• Isaac (10/5): Great and memorable stay at the country side cottage - It is nicely located in the countryside with easy access to Oxford town centre and the motorway. The house is well equipped with kitchen appliances and bath amenities.

Extremely comfortable beds! Communication was great and check in/out was simple and efficient, would throughly recommend and we will be back. Nothing at all, it was lovely.

• Lisa (9/5): Highly recommend this gorgeous Cotswold cottage - Fantastic character cottage located in a charming Cotswold village. The cottage had excellent facilities and a lovely courtyard garden (not closed off the road so we used long line for our dog as he’s not road savvy) and Off road parking. The village is very lovely and the locals very friendly. The Red Lion pub and Grain Store cafe both within walking distance (and highly recommended) along with a village store/post office (which is very well stocked if you forget something). The village is equally close to Bicester Village (8 miles), Woodstock/Blenheim Palace and Banbury, with Oxford another further 4 miles away. There is also a train station which you can walk to in 25 mins along the canal which takes you to London Marleybone. Nick the host, was excellent in his communication and very responsive. We will definitely return.
• Hannah (7/5): Comfortable cottage in quiet village - The village of Steeple Aston is picture postcode beautiful and only a short drive from the main road. Oxford Parkway park and ride is a short drive as is Blenheim Palace. The village is quiet and peaceful. The cottage has parking for two cars and a small garden with outdoor seating. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfy. Plenty of towels provided. There is a well stocked shop a very short distance from the cottage. The kitchen equipment could be improved, ie. We could only find one baking tray, there were very few teaspoons and all the knives used for food preparation were blunt. The garden and parking area need a good clean and tidy up.

• Nikki (9/5): A comfortable stay in a quiet location. - Location was great, very quiet. Beds were very comfy and cottage had everything we needed for a few days. Stairs very noisy so couldn’t sneak down for a cuppa without waking the whole house lol

We’ve spent New Year’s Eve & Day there and we had a lovely time. Kitchen was very well equipped (as we were self catering), cosy and cute bedrooms and very spacious living room. Nice walking trails nearby. The overall cleaning could be improved. Not dirty, but the bathroom & kitchen could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

• Else (10/5): Gem of a Cottage - Had a fabulous 3 night stay in this gem of a cottage. The facilities are great with lovely little extra touches. Had the bonus of being dog friendly and driveway parking. The beds are so big and comfy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The village is quiet with a lovely pub that did great food. Clarksons farm was only a 20 min drive away and other picturesque villages only a short distance away. Nick was a great host and communication was easy. Overall a fabulous stay. The village was quiet and picturesque. Just what we wanted with lots of great dog walks. Had parking also.

The outside area is beautiful, a lovely place to sit out and dine alfresco There was no full length mirror. The shower was not very good as the shower head only points outwards, rather than downwards, so could be quite messy!

• Alan (10/5): Perfect authentic Cotswold village experience with all the comforts and perfectly presented. - Beautifully restored and presented Cotswold stone cottage in a charming little village. 2 good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds, fresh and modern kitchen and bathroom. Lovely gas fire and central heating so we were nice and warm. Nick is a great host and made us feel very welcome. Nothing really. Exceeded expectations.
