- Irina (10/5): - Очень приятные доброжелательные хозяева! Вкусный завтрак и отличное расположение для тех, кто планирует посетить храм Баграта и Ботанический сад. До центра тоже недалеко. Мы ходили пешком. Гостевой дом находится на холме, что придает природного обаяния. В номере очень чисто и удобно. Отношение к гостям по-семейному радушно. Рекомендуем!

Wine 🇬🇪🍷 offered on arrival by Grandma + Grandpa - ably supported by their grandkids who acted as translators. Room / bed comfortable, breakfast more than adequate & the centre of town 20ish mins walk away N/A

- Pál (8/5): Nice stay in Kutaisi - Nice area with private houses, away from city traffic. Though not right in the city center, it is reachable by 20 minutes walking. The owner of the family guest house is a very nice person. The room was large, enough for a whole family, with bathroom opening from the room. The breakfast is quite sufficient and delicious, and starting time was very flexible to accommodate to my tour starting times each day. Fair deal for a longer stay in Kutaisi in terms of price per value. The walls in the room are quite thin, can be annoying if guests in that room are loud. Also while it can be managed, the location on the map is not showing that when returning, there is an uphill, so this might be uncomfortable for some people.

- Rado (9/5): Superb - Room was nice and clean, staff friendly adn served rich breakfast. Little bit walking from the city center (15-20 min) but you have always a chance to take marshutka or taxi.
