• ManuEngel (9/5): Angenehmer Urlaub - Sehr schöne Aussicht, tolles Panorama ,hübsche gepflegte Anlage, äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet Im Prinzip war alles gut,nur wenn man es genauer betrachtet, könnte das Bad ein Update gebrauchen. Wir würden aber wiederkommen, somit empfehlenswert!

Gezellig ingerichte studio, aan beide kanten een terrasje, met fantastisch uitzicht. misschien wat gedateerd, maar voor ons droeg dat bij aan de authentieke Griekse sfeer en een vers gekookt ontbijt. Parkeren bij de accommodatie Het is een persoonlijke voorkeur om op een iets zachter hoofdkussen te slapen

• Rebecca Swann (1/5): Not recommended - . We stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights as part of a week's trip. It is in a nice, isolated location but we had a bad experience whilst there - a side of the shower screen exploded with glass everywhere. The cavalier manner of the person in charge there and their handling of the matter was awful and not appropriate for paying guests. I therefore would not trust them if anything were to go wrong whilst staying there. Their attitude ruined our stay for us. We moved hotel and did not stay for the last 2 nights
• Erez (9/5): - The location is very nice, with a wonderful view of Souda bay. The owner and the staff were super friendly and helping. The apartment, though we order the smaller size, was spacious enough for a couple. The balcony was useful, pointing to the bay, and equipped with a handy laundry rack. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was nice and for a fair price. Maintenance could be better (especially the shower stall). The place is suitable for car users, but if you don't rent a car it will be hard to manage. The pool is opened at 12:00 - actually it is open 24hr but swimming is permitted only after 12:00, I don't understand why, and I didn't bother to ask since anyway I was busy during the morning.

The room was cleaned every day and the all property was very nice with a big pool The kitchen and the fridge were just the bear minimum to be able to prepare some food. Also the available plates were a bit limited but the staff was very helpful and provided extra things upon request.

• Angela (7/5): Lovely views, lovely staff and great location for peace and quiet - Perfect views, easy to find with good directions provided, lovely staff. The pool is lovely. Our room was in need of a refurb but spotlessly clean. The shower was over the bath and needed to be held as too low on the wall to stand under and the air con unit is in need of replacing as didn’t work properly but for the price and for a 2 night stay the room met our needs.

• Demi (7/5): Prima hotel - Het hotel ziet er fantastisch uit. Mooi zwembad waar je lekker kunt afkoelen en een buitenbar waar je drinken en eten kunt bestellen. De locatie is ook perfect. Wij wilden graag de Samaria kloof wandelen en dat is ongeveer 1 uur en 10 min rijden. Ook is het dichtbij Chania. Het ligt echter lekker rustig in de bergen, dus een fijne uitvalsbasis. Uitzicht is ook erg mooi. De kamers zijn best oke, maar wel aan een upgrade toe. De airco is twee keer uitgevallen, waarvan de eerste keer gerepareerd omdat het direct na aankomst gebeurde, de tweede keer helaas 's avonds laat. Gelukkig had het hotel ons wel al voor de zekerheid een ventilator gegeven zodat we alsnog wat verkoeling hadden. De douche duurt wat lang voordat hij warm wordt en je kunt de douchekop niet ophangen. Al met al is het een prima kamer, maar er kunnen wat elementen verbeterd worden om het wat comfortabeler te maken.
• Silvia (5/5): - Die Anlage ist gepflegt, der Pool super groß. Die Zimmer, manche sind sehr hellhörig.Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen nicht gut. Es gibt bessere Zimmer. Je nach Wetterlage hört man den Fluglärm von Chania.Fön lag abgebaut im Schrank.
• Cathie (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité-prix dans un site magnifique - Nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour à Areti Hotels. L'emplacement était très bien avec plages, restaurants et commerces a proximité. De plus, le site de l'hôtel, à haut de montagne, est vraiment beau avec des arbres fruitiers, la piscine, et une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le petit restaurant-bar sur place est très pratique et offre un menu correct et à prix raisonnable. Les lieux, incluant la chambre, étaient propres. En terminant, le service général était très courtois et le service de ménage efficace. Je dirais que ce que nous avons le moins apprécié est le confort global dans la chambre. Le lit était dur et la douche débordait à tout coup (même si on fermait la douche pour se savonner!). Disons que rendu à la 3e douche (nous sommes une famille), c'était rendu un bain! Aussi, nous avions notamment choisi cet hôtel pour l'accès à un coin cuisine, mais bien qu'il y a bel et bien un frigo et deux plaques de cuisson et des chaudrons disponibles, je dirais que l'espace pour cuisiner était si petit que nous avons finalement laissé tomber le projet de se faire à manger dans la chambre.

