The location is good, only a quick scooter ride to everything The wifi was not good. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment and the main bedroom had a huge window on one side and there must be an outside light right outside, it shines in all night and no curtain

Kelsey (9/5): A very affordable comfortable stay for solo travellers - clean rooms and exceptional staff 😄 - All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and hospitable. Hendra / Rani / Shirley / maintenance / dining & front desk staff..they were all so lovely & kind :-) The room was very clean and the pillows on the bed were the best I had slept on while travelling in Bali. This is a very affordable place to stay in Seminyak and I would stay again as a solo traveller. Construction work near my room. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony and look at some artwork or maybe a painted design on the concrete block facade that was facing my room. Signage to where the foyer front desk was would also be very helpful.

Atkinson (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back again. - The staff were fantastic. The day after we arrived, my daughter got sick, and they arranged for a doctor and nurse to come and see her. They also provided her with chicken soup the following day as she hadn’t eaten anything for 2 days. I had previously visited this hotel many times over the years when it was a previous name. I was so excited to know that it had opened again with a new hotel name. The buffet breakfast had many options to cater for different nationalities staying there. Our room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Some upgrades are needed, such as the safe in our room because the numbers were faded and hard to see.

Unlike the internet photos, that looks great, the rooms are NOT with high standards of finish, if you know what I mean… and that is if I try to put it politely… You can hear every small noise from the outside, through the door. Swimming pool in my room, I did not use, since it was very dirty with all kind of junk at the bottom, even some tissue paper… Cleaning service to the room was very good, so are amenities. Staff were all very nice and breakfast was good too, especially the plain yogurt.

The facilities and pool are beautiful and the rooms are lovely and clean. The team is the friendliest and loveliest team around, they are also so helpful and nothing is too difficult for them - they are so hardworking! The location is excellent - really central in the middle of Seminyak and the hotel is a relaxing oasis. The pool area is stunning and the tunes they play are beautiful in the background but not too much. The hotel is a lovely size that isn’t crowded and hectic either so the team can provide personal service. Thank you wonderful Hotel Dialoog team - particularly Rani, Hendra, Ayu, Shirley, Brasil, Pandu, Ardi and everyone else, you all made our stay so memorable.

Isaiah (10/5): - I stayed at Dialoog Seminyak recently and honestly, it was such a great experience. The hotel has this sleek, minimalist design that still feels warm and inviting — very "modern Bali" vibes. You walk in and immediately feel calm. Everything’s super clean and thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious and super comfortable, with a huge window that let in tons of natural light. I loved the mix of concrete, wood, and soft textures — very chic but not trying too hard. The bed was great (slept like a baby), and the rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. Staff were lovely — really friendly, helpful, and professional without being overbearing. You can tell they’re well-trained but still bring that genuine Balinese hospitality. The pool area is beautiful, right by the beach, and perfect for lounging with a book or cocktail. Breakfast was also a highlight — good variety, quality ingredients, and proper coffee (which I always appreciate). Location-wise, it’s just slightly off the main buzz of Seminyak, so you get peace and quiet, but you’re still close enough to walk or hop over to restaurants, shops, or beach clubs. Overall, Dialoog Seminyak is the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Seminyak, this one’s hard to beat.
Emilie (10/5): Absolutely wonderful. - Everything from start to finish was an excellent experience. We had a wonderful time and well looked after during our stays, we left for couple days for another stay in a different region, but we ended up coming back again before returning home as we enjoyed it so much. Hotel room was great and had everything you need, the pool has a good amount of sun/shade during the day. Great breakfast selections and good choice for the menu in the restaurant too. The hotel is stunning, peaceful and had a relaxed and calming atmosphere. The staff are really wonderful, each and every one of them were highly welcoming, attentive and friendly. Nothing at all was any bother, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special thank-you to the front desk staff, Rani and all the other staff in the dining/pool area for making our stay memorable. If we could rate it higher than a 10 we would, we will definitely be back on our next visit.

The hotel restaurant had really good food with many options to choose from. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was delicious. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Seminyak.
Cheng-sheng (3/5): disappointing facilities but great staff - location was nice, staff was very helpful and warm despite being a refurbished hotel, the room still feels old and outdated, everything in the room was merely usable (dirty towels, curtains couldn’t open all the way…) The biggest problem was the doors didn’t fit the doorframe, leaving a big gap, which caused the room to have absolutely no soundproof. i was constantly woken up the first night by sounds outside the room, and had to use earplugs the next night. the staff did offer me a room swap, but i figured it wouldn’t make much difference since most of the doors seemed to have the same problem. also there were ants in the room.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel and good location - Hotel had only been open a week, so we got the royal treatment! The service was too notch!! First hotel to serve me a cold coconut!!! Food at restaurant was good, rooms are great and pool was very clean! Gym was great too, but still lacking a few things (towels, yoga mat, etc). Main warning would be that if you get a flower lei, make sure you’re not wearing anything expensive as the flowers can stain. Also, be careful with the massage therapist as the one I got, was not good at all. It was a complimentary massage, so maybe that’s why it was so poor (she just smeared oil on my limbs, and even left to make a phone call halfway through the treatment, then wanted to dictate how I filled out the feedback form). I would have preferred to stay in the pool!! Or at least given her sunscreen to smear on my body instead. However all the staff at the front desk and restaurant were really exceptional!!
