• 솔정 (1/5): - 없음 에어컨이 있다고 하여 예약을 진행했으나, 실제로는 에어컨이 없었던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 수건을 제공하지 않는다는 점도 이해하기 어려웠으며, 예약 시 이에 대한 공지가 없었던 점 또한 유감입니다. 여행 중 수건을 구매하느라 시간을 허비하게 되었고, 전반적인 숙소의 청결 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 보증금을 현금으로만 받는 방식도 납득하기 어려웠습니다. 부킹닷컴은 숙소에 대한 확인 없이 예약을 진행하며, 문의글에 대한 답변도 없어 답답했습니다. 숙소에 대한 평가를 요청받았을 때, 이러한 상황에서 누가 기분이 좋을 수 있을지 의문입니다. 어렵게 시간과 비용을 들여 예약한 숙소가 예약 내용과 다르다면 얼마나 황당할지 숙소 측에서 헤아려주셨으면 합니다. 최소한의 숙소 시설에 대한 정확한 정보 제공과 깨끗한 환경 제공은 기본이라고 생각합니다. 더 자세한 내용을 적고 싶지만, 이 정도로 마무리하겠습니다.
• Людмила (10/5): - Great location, tube and bus stations nearby. The neighborhood is splendid. The apartment is spacious with brand new furniture and equipment. I'd only suggest they add a hair dryer and a EU electricity socket.

• Io (10/5): Modern, spacious, almost brand-new apartment with a nice and helpful host. - This is a modern, spacious (by London standards), well-appointed 6th fl apartment in a brand-new building and a recently developed/developing neighborhood. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and subway. The host was very much a gentleman - he also gave us good info and helped us get around - we very much appreciated the help! We would stay there again when in London.

• Jon (9/5): Definitely worth staying. - Nice modern flat on the 6th floor. Near lots of places to eat and drink very close by, 6 or 7minute walk to the underground or railway. Quiet at night. Recommended. Some mild confusion at check in, nothing major.
• Anna (10/5): Lovely stay in thr middle of Elephant & Castle. Great location for our trip - Bright and airy and the balcony is a great spot. Given it’s location too in a busy part of London it was exceptionally quiet later at night and on the Sunday morning. Lots of space in the apartment. Very close to the tube, cafes and also a short walk from Ministry of Sound which we went to. Big shout out the hosts too who met us and showed us around and answered messages quickly. Could do with a hairdryer adding in to use.

• Tomasz (9/5): Great flat, definitely recommended! - Wasn't expecting, so high flat standard for the price. Especially, that we were staying overnight on the new year eve. Flat was well secured with key access elevator, close to the town center. It is also well equipped with good internet, big screen tv and AGD. It was worm and clean. Lack of communication before arrival. I was always contacted by the property few days before arrival with instructions of key collection. This time host called me on the day of arrival and I felt like I was blamed for not contacting him first.
• Oliver (10/5): Great - Great apartment couldn’t really fault it, felt a bargain compared to hotels would defo use again. No towels! Made owner/manager aware he was very apologetic and sure it was a one off not standard. Maybe wine glasses.