Zimmer sehr groß Für den Preis ist diese Unterkunft top - Vielleicht liegt es einfach daran dass ich deutscher bin. Ich brauche eine richtige decke nicht nur ein dünnes Laken. - Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

• Andrea (9/5): - Posto bellissimo, in mezzo alle colline/montagne di Creta, in una struttura immersa nel verde con una bella piscina esterna. Si respira pace e tranquillità. Camera con mobilio un po' vecchio. Stessa cosa il bagno. Ma gli spazi erano comunque ampi.

• Floriana (10/5): - Un lugar idílico que nos encantó. Solo nos alojamos una noche, pero volvería encantada para quedarme más tiempo. El alojamiento es tranquilo, está rodeado de naturaleza y resulta muy fácil llegar en coche. El apartamento tenía un balcón con unas preciosas vistas al mar, perfecto para relajarse. Es una base ideal para visitar La Canea y sus alrededores, y por la noche se duerme con total tranquilidad. Además, se puede desayunar, cenar y también hay un bar: todo muy cómodo y acogedor.

• Clémentine (4/5): Belle résidence d'appartements mais mauvais rapport qualité prix à cause des coupures de courant - La résidence était très jolie avec une grande piscine, un cadre et une vue top. Les femmes de ménages étaient parfaites, toujours à l'écoute et dans le but d'apporter leur aide. Le reste du personnel était très accueillant Nous avons eu au moins 6 coupures de courant pour 17 jours sur place ce qui était très dérangeant car il fait très chaud en Crète, il est donc obligatoire d'avoir une climatisation et un réfrigérateur qui fonctionnent. Nous avons alors fait appel au personnel de l'établissement pour régler le problème plusieurs fois en étant plus que compréhensif au début car cela peut arriver à tout le monde et lorsque ça arrive une ou deux fois ce n'est pas grave, mais la situation n'a fait que se répéter et nous avons commencé à perdre patience. Cela a fortement impacté notre séjour. Payer 1274,15€ pour un studio où l'électricité marche une fois sur deux est donc très limite. C'est dommage car nous avons pourtant adoré la résidence hormis ce problème majeur et assez handicapant.

• Guest (8/5): Nice Pool - The pool was amazing! 🏊‍♀️ We really liked the pool bar – very nice atmosphere. 🍹 Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the breakfast there. 🍽️ The view over the pool and the surroundings is absolutely beautiful. 🌄 It’s a quiet complex, full of olive trees 🫒 and pomegranate trees – really nice! 🌿 The Double bed was formed by two single beds, with a space in between, I mention as info. Some small improvements in the bathroom of Room 16 would be appreciated. A larger trash bin would be useful, and the kitchenette could be better equipped.

• stephanie (5/5): Bel emplacement mais mauvaises nuits car très mauvais lits - Les extérieurs sont très beaux, le bar est top, Manolya la barmaid est super. Super piscine aussi. Endroit très propre. Possibilité d’y manger le soir, la nourriture est de qualité satisfaisante. Clim dans les chambres. Très bel emplacement avec belle vue sur les balcons. Restaurants à proximité. Les lits sont de qualité médiocre, la salle de bain très petite, paroi de douche non complète, pas d’eau chaude le matin. Les lits supplémentaires pour les chambre à 4 sont pires que les lits principaux, sur des banquettes à l’ancienne avec des sur matelas, horrible. Même pour les enfants Pour la préparation du petit dej, pas de micro ondes… Très petite télé avec des télécommandes dont tous les boutons ne fonctionnent pas. On a pas pu faire fonctionner la clé usb prise pour occuper les enfants un soir, histoire de profiter du bar entre parents.

• stuart (10/5): Beautiful family run establishment with pool and bar - Really nice set up, with the rooms arranged around the pool area. The rooms at the back had a view across the sea. Large bedroom with plenty of storage, large bathroom well appointed and a kitchen and seating area with a patio section outside. The staff were amazing and well attentive. Especially the cleaning staff who would do everything they could to make you comfortable. The shower water pressure could have been a bit better, although it was perfectly adequate, just trying to find something really.

