- Jacqueline (10/5): Fantastic stay in a beautiful place in the mountains - Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Friendly staff who were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional and delicious. We enjoyed being in the mountains but be aware it’s about 30mins to San Sebastián and 1hr to Bilbao so away from the main cities.

- Philip (9/5): Fabulous place to stay - The location of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, the hotel is also fabulous to look at. The staff are freindly and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was great. I had a fabulous meal. Nothing really, I was there in early autumn so it was quiet and so I had to find someone to get me a drink from the bar, but that is very minor.

- Marion (10/5): Immer wieder sehr, sehr gern. - Absolut freundliches, geschultes Personal. Das Essen im Bistro war Spitzenklasse, die Weinauswahl hervorragend und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung im Haus war eine geschickte und geschmackvolle Kombination von alt und neu. Unser Zimmer war großzügig gestaltet, ein sehr bequemes Bett und ein großes modernes Bad. Die Lage war herrlich ländlich, sehr ruhig und der Blick in die hügelige Landschaft war wunderschön. Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht, werden wiederkommen, das ist sicher.

- Wilhelm (3/5): Unterkunft gut, Essen gut, Personal sehr schlecht - Lage, Gebäude Ausstattung Gutes Essen aber ganz schlechte Servicekraft. Da bestellt man ein teures Steak mit Salat und noch Pommes, vergisst diese die Pommes und bringt sie als ich mit dem Steak fertig war. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Bedauern, nur Schulterzucken. Darf einfach nicht passieren.

- Joukje (8/5): Prachtig landhuis op mooie locatie - De ligging is prachtig, de accommodatie zag er verzorgt uit. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bediening in het restaurant/bistro was goed, behalve een personeelslid: deze dame was erg nonchalant en chaotisch. Dat viel tegen. Maar we begrepen na vertrek dat het haar laatste dag was geweest. Verder wat kleine dingen, die voor deze kamerprijs wel in orden hadden moeten zijn (geen suiker en lepeltjes op kamer bij de koffiefaciliteiten, rommel aan zijkant van hotel).
