- Jasmine (2/5): - The location and space was great for the group I felt the host wasn’t unaccommodating. I had this accomodation booked since April (8 months), requested an hour eariler check in and it was denied. The floors were filthy, one of the shower drains was 100% broken as we were all standing in ankle deep water. The heater in one of the rooms wasn’t functioning well. Simple hosting things such as coffee, oil etc were all left empty. Dishes were left in the dishwasher from i’m assuming a previous booking & we weren’t provided with enough toilet paper. A fireplace is advertised in the booking photos yet we couldn’t use it. Considering we spent over a 1k AU to stay here, the simple necessities should be provided with the cost. anything extra goes without saying that we would buy it. overall, we all had a bed and a roof over our heads but wouldn’t recommend to someone.

Lots of space, access to kitchen and washing machine Lack of natural lighting as accommodation is below road level. No instructions for the heating, so many lights many on sensors.

- Alexander (7/5): - Die Lage des Apartments war sehr zufriedenstellend. Der kleine Garten war eine toller ergänzung zum Apartment. Die Ausstattung und Räumlichkeit des Apartments war ebenfalls sehr positiv anzumerken Uns wurde ein Parkplatz versprochen, diesen haben wir jedoch nicht bekommen. Auch der Service im allgemeinen lässt zu wünschen übrig, da wir niemanden vom Personal erreichen konnten um nach dem Parkplatz oder anderen Dingen zu fragen.. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer waren hervorragend gemütlich, das Bett im wohnzimmer hatte allerdings keinerlei Zugang zur frischer Luft, weshalb es sehr ungemütlich, dunkel und vor allem stickig zu schlafen war. Die zwei Badezimmer hatten wenig Belüftung weshalb es nach einigen Tagen angefangen hat stark zu riechen. Wohnung befindet sich im Keller weshalb es im Wohnzimmer einen leichten Altbau Geruch gab.

- Tommy (8/5): Very good - Great location. Nice and spacious. There was not enough crockery for the amount of people staying.
- Klinta (10/5): Ideal for family stay - Stayed with family, and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, and the little kitchen and fridge came in very handy when making up a quick breakfast. Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, and loved that we could go out in the garden from on of the bedrooms.

- Benjamin (7/5): We had a good stay in Prague, the accommodation was in a great spot - We did not have breakfast provided The three bedrooms were not really as described. We had two separate bedrooms and the third one was two mattresses on a cement base with no privacy. We had six adults so this was an issue for us as the kitchen / dining area were literally open to the third bed area. The heating was a little too hot - a list of instructions would be appreciated

The atmosphere of the appartment and its temperature. Also the dishwasher was convenient and the. 2 bathrooms. There are only 2 separate bedrooms instead of 3 as advertised. There was no private space for us (3rd couples) at all and not even a wardrobe or even a curtain to get some privacy. It is good for 2 couples. The kitchen was a bit poorly equipped. Knives are dull, sharpener was not okay, no coffee machine. The advertisement did not say that it is underground, a basement with only 2 windows in the 2 separate bedrooms!
- Kashyap (8/5): Stay with Prague Apartments - Location, ambience, facilities, presentation, pricing everything was as per our requirements The flat is close to the road and the lower ground floor makes an impact of external noises more disturbing if windows remain open. Floor cleaning can be improved further.

- Oliviyera (3/5): Horrible horrible stay - How it looked on the website. The place wasn’t clean properly. We could find only 1 dinner plate to eat from ( there were several desert small plates there but not normal plates ) even forks were missing apart from 1 small desert fork was in the cutlery box. Not bathrooms maths to step on once out of the shower. Bedding was awful, stretchy old sheets were very rough so were the duvet covers. Pillows were horrible, very old and stained. This place looked lovely on your website but honestly it was discussing once inside. Not even any basic toiletries were put in the bathrooms, even toilet paper was running out. Floors very dirty. We need to put our shoes on even to go to the bathroom in the middle of the nigh.