• Jade (9/5): A little gem - This is our second time here and very much enjoyed our stay again. The family are wonderful, so accommodating. We arrived very early and they worked hard to get our room ready well ahead of the usual check in time. The location is perfect, providing a much needed calm atmosphere. They have also added a pool bar since our last visit which has a good choice of drinks and food. The pool is lovely and clean, and a decent size. Will always stay here when visiting this side of Crete. Only negative was we requested a double bed and we got a twin pushed together. The bedframe was quite large so there was a decent sized gap between the two beds which isn't great for a couple who want to cuddle in the night!

Les 2 lits simples n étaient pas des lits mais des banquettes avec matelas rajoutés sur coussins(voir photos). Pas de cafetière,ni micro onde,table de 80cm de diamètre pour déjeuner en extérieur. Aucun équipement pour un appart hôtel.bien dommage!car la piscine magnifique. Le bar extérieur sans tarifs (17€ pour 4boules de glaces et 1 verre de vin😅).

La cuisine n’est pas très bien équipé pour un appartement hôtel. Nous avons même rencontré des petits animaux - insectes - pas très agréables : cafard.

• Laetitia (9/5): Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet établissement ,.parfait pour découvrir la région - Établissent très bien situé à côté de la ville de La Canée. Personnel très sympathique et une bonne ambiance conviviale et reposante . Les appartements sont simples mais fonctionnels avec une belle vue sur la baie de Souda. Rien de spécial si ce n’est un petit manque d’insonorisation .

• Sandrine (7/5): Dommage que le frigo n’en soit pas un digne de ce nom, qu’il n’y ait pas de lampe de chevet et qu’il n’y ait que deux pr - La piscine, le bar/snack au bord de la piscine ouvert toute la journée jusqu’à 22h, l’endroit dans la montagne avec vue sur la mer au loin, l’espace dans la chambre, la petite terrasse devant la chambre. Pas de prise électrique pour brancher la lampe de chevet d’un côté du lit. Deux prises électriques seulement (coin cuisine et chevets compris). Le frigo tenait plus de la glacière (conserve les bouteilles d’eau un peu froide, impossible de faire des glaçons).

• Michał (10/5): Bardzo fajny obiekt z dala od tłumów. Z jednej strony widok na morze, z drugiej na góry. Do tego bardzo smaczne śniadani - Pyszne śniadanie, cudowny basen, bardzo miła obsługa. Kilka usterek w pokoju, ale jakie to ma znaczenie, gdy się dobrze wypoczywa?
• Марияна (7/5): Семеен престой - Хареса ни общата визия на мястото, просторна рецепция, хубав басейн, гледка към морето, отзивчив персонал. Стая 20 голяма, прекалено голямо пространство отделено за кухня, за сметка на банята. Стаята има нужда от цялостно освежаване, спокойно може едното помещение да се обособи в холче, а другото да си остане като главна спалня, не ми хареса и това, че няма врата между двете стаи, а само ролетна преграда. Също така в стаята се натъкнахме на хлебарки.

• Le Roux (10/5): Un petit coin de paradis - Une très belle étape d’une nuit. Nous serions bien rester plus longtemps et avons regretté de ne pas avoir découvert cet établissement plutôt dans notre séjour. Tout était parfait. L’accueil de tout le personnel, la chambre spacieuse et sa déco typique, la très belle piscine ouverte jusqu’à 22h le soir et la possibilité de prendre une consommation au bar situé auprès de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits très bons. Si il y a un seul point négatif, je dirais le lit que nous avons trouvé dur. Mais après c’est vraiment relatif à chacun.
• Gavin (9/5): Wonderful short stay - Elenia and Mary were the perfect hosts to me and my family. So kind, polite, friendly and professional. The hotel location, facilities, ocean views and swimming pool were all amazing.

• Pedro (8/5): A pleasant beach holiday aparthotel - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and the archaeological site of Aptera (a few kilometres away). The swimming pool was excellent, and the staff were both friendly and professional. The apartment was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The apartment has an open-plan layout with no separation between the bedroom and living area, which can be inconvenient for families. Several items, particularly in the bathroom, were in need of maintenance. The kitchen was very small and poorly equipped, although I didn’t actually use it during my stay.

Rooms are a bit outdated (mattresses are hard) but absolutely massive with plenty of space along with a fully equipped kitchen. Phenomenal value ❤️ The pool bar is another treat with delicious food prepared to order. They look after each guest like family!

