• Přemysl (8/5): - Nice hotel for this value. Close to nix rooftop restaurant For some reason hot water doesn't work. Blanket inside bedsheets was dirty.
• paul (1/5): - I booked a room at this hotel three months in advance, with multiple confirmations and ongoing communication via WhatsApp leading up to my arrival. On the day of check-in, I even messaged them to confirm everything was set—no issues were mentioned. Upon arriving, I was shocked to learn that my reserved room was no longer available due to overbooking. They only disclosed this in person at the front desk and offered to relocate me to another hotel instead. There was no prior warning, apology, or attempt to honor the original booking despite my advance payment and repeated confirmations. This experience was extremely disappointing and disruptive, especially after such long notice and communication. It feels like reservations here aren't reliable—guests risk having their rooms sold out from under them without notice. I strongly advise others: Do not consider your booking truly confirmed with this property. They may overbook and fail to honor reservations, leaving you to scramble upon arrival. Potential guests should be very cautious or choose elsewhere.
• Anirban (8/5): Pleasant stay at the Hotel Maple Ridge with excellent service and sumptuous food. - Very good location, big rooms, well appointed accommodation and warm comfortable hospitality. Breakfast buffet is very filling and lunch service was excellent. Shoutout to the hospitable service by both the lunch server, Sachin and the breakfast service person. Cleanliness and maintenance of fittings and furnishings inside the room should be improved for longevity of premium look and feel.
• Badal (10/5): - It was pleasant stay at maple ridge, and staff was supportive and professional. House keeping staff was good too. Room was specious and washroom was clean. Breakfast was delicious and service was good. Location was perfect near to Taj Mahal. We would like to come again soon. Thanks everyone to give us a good service extremely happy 😊
• Martine (7/5): - Nice hotel, staff very accommodating. You can walk to the Taj in around 30 min or uber in 10. I stayed in January so it was cold in the evening, they do not provide heaters but gave me an extra blanket, so early night for me however, dreadful nights sleep. My room was near reception and the staff were shouting to one another all night. Fell asleep about midnight and was woken by staff voices at 5pm. I would stay again, just not on that floor
• Sneha (7/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay. - Spacious and clean rooms. Good Location, quite close to the Taj Mahal. Lots of restaurants and dhabas nearby for food options. Reception staff was friendly. The property was a little old and could have been better maintained. Reception staff was helpful in suggesting commute options within Agra, however price quoted did not fulfill 'value for money'.

Le mie lenzuole erano sporche e ho chiesto di cambiarle (l’hanno fatto subito!). Nel bagno non c era acqua calda ed era sporco. Struttura molto antica. Per il prezzo pagato si trova assolutamente di meglio!

• Ajay (9/5): Lovely property, could be maintained better.. - Fantastic location, generally clean facility, spacious rooms, polite staff, ok breakfast (decent variety but the quality & taste could be better), polite staff Nothing much.. Had to ask for bath soaps.. The edges of the towels were torn.. I booked a room with an upgrade, which was almost denied.. But eventually, they did (took some unsolicited explanation at their end) when I showed them the booking details.. Some staff were playing loud videos outside the room.. The mattress wasn't comfortable..

• Anne (9/5): Superb - I stayed two nights, and it was a great stay. It is situated right next to the metro, and there are good restaurants in the area. Ms Anas in the reception was extremely helpfull with information and help with transport to and from the hotel, and she has a lovely smile. I will defently stay at Maple Rigde next time I am going to Agra

• Intizar (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are very clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is also perfect, with everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!
• Praveenhiremath (9/5): Nearby Metro Station. Large and neatly decor'ed Room+Large Bathroom. Recommended - Located about 100m from metro station, on a quiet road. Comfy large room with huge bathroom. also had a Smart TV and Extra chairs and tables in the room. Nice lobby at reception to relax. The box AC can get a bit noisy and loud. Shower area/bathtub needs a bit more wider glass panel/curtain to avoid water dripping to rest of the bathoom.

Taxi booked through Hotel was Bad: a.) AC was not working b.) Complimentary Guide, as promised by staff while booking Taxi costing Rs.1300 for Taj visit, was asking for money. c.) Driver was not experienced enough
