• Noriko (7/5): 良い - 駐車場の他に小さな庭園とブランコがあって写真を撮るのにちょうど良かった。 露天風呂があるので、有難い。 ベルのスーパーが近いので、素泊まりでもあまり困らなかった。 ベッドと枕が柔らかいので、腰と首が凝ってしまった。 ホテルの手前にも道案内の看板があると嬉しい。

• Rahna (3/5): Won’t be coming back - The staff were really nice and accommodating, we didn’t like being on the bottom floor so they gave us a better room on the top no charge with a way better view The location… honestly we felt lonely, depressed, and completely secluded. We had five days there, and on two of them we ended up walking an hour just to get anywhere. Eventually we gave in and took cabs, which got expensive fast. The walk itself was creepy — a strange forest every time we came in or out. The hotel claimed to have a restaurant and free bikes, but had neither. We were basically trapped in our room for two days, bored out of our minds. Needless to say, we were very happy to leave. They should really have a shuttle bus set up for people and let them know about the strange commute. We had to carry luggage for an hour walk to get there because the buses don’t even go there. We got lost along the way.

• John David (5/5): Good place to stay, pleasant and people were kind. - It is a good location from everywhere and the manager let my very expensive Race Road bike in the hotel as I was to do a ride around Mt Fuji. The smell of body odor in the room, then the room flooded. They fixed the issue.

• ＹＯＳＨＩＫＯ (8/5): 特に問題もなく温泉につかり癒されました。 - 従業員の方々がとても親切で丁寧で清潔感 ありました。何かあってもすぐに対応していただけるので快適でした。 海外からの観光客の脱衣所のマナーが 多分、脱衣所に髪の毛拭き取るモップがあれば良かったと思います。

• Shiro (6/5): 可もなく不可もなし - 夜は静かなので良く眠れます。 駐車場に放置されたコーヒーカップが足にあたり、自分も車もコーヒーまみれに。車はレンタカーだったから、清掃するのが一苦労だった。定期的な敷地内の見回りをされているのかな？部屋のカーテンには複数のてんとう虫がいた。トイレットペーパーホルダーの位置が変なところにある。食事の評判が良くないので朝食は頼まなかった。

• hayasi (1/5): 危機管理対応が何もない。 - 綺麗。 夜中に女性の誰か助けてー！誰か助けてー！誰か助けてー！男性の怒鳴り声、女性の叩かないでと泣いてる声、フロントに電話する、寝ぼけた外国人が確認しないで、大丈夫だと思いますと言う。確認しないの？と言いと、寝ぼけた声で、はいはいとやる気ない2度返事。怒鳴ってた男性、入れてーとガチャガチャ（うるさい！）。ここで警察呼ぶべき、女性は怖くて入れたくなかったんだと思った。私もバカだが大丈夫ですか?と声かけた。男性がお前に関係ねーだろ引っ込んでろ！ババーはねてろ！と顔を近づけて脅される。それでもフロントの外国人、やめて下さい２人ともと言いう。２人？私、怒鳴られていたって冷静。ババー名前、住所、電話番号いえー！と脅される。向かい隣の男性も、おい！カス！テメーは引っ込んでろ！と顔を近づけて脅される。それでもフロント外国人やめてだけ。やっと助けてと叫んでた女性が警察を呼んでと言ったおかげで警察が５人ぐらいきました。翌日、フロントの外国人、ご迷惑おかけしましたも対応が遅れてすみませんもない。こんなホテル初めて。

• Luke (8/5): Staff was extremely helpful and patient with me and my language barrier. The hotel was very clean. The hallways were col - I loved the onsen! Perfect temperatures and very relaxing. I would stay here again. I had a stink bug crawl on me but I am sure it was a random odd event because I only saw the one my entire stay.

• 和楽美 (8/5): 価格が安いので我慢する事もあるホテル - リピートした今回は富士山が観える部屋でした。お正月なのに安く宿泊できました。 部屋からタオルを持参しない大浴場にいた中華系の方が私が持ち込んだバスタオルを持って行こうとしたので、自室にタオルがある事を伝え注意しなければならず安心して入浴出来なかったです。タオルを浴室に設置されたほうが良いのでは？もしくはスタッフが１５分おきに様子を見に来られたらいかがかと。外国人が多いから仕方ないのでしょうが浴室の脱衣所の床が水びたしでした。床が清掃出来るモップがあれば靴下が濡れずに済みます。冬だけど森の中のホテルなのでクモなどの虫がでます。お酒を飲んだ後の紙コップの中に朝見ると小さな薄茶色の蟻が20匹ほどいました。

The hotel was located a bit far from the main area, however, this did not affect us because the hotel provided a shuttle bus service. The stay was very comfortable. The room was good, very quiet, and peaceful. Overall, I had a very good experience.

• チャオチャオ951 (2/5): 極寒冷蔵庫 - 雪が降らなくてよかった！ 一階の部屋に宿泊しましたが床がコンクリートのせいかとにかく足元が寒いエアコンも31℃設定しましたが外気温がコンクリートの床を伝わり部屋が暖まら無い！靴下を履いて防寒ジャケットを着て就寝しましたが深夜に寒さで目覚めるほどでした！予約は2階以上の部屋をお勧めします。 喫煙スペースも建物のの外で風除け等もなく雨が降ればスブ濡れ外気温-3℃で喫煙は厳しかった！