• emmanouil (6/5): - Ήρεμη τοποθεσία καλή θέα και άνετο πάρκινγκ Τιμή ικανοποιητική για οικογένεια για το μέγεθος του δωματίου αλλά δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρά και γενικά παλιά δωμάτια που χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε σίτα στις πόρτες γιατί ήταν ισόγειο δεν είχε παράθυρα και δε μπορούσες να αφήσεις ανοιχτές πόρτες.

• Quynh (6/5): Lovely views and pet-friendly, but with some drawbacks. - Pets were welcome, and my dog was allowed to move around freely, which made our stay very comfortable. The common areas were clean and parking was convenient, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms were spacious. Wi-Fi was available, but only in certain rooms and common areas. We also appreciated the affordable breakfast, and the beautiful scenery and pleasant walking trails in the area were a big plus. Also thank you again Maria for all your help. We were surprised to find that no one was there to greet us at the late check-in, and there was only a note on the door with instructions — with no prior notification. We had originally booked a ground floor studio where the internet and wifi didn’t work at all. Unfortunately, there were also cockroaches in that unit. After complaining, we were given a new apartment on an upper floor, where thankfully there were no pests. It was confusing to find out that clean towels were only provided every three days, and we had to specifically ask for the apartment to be cleaned. The bathroom was in poor condition, the furniture was very old, the shower holder was broken and wouldn’t stay in place, and the floor was often wet and slippery. The location didn’t show up correctly on Apple Maps the first time, so it’s good to double-check the address if you’re arriving by car. Having a car is definitely useful in this area.
• Ruud (10/5): Het vierde pareltje in de kroon 👍🇬🇷👍2 - De vierde keer alweer in dit prachtige Hotel/Appartementen complex. Rustig gelegen op een geweldige locatie, met aan de ene zijde de impossante "Witte Bergen" en aan de andere kant een magnifiek uitzicht over Souda Baai en het schiereiland Akrotiri. En gelegen in de gemeente Megala Choravia,wat deel uitmaakt van het mooiste stukje Kreta de "Apoukouronas" Een geweldige hartelijke ontvangst door de leiding , maar ook de warme uitstraling van het overige personeel moet zeker vermeld worden. Het verblijf was perfect,het ontbijt en overige extra,s boven verwachting. Kortom ; ons volgende verblijf in september is alweer geboekt,iets waar we met veel genoegen naar uitzien.. Een klein puntje van kritiek was , dat de anders zo gezellige pool-bar , slechts een paar avonden open was.( waarschijnlijk vanwege de matige bezetting in het vroege voorseizoen.
• Darragh (9/5): Great stay, would recommend - Great location for walking into the town. Lots of historical sites nearby. Breakfast was good. Wish we had stayed for longer. Shower was a little small for a 6ft 2" man!!

• John (8/5): Highly recommended - The Areti was a very nice place to stay. It’s out in the country (nice and quiet) 24 minutes from downtown Chania. The rooms have views over looking the water. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. There are a couple of restaurants about 5 minutes away that are pretty good. You will pass them on the way up to the hotel. Highly recommend for your stay in the Chania area

• Sergiy (10/5): - Калимера всем,и так расскажу немного о отеле Аreti Aparthotel приветливый персонал обслуживание на 10 Отель находится на горе как и большую часть все отелей с красивым видом на море.Если вы планируете отдых в такой горной локации рекомендую брать авто в аренду с более мощным мотором только не ниссан, иначе будет проблема заехать на гору с двумя пасажирами и багажом, сам отель чистый а виды с балкона с утра и до вечеро просто не оторвать глаз, ландшафтный большой и глубокий басейн с баром.Рядом есть таверны и маркет мини.Рекомендую таверна Aptera там вас вкусно накормят а от гигантских порций вы будете просто в восторге .Минус нашего номера :маленькая душевая кабина со сломанными дверями,острые углы плитки на поддоне кабины пятку можно порезать при посадке на унитаз.
• ANDREEA (10/5): - Good accommodation. We stayed just one night because that was our plan. They have a nice pool and for sure it is a place with many facilities Recomanded.
• ALLEN (9/5): - Mary has a lovely place with pool/pool bar in a nice area high in the mountains with lovely view of the sea.. I was here only for two nights but could reccomend a longer stay. In the village 3 lovely tavernas. Nothing really.
