• Delyan (9/5): Nice place to stay for a city break. - Cousy minimalistic furnishing, good amenities, located next to all restaurants and cafeterias. The neighbours from the first floor were noisy, they had a crazy loud Greek party. Of course this is not something that our host could change and is responsible for.

• Sinan (10/5): - Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt in Nea Iraklitsa. Sehr gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Panos ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wäre beim nächsten mal wieder unsere erste Option :)

• Danaia (9/5): Comfy and clean - It was clean and tidy. We arrived in the evening but the host was waiting for us with air conditioning on so we feel comfortable. I really liked the white indoor design of the rooms and the three terraces.

• Vera (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and clean small apartment within walking distance to the beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including coffee machine and coffee supplies. Panos is very nice host and is always available

The owner is extremely responsible and welcoming. The location is ideal: just 5 minutes to both beaches and only 2 minutes' walk from the center. Truly a great experience. Highly recommended!
• Kaloyan (9/5): Superb - Panos is a very welcoming host. We were a bit late due to traffic and he waited for us to show us the room and he had even preheated it for our daughter.
• Bojidar (10/5): Nice place for a summer vacation. - It is very close to all the restaurants and at the same time very quiet. There are plenty of parking spots in the area, although we were in a not very busy period. Nice big terrace where you can have your morning coffee. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of an espresso machine. Most places in Nea Iraclitsa do not offer that. This is not a complaint but a suggestion. There could be a TV in the bedroom, although there is one in the living room.

Location of Suites are close to center. Panos who is the landlond, answers all the questions quickly and he is very kind. As a summary, i advise for everyone to stay there. Nothing

• Δημήτριος (4/5): Disappointing and highly overpriced - Location is very close to pedestrian street. Had 2 A/C It's not a suite. It's an very overpriced apartment. A tiny, uncomfortable apartment which cannot accommodate more than 2 people. It's not a family room. The apartment is in an old building. We have booked a room with sea view. The sea was only visible if you sat on the corner of the balcony and look right. All the windows look at mountains. There was no cleaning, no extra sheets, even basic amenities like toilet paper (2 rolls for a family for 4 nights) The master bedroom is having a bed and some kind of bricks with a hanger which you d probably hit when you get up from bed. No TV in master room as well. The host is living about 1h drive long, so in case you need anything... better find an alternative. The key to the building was not working so we had to ask others to open us. Last but not least, there is some local garbage collection every 06:00 which is noisy and also the local church. We booked due to comments, but got really disappointed.

• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - Renovated and clean. Good location, next to the beaches and restaurants. Everything for living is here, including dryer, iron and even coffee capsules. Very pleasant host Panos, personally checked me in and guided through the apartment lately around 10pm. Also provided late check-out option for free. Except perhaps missing shower curtains :) will be good to have it.
• Nikolay (10/5): Great place for your holiday! - Everything was great! The owner of the suites, Panos, is very hospitable and always ready to help if we need anything. The suites are new and clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The location is very good. A quiet and peaceful place, just 150 meters from the harbor and the promenade with taverns and restaurants. The nice beach with beach bars is a 5-minute walk from the suites. We will be definitely back again and would recommend this place to other tourists!

He answered all of our questions about things to do nearby. - The apartment was really spacious, with two huge balconies overlooking lovely views, two air conditioners and comfortable beds None - everything was great
