• stephanie (10/5): Amazing stay, amazing property and super welcoming host, will defo want to stay again x - Loved how airy and clean and open it felt, was perfect for a family who needed space :) No air conditioning in the bedrooms it was fine but can imagine in warmer weather it will get very hot, we went in April and still quite warm at night sleeping

La camera da letto è accogliente, con un letto comodissimo e un arredamento armonioso che crea un’atmosfera rilassante. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, mentre la zona pranzo è perfetta sia per la colazione che per una cena tranquilla. Il soggiorno è spazioso e confortevole, con una grande TV ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare o in giro per la città. Un altro grande punto a favore è la pulizia: tutto è impeccabile, dalle stanze al bagno. L’appartamento riesce a trasmettere una sensazione di “casa”, pur mantenendo uno stile moderno ed elegante. Una scelta perfetta sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ci tornerei sicuramente!
• Sylwester (3/5): - Rezerwacja była na 6 osób, a pościel była przygotowana tylko dla 4 osób. I podstawowa rzecz nieakceptowalna to: na 6 osób ( 3 pary ) dostaliśmy tylko 1 klucz. Z tego powodu byliśmy uzależnieni od siebie i nie mogliśmy swobodnie planować swojego czasu. To jest nie do zaakceptowania, powinny być co najmniej 2 niezależne klucze.
• Ankhbayar (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect and clean. For 4 adults and one kid we had everything what we needed. Easy to reach Roma center by car and public transportation. The check in and check out was smooth. Definitely will come back.
• Otilia (8/5): Un séjour agréable entre mer et Rome! Appartement spacieux, bien situé - Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances, l'apppartement est spacieux avec de grandes chambres. Climatisation dans le living et une des chambres, très appréciée. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Les deux salles de bains, même si un peu anciennes, gardent leur charme à l’ancienne et restent tout à fait fonctionnelles. Seche cheveux, lave linge et fer à repasser disponibles. L’emplacement est idéal : commerces et transports à proximité (Rome à env. 35-40 min en train), la mer à 15 min à pied avec plages de sable: payantes équipées avec des chaises longues et parasols, mais aussi plage libre accès. La propriétaire est très gentille, avec une communication excellente! Nous avons reçu toutes les infos nécessaires, Merci!

• Emilia (10/5): Great app. in Ostia - Thi app.is big and offering perfect place for your holiday. We stay 5 people. The pisition of app. is wonderful. If you decide to visite Rome there is few minutes train station with direct line to Rome center. If you decide rest and enjoy beach there is opportunity in Ostia and is up to you to choose free public beach or private where you rent umbrela and sun bed ( 2 people 22-32 eur/day) to enjoy see. We fly to Rome Fuimicino and we get to app. in 25 minutes by bus ( cost by Cotral blue bus 1.20Eur/ person- really!!) App.is fully equipped you will find there everything you need. There is washing machine, kitchen very well equipped and also big nice balcony for evening discussion. Air condition and working wifi, rooms are spacy and clean. Land lady was supportive very very nice in all we ask. Possible early check in. Great experience, I fully recommand!

• Eimear (10/5): Exceptional - We are a family of 5 & this apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything that we needed was available. If we needed something we contacted the host Flaminia, she was so helpful & answered messages very promptly. The rooms were spacious with all mod cons with added bonus of air conditioning in the living room & the biggest bedroom. There was also a washing machine & washing detergent available. All transport is close by & it takes around 30mins on the metro to get into Rome. Transport is so efficient & easy to use. Ostia is a lovely town with great restaurants. Flaminia & her family were so welcoming & also on the day we left she met with us to ensure all was to our satisfaction. This place is a 10/10 for the whole family & we will be back again some day. Thanks to Flaminia & her lovely family, you were all so helpful. ♡

• Riyadh (1/5): The landlord is too gready, and not honest. never to rent from him or his wife. - The location was Ok, friendly and helpful neighbor. The landlord's behavior and honesty, with not believing our trouble with British Airways's of over 2.5 hours delays getting to Rome, which reflected on us getting to the apartment a little late, where the landlord had us to pay another 100 euro extra for the cost of renting the apartment.
• Grunin (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend the place. The apartment is right in the center, but very quiet, spacious and tidy. Great communication in the area. Only 4 minutes' walk to the metro. The owners are very nice, helpful at all times. They welcomed us very nicely. We recommend this place and we will happily go back there.
• Esteban (10/5): Spacious, clean, and well located. - We were looking for a beach stay, close to the airport and at the same time near the center of Rome. Luckily, we stumbled upon this gem of a place—spacious, comfortable, perfectly located in a safe area, just a short walk from the train and the beach. It was EXTREMELY CLEAN, FULLY EQUIPPED, and best of all, the hosts, Patricia and Patricio, were incredibly warm, honest, attentive, and helpful. We will definitely be staying at their property again. GRAZIE!
