Quan entres hi ha una zona comuna per a les 3 habitacions on hi ha la cuina-menjador. La nostra habitació tenia una estança gran amb un llit de matrimoni i una micro habitació. Els llits són molt molt molt còmodes, una meravella, els millors de tot el viatge. Coixins també molt bons. Comunicació per whatsapp amb el propietar molt fluïda. Parla perfectament castellà. Molt silenciós. Lavabo molt nou. Dutxa molt bé, pressió i temperatura. Hi ha assecador de cabell. Wifi perfecte. Hem passat fred. Té calefacció que l'encén el propietari a distància, i tot i que l'avisàvem que ens la posés l'encenia cinc minutets i no era suficient. La cuina no té campana extractora. Per sort no vam cuinar. Segon pis sense ascensor. Escales empinades i estretes. Accés sense recepció. Però instruccions fàcils i clares, sense problema. Tot el voltant és zona blava. Vam anar a fer un parell de voltes fins que vam trobar un carrer sense zona de pagament i allà vam aparcar. Estava a uns 400 metres de l'apartament.

• Irina (10/5): - Everything was excellent! The accommodation is fantastic, located in a quieter part of Palermo but still within walking distance of all the main sights. The neighborhood offers everything you might need, including cafes and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with all essentials, everything is new and renovated. No complaints at all! Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. If we return to Palermo, we will definitely stay here again.

Merci à l’hôte pour les différentes recommandation de restaurants. L’appartement est très confortable malgré un peu de bruit de la rue et dans l’immeuble mais rien d’insupportable.

• Viet Nguyen (9/5): Funktional, aufgeräumt und sauber - Zimmer war einfach aufgeräumt, funktional und sauber. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig. Es fehlt ein Kofferhocker. Zwischen Türblatt und Zarge sollte eine Gummidichtung hin, damit es beim Zuschlagen leiser wird. Im Treppenhaus sollte nach Malerarbeit das Kreppband vom Boden entfernt werden.

• Isabel (10/5): Für den Preis zu der Jahreszeit (Hochsaison Oktober) was ich super zufrieden. - Es gab zwar kein Frühstück, aber das war im Vorraus bekannt. Das Zimmer ist in optimaler Lage zwischen Hafen und Innenstadt was praktisch ist für jeden der Fähren erreichen muss oder den Bus zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer was zwar im 2. Stock (ohne Aufzug) aber sehr modern und sauber mit bequemen Better. Ich hatte meine kleinen Hund mit, und das war auch kein Problem. Den Fernseher fand ich etwas kompliziert. In Italien waren anscheinend weder RAI/CNN/BBC nicht verfügbar so dass man Nachrichten nicht richtig verfolgen konnte.

Apartment is good, windows are opened to quite yard, so you can sleep without noise and fresh air if you don't like AC. And everything is close to apartment.

Brak problemów z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem, zostawieniem bagaży przed czy po checkout. Pokoje nowoczesne, czyste i Co najważniejsze- ciche - nie ma problemu żeby spać z otwartym oknem, co jak na centrum Palermo jest wyzwaniem.

Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux/poil sur le matelas et quelques uns sur les draps. La taxe de séjour n'est pas à jour sur l'annonce c'est en réalité 2 fois plus cher.

El check in es un poco incómodo si se hace a distancia porque tienes que esperar a que te abran el portal en remoto, pero una vez pasado ese trámite el resto es fácil. Hay parking gratis en la calle cerca, aunque la línea azul confunde (se puede ver la zona gratuita con la app de Easy Park. Me gustó todo

The location was great with several nearby restaurants, bakeries, greengroceries, etc. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The main attractions is within walking distance. There is public transportation close by to reach other places in Palermo (e.g. beach, train station). The beds were comfortable and allowed for good nights. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The hot weather in those days in Palermo but nothing related with the accommodation due to the good AC :)

• Matteo (10/5): Exceptional - Fast, clean and convenient. Our boat was cancelled due to poor sea conditions so we booked there 15 min before arriving and they managed not to make us wait. The flat is comfortable, well designed and very close to the docks and the city center. There is also a small fridge in the room with a very appreciated fresh water bottle to welcome us. There are two ramps of narrow stairs to get there and no elevator. Not a problem for us, but if you are older or have a ton of luggage that might be an issue...

What I loved the most is the owner who was very caring and thoughtful, we honestly felt like staying by a friend or family member and the communication was just excellent. It is worth noting the recycling bins in the common area, and sustainable solutions for heating and lightning, well done!
