• Omran (3/5): Worst part of the stay was the nonstop noise, sleep was impossible. - Good Location. Unfortunately, the suite was excessively noisy, making it nearly impossible to get proper rest. There were constant disturbances from neighboring rooms, along with doors repeatedly slamming. We reported this issue to reception and requested a suite change, but were told the property was fully booked and no alternative could be offered.

• Saleh (10/5): Excellent Beirut stay. - Everything about it from the great location to comfortable rooms. My experience was seemless with check in thanks to the exceptional service I was provided. The staff are actually helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable which is a plus. The elevators could be improved.
