• Alix (1/5): Awful total disgrace - Cancelled our booking the morning we were due to arrive as they had double booked. Didn’t response to any messages or even apologise for their mistake. Had 2 very upset children

• Karen (7/5): Clean, well stocked, no wifi - Sofas super comfy, caravan very clean and had all necessary items, parking outside Wifi did not work at all for the whole week yet is advertised as having it, small and not really a problem but all have liked a tv in the main bedroom
• Nichola (8/5): We loved our stay in Rhyl, with towyn and Prestatyn only few minutes away with a great market and fair plenty to do with - The static caravan was comfy with a proper settee and had all the home comforts from board games to all the cleaning products. The bed and pillows was comfy enough and where we was on the site was great right near the beach side away from the club house so it was nice and quiet and near to the swimming pool which my boys loved really great pool and all staff very helpful and friendly. Arcade room was great to if ever we had issues staff was there to help out. Lots to do for the kids adventure playground and football pitch and nets. Had a spare shop on site which was very handy if you need milk or any essentials also have a great chippy and pizza bar cooking all fresh food would definitely recommend these. When we first arrived had a few issues with cleanliness but I got in contact with the owner and it was soon rectified with excellent communication. Had no Wi-Fi it wouldn’t connect.

• Roache (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean and cosy. I couldn't believe to see panadol tablets and dissolvable panadol. There was even food and tea bags in the press milk in the fridge but I had gotten my own. But to think to leave painkillers for guest. Also tickets from the local arcade a small bucket full. Also I was late leaving, i was supposed to be out by 10am but was running late it was 11 am and a lady arrived and said I was late, I was supposed to be out by 10am, I explained I was still packing up with 4 children and wanted the place cleaned. She straight away said I was alright and that she was running late herself. I didn't drive over. It was massive and gated alot of walking with out car also spar that's on the sight doesn't sell drink and no taxi will bring you to local spar to get it. You can drink on sight I thought everything was cheaper over there but it's not, its really the same as here.

The caravan had everything that we needed, beds were comfortable, it was spotless. The location was perfect, walking distance from the club, and it was in a more quiet location so we were away from the nightlife. Everything was perfect
