None there to talk to, office or something. Parking slot super tight.

The apartment itself was very clean and well kept. Lack of internet and noise from other apartments significantly detracted from experience. Outside of apartment including proximity of garbage bins to door was not well kept.
- Sara (5/5): Da je bilo čišće i da nije smrdilo po kanalizaciji bilo bi dobro. - Ima lift što je bitno s obzirom da se nalazi u potkrovlju iako taj lift ne ide skroz do apartmana nego se mora pješice 10-ak stepenica. Nude parking tj. garažu koja je jako blizu smještaja te je sigurana. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i dostupno na telefon. U apartmanu je jako smrdilo po kanalizaciji iz kupaone te su nam cijelo vrijeme mirali bit otvoreni prozori, koji su krovni pa baš to nije zgodno kad pada kiša. Nema niti jednog ogledala osim u kupani. Čistoća tako tako, nalazile smo dlake na posteljini koje nisu naše i ladice u kupani su bile prljave. Kartica za parking nam nije radila, te smo se morali na kraju sami snaći za parking.

The one on the first floor was not as nice , the fridge didn't work properly , the colors and vibe of the room , the interior we didn't really like as much . the one upstairs was better for just sleeping but we couldn't really hang out and we were party of 5 . We would've preferred to be able to fit in one apartment.

Удобство - леглата бяха много удобни, кухнята с всички необходими уреди, пространството отлично, чудесен асансьор, самостоятелно настаняване с лесен достъп и указания Домакините бяха много отзивчиви с мигновена комуникация. - Roman (1/5): - To ze byla chociazby ciepla woda :) Nie lubię pisać negatywne opinii ale w tym przypadku muszę żeby kolejny klienci nie popełnili ten sam błąd. Po rezerwacji apartamentu napisałem do personelu i zarezerwowałem parking, jest dodatkowo płatny 25 euro. Ale po przyjedzie na miejsce się okazało że nie ma wolnego miejsca parkingowego (ktoś coś poplątał) I poradzili skorzystać się z parkingu publicznego, no dobrze. Idziemy dalej.. podali nam najpierw kody do ap nr 15, później napisali ze trzeba iść w ap nr 13, weślismy ale w tym lokalu był taki brud ze trudno bylo nawet oddechac (foto załączę). Próbujemy skontaktować się z obsługą apartamentów- żadnej odpowiedzi. W końcu juz przez kontakt z menedżerem Bookingu udało się wyjaśnić ze znów ktoś coś poplątał i trzeba iść w inny apartament, dobrze chociażby w tej samej klatce. Wchodzimy ale w tym apartamencie sa 2 lozka zamiast 3 ktore byly zarezerwowani przez booking, a oni pisza ze w tym jest szerokie lozko 140cm i nadaje sie do 2 osob i to jest to samo co 2 jednoosobowych lozka, ale moje argomenty ze zaplacilem wlasnie za 3 lozka i wybiralem lokal z 3 lozkani nikogo nie przekonał, ale druga rzec ze jak weślismy do lokalu w nim było zimno jak w lodówce (na ulice 0, w lokale może +15) , pootkrecalismy na max grzejniki i poślismy na kolację. Po powrocie się okazało że grzejniki poprostu nie grzeją, odrazu piszę do obsługi ze grzejniki nie grzeją oni piszą ze powinno grzać. Ja dalej pisze ze jestesmy z dziećmi i zimno jest, odpowiedzi zero. Spaliśmy w odzieży. Ale gdzieś o 9 rano jak juz wychodziliśmy raptem zacięy grzać te grzejniki chyba znów ktoś gdzieś poplątał i zakręcił w korytarzu zaworu bo nie planowali ze w tym lokalu ktoś będzie nocował. I na sam koniec powiem ze tyle lat korzystamy z bookingu i po naszej reklamacji i podanie zdjęć i faktów uznali nam 25 euro kompensacji :). Jeżeli ktoś po mojej opinie zdecyduje się na zamówienie tego obiektu to proszę uświadomić ze nikogo Państwo jako klient nie interesują ani właścicieli tego obiektu ani Booking.

- Maria (7/5): Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft, die Möngel sollte man beheben können. Würde wieder buchen. - Gute Lage in der Nähe zum HBF. Einrichtung scheint neu und modern zu sein Schönes Bad. Schlüsselübergabe super funktioniert. Schön beheizt, da wir ja im Winter da waren. Möbel teilweise nicht fertig montiert ( Griffe an Kästen fehlen), Türgriffe schlecht montiert. Wasserränder am Nachttisch, wurde wohl alles nicht richtig gereinigt. In der Küche fehlen Geschirrtücher. Und wenn man die Mikrowelle benutzen möchte, sollte man sehr groß sein! Fehlplanung!! Im Appartement leider nur ein Spiegel im Bad.

- Claudia (9/5): Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen die Wohnung auch weiter - Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung im 1. OG, nette Küche, Schlafzimmer Straßenseite etwas laut hat uns aber nicht gestört, 2. Schlafzimmer Richtung Innenhof sehr ruhig. kleine Einstellungsarbeiten bei den Schränken, Abfluss Badezimmer Dusche
- Nicole (7/5): Top Unterkunft mit toller Anbindung - Das Frühstück war in den ersten Tagen wirklich sehr gut. Am dritten Tag wechselte die Servicekraft und dann gab es leider kein Rührei, keinen Kuchen und auch keine frischen Croissants mehr. Das war sehr schade. Die Lage ist absolut Zentral und super für Ausflüge mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln geeignet. Man sollte sich nur im klaren sein, in welchem Bezirk die Unterkunft liegt. Das leider nicht so gute Frühstück an den letzten Tagen.

Pan z obsługi pomógł wjechać z parkingu -mieliśmy problem z kartą parkingowa,poczekał na nas upewnił się czy nie mamy jakiś problemów , miły gest .Polecam Po długiej trasie mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem adresu i parkingu, ale dotarliśmy do celu

Kaputte Möbel, schmutzige Wände und Möbel, fehlende Ausstattungsgegenstände, nicht richtig befestigte Möbel, verkalkte Duschköpfe, schlechte Qualität der Handtücher und Bettwäschen, nicht funktionierende Heizkörper.
