• Giulia (1/5): - La posizione Abbiamo pagato per una camera con balcone, che ci è stata data solo la seconda notte perché non disponibile. Il receptionist non capiva l'italiano quindi difficile la comunicazione. La camera era molto sporca con mobili usurati (coperta da stracci per non fare vedere). PUZZA DI FOGNA CHE RISALE DAL WATER che ha reso quasi impossibile dormire. Water che fa fatica a scaricare. Acqua calda che non dura più di 3 minuti quindi preparatevi a docce fredde. Le pareti molto sottili che facevano sentire ogni rumore/conversazione dei vicini. Hotel al 5° piano con ascensore fatiscente e non per deboli di cuore. Frigo bar (compreso nella descrizione della camera) inesistente. Faticano ad accettare pagamenti con bancomat. Per concludere al check-out ti "invitano" molto insistente a fare una recensione positiva prendendoti il telefono dalle mani.

• Muradil (2/5): We are very disappointed because the accommodation does not match the description provided. - the location is good Unfortunately, the host stopped responding to our messages right after we checked in. The room also has a very unpleasant smell, and we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. In addition, the listing stated that there is a balcony, but there is actually no balcony at all.

• Steven (3/5): Look for something else near-by with a reliable hot water system. - Location was great, staff were very nice and polite, if not very helpful when we lost access to hot water after the first two nights. At this price point in Rome it was reasonable to expect a very small room with a lot of stairs and a very small slow lift (read one person at a time with luggage). The room was cleaned each day and there was just enough space for an intimate couple. However, we found roman plumbing to be quite stinky (as in toilet smell or disinfectant from cleaning to cover the toilet smell coming up the shower drain if it was left uncovered). The hot water broke while we there so no shower at all 2 nights followed by a 1min showers on the last 3 nights with very hot water, which then went freezing cold and a 20min wait between showers for it to heat up again. At least with the balcony open on cool spring nights whilst we were there meant we could sleep without the smell. The repeated insistence by staff that the hot water was working when in practice it wasn't enough to have a decent wash was very frustrating. The advantage of accommodation in this area was access to good cheap breakfasts in the many cafes around the train station, close to train, bus and taxi transport and not too far to walk to most of the main attractions if you are moderately fit. Plenty of police and (heavily armed) army personnel around the station made it feel reasonably safe for walking, even at night, but take care to prevent pick pocketers especially using the metro and crowded tourist locations. If the hot water actually worked we could have lived with most of the other issues associated with the price/location trade off. Hot water broke after two nights and unfortunately didn't get fixed properly for the rest of our stay. The plumbing smell issues could be managed in the cool weather we had for our stay but probably wont be much fun in summer. The inability to fix the hot water properly whilst claiming it was fixed really spoiled our stay at this hotel.

• Renedo (1/5): Pésima, no descansas, la limpieza es mala, no hay agua caliente. - La ubicación, el resto si tienen la oportunidad pierdansela No hay agua caliente, con suerte tiene presión, hay 1 minuto, y la respuesta es que todo el piso la usa entonces hay que esperar, por ende no hay nunca. Las paredes son de papel no se puede descansar. Uno entiende que en Europa todo es caro y chico y uno deja pasar cosas por estar en Roma, pero realmente no vale la pena pagar por no poder ni bañarte tranquilo.

You could easily walk around to buy something. There is a little freezer too. That the bathroom is outside, but it is noticed in the advertisement.

• Sanae (6/5): The staff enters rooms during your absence without permission. - perfect location I was traveling solo but was upgraded to a 2 bed room with balcony. communication by text (or messages through booking dot com) is nonexistent, so unless you are able to make calls within Italy you’re screwed…no way to tell them when you’re coming (especially since the front desk is staffed only part of the time). What enraged me was that I checked in, saw that there was a balcony with a little table and chairs. I came back in the evening to find the table gone. It’s not the loss of the table that gets me mad, it’s that the staff came into my room without me knowing. It makes one feel very uncomfortable.

The parquet floor was worn, and room looked different from what was shown in the photos. The kitchen was very dirty, the equipment was in poor condition, and the kettle did not work. Overall, the room offered less value than what I paid for.

Hay que realizar la calificación teniendo en cuenta el costo que fue muy bajo comparado con otros precios en Roma. Es una opción que te soluciona si solo quieres dejar las maletas y descansar unas cuantas horas mientras llegas a la estación termini que está a 5 minutos a pie. Personal que nos recibió muy amable. La habitación era amplia. El baño compartido, mi error, no me di cuenta al hacer la reserva que era baño compartido. Igual estaba muy limpio.

Cuando elegí este alojamiento me fijé en los comentarios y en las fotos que estuvieran bien las habitaciones etc y no tiene nada que ver las fotos a cómo está en la actualidad. Está todo deteriorado fatal fatal. Nada de nada . No era lo que esperaba . Sábanas sucias . Colchones que se hunden…no puedo decir nada bueno. Nada más entrar al portal la sensación de dejadez suciedad se palpaba ya en el ambiente.

Had to use an outside bathroom in a communal area (said private use). Was accused of lying about our booking! Guesthouse not at advertised address, needed find another address. Tired, scruffy, tv not working, dirty kitchen area, no extra bedding, smelly drains. Would not recommend this guest house to anybody!!

• ANA MARIA (6/5): Hotel para 1 noche cerca de Termini - Hay habitaciones con literas para 6 personas y para 8 personas, esto es positivo para grupos. La cercanía a Termini es también interesante. Dejé un enchufe de cargador de móvil en mi habitación al abandonar la habitación y aunque dije que iba a ir a recuperarlo me dijeron que no lo habían encontrado y eso es imposible. Esto me ha defraudado porque la persona de recepción es amable. La salida del hotel es a las 10h30 un poco pronto.
