dark (apartment is below ground), but this is not too bad since you’re likely to be out all the time. - the bathroom is very small, which is fine but the shower curtain sticks to you when showering which is unpleasant
• Vera (10/5): Exceptional - The best accommodation our of three we stayed at during our stay in Istanbul. Super attentive host, spacious apartment, very quite and cozy. Having separate bedrooms was a huge advantage for us, as we could set different temperatures with my sister - while I warmed the room up with AC, my sister slept with open door :) And it was nice to have breakfasts on the fresh air. Nice (but not cheap) restaurants right outside in the street. In the big bedroom, there was annoying red light from the alarm - I slept with the towel on my head to hide from it :) The bathroom is tiny, but it was not a problem for us. Wish we had the basic things to cook in the kitchen, like oil and so on - you usually need a small piece of it to cook a few times. But the guests will leave those with time :)

• Laura (10/5): We fell for Istanbul, hard. - We were given really helpful directions and instructions. The street in which we were situated was just off a crossroads with a number of eateries which offered really lovely local meals, as well as vegetarian options. We were close to local transport and supermarkets. The apartment itself had everything on offer, the double bed was amazing. Maybe the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The owners were attentive and professional, as well as helpful. Going above and beyond for our stay to be comfortable. Istanbul was amazing. We loved it. We visited a number of mosques the spice Market, nipped on a ferry across the Bosphorus to the "Asian side" which was more lively, but had less aesthetic appeal. We loved the areas in their own right. Locals were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with, even without a shared language. An amazing stay in a vibrant city. Make sure to stop in at the quieter independent art and jewellery shops. They are where you will find unique and special keepsakes. To finish, the apartments decor was lovely, bright and modern with a traditional twist. Beware of the traffic, quite fast moving at times, cars as well as mopeds. If you are street smart and careful you are fine. But this is all over Istanbul, not just where we were staying. Make sure if you are going home via Istanbul Airport, give yourself plenty of time to get around it. It's huge, not necessarily something we didn't like, but it's a lot od walking, especially if going via the metro. It is not ideal for someone who struggles with mobility.
• Jonathan (9/5): This is a wonderful flat is perfect your stay in Cihangir - The same as in the photos. Nice place. The location is amazing. Just near the corner of a very vibrant corner with multiple coffees. Everything was fantastic but mobile reception and wifi are not so fast/reliable, at least in my experience.
• Annemarie (10/5): Great stay! Will 100% repeat next time. - It was a very comfy and clean apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and will repeat without a doubt! Only thing to mention is that it was a bit hard to reach by public transport from the southern part of the city. As from the tram line it’s quite a steep walk up to get there. For us not a problem, but maybe for some it will be.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great apartment in a fun neighbourhood - The location was great, one of our favourite neighbourhoods (especially if you like cafes and cats). The kitchen was full equipped for cooking and the living room was comfortable for two people. It was nice not having to worry about a key and using the keyless entry. The bathroom (in particular the shower) is very small. A few other recommendations for improvement: - small pillows and a fitted sheet for the bed - a small cot mattress to make the baby cot more comfortable - a fan for the second bedroom that doesn’t have aircon A few things to note: - The apartment is downstairs once you enter the building and the stairs are a little tricky to navigate if you have any mobility issues - to open the front door, you need to first pull it toward you then push in (from outside, opposite from inside) - the balcony door has a small round part above the lock that needs to be pushed in to open the door outward
