The room was clean and so cute with all its tortoise decor. We will definitely be visiting again, and can't wait to play with snoopy. ( the owners sweet puppy who came to visit a bit!!) Everything was great.
• Mara (10/5): Wonderful stay - We loved staying at the Tortoise Retreat! The host is really friendly and has the sweetest Beagle Snoopy, which came by to say hi a lot and was one of our highlights staying here. It‘s really close to the Langebaan West Coast National Park Gate!

• Maciver (9/5): I will definitely be going back to Tortoise Retreat whenever I go to Langebaan - I loved the covered parking, my own little patio with a fountain and the beautiful fully stocked room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom fairly new. Chris, as a host, was friendly and waiting for me on my arrival. I would have liked the DSTV channels, as I don't understand Netflix and others. But I was only there one night, and didn't even turn the TV on, so it's a very small point.

You could hear the people on the other side of the door
