• Mario (1/5): - Location was good. The owner’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Around midnight on the day of our reservation, she messaged me claiming that she could no longer accommodate us because of an alleged “emergency” in the apartment. She then started pressuring me to cancel the reservation myself and even sent me suggestions for other apartments in Bari. After I refused several times to cancel, she began complaining that she would have to pay penalties to Booking and was essentially trying to make me feel responsible for the situation. She also offered us alternative apartments, but at higher prices, without even suggesting to cover the difference in cost. After I firmly refused to cancel the reservation, she eventually accommodated us after all — and it turned out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment. I was left with the clear impression that this was a double booking through another platform and an attempt to force us to cancel voluntarily. In more than 20 years of using Booking, this has been the most negative experience I have ever had — until the very last moment, I did not know whether we would even have a place to stay.

• ANDREEA (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay. Although the room is small and the glass shower in the room is a bit strange, it is perfect for a city break. The location is excellent, close to old Bari, Bari centrale, there are supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. The host was very nice and offered us support whenever we needed it.

• Katarzyna (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko Starego Miasta. Około 15 minut piechotą do dworca Bari Centrale. Autobus na lotnisko na przeciwko apartamentu. Zestaw kosmetyków, ręczniki, suszarka - wszystko na miejscu. Bardzo miły personel i dobry kontakt z właścicielką, która jest bardzo pomocna. Ze względu na poranny lot byłyśmy na miejscu kilka godzin przed obowiązującym zameldowaniem, właścicielka sama zaproponowała żebyśmy zostawiły walizki i wróciły kiedy pokój będzie gotowy. Jako, że był gotowy gdy przyszłyśmy zostawić rzeczy mogłyśmy od razu w nim zostać co było niesamowitym komfortem po podróży :) W pokoju dostępne dodatkowo płatne napoje w ramach mini baru. Okno wychodzi na ruchliwą i bardzo głośną ulicę, więc spanie przy otwartym balkonie nie wchodzi w grę. Jest jednak klimatyzacja a zamknięte okno bardzo dobrze tłumi hałas.

Alarma de gaz a pornit în miezul nopții si suna la câteva minute ca exista scurgeri de gaz. Camera gălăgioasă se aud toate ambulantele, poliția, claxoane, gălăgia stradală. Nu este de nota 9 cum zic pe booking.

Lage der Unterkunft prinzipiell sehr gut - man muss nur an einem Park vorbei gehen und ist schon in der Innenstadt. Ausstattung in der Unterkunft sehr gut. Unterkunft ist im 1. Stock - daher ist es aufgrund des Verkehrs laut (auch in der Nacht) - dafür ist die Lage super.

• Jesusanalma (9/5): Muy buena relacion calidad precio cerca del centro - Es una habitación amplia con una minicocina y una mesa con sillas para comer y baño. Los colchones, almohadas, etc muy buenos. No hay ruidos y te permite cenar o desayunar alli. Había café gratis y la nevera llena de bebidas para comprar. Lo único malo es que la ducha está fuera del baño y claro si no vas con familia o amigos íntimos da un poco de corte. Muy cerca del castillo y del centro histórico andando 10 minutos. Y de la estación de bus y de tren a 20. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas gratis el último dia hasta que salía nuestro avión. Muy recomendable

• Martin (8/5): - The room is well situated, on a good place near the historical center, the room is clean and nice, same as described in the offer. A bit complicated administration of the check in with the flat provider. Some provider tries to make it easier for traveler, some makes it easier for them. The property is in fact one room of the previous flat, however that is not a problem. Also the bus stop just in front of the house can be a little bit noisy for somebody, but advantage for other.

Cu toate ca am ajuns destul de tarziu la cazare, doamna a fost foarte draguta si amabila pentru a ne da toate detalile necesare. Camera a fost curata, iar pe la mijlocul saptamanei s-a facut curatenie si ne-a schimbat prosoapele. Recomand cu mare drag!

Pulito e con grande bagno (c'e' un ottimo asciugacapelli e la pistra!. Spazi comuni un po' rumorosi. Finestre insonorizzate e dotato di aria condizionata. Parcheggio convenzionato vicino (25 euro a notte) Poco silenzio negli spazi comuni. Macchinetta del caffe' fuori della stanza e quindi chi si fa il caffe' fa rumore.

Plaja Lido San Francesco, la cateva statii distanta cu autobuzul 2 sau 6 Apartamentul este foarte curat, echipat cu ceea ce ai nevoie, o mica bucatarie, aparat de cafea. • Alina (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay 😊🙌🏻 Grazie, Fimabechi! - The location is great, right outside the entrance there’s a public transport stop, which makes it super easy to get to the central station and back – especially convenient for tourists. The historic center is only about a 10-minute walk away. The street itself is not very quiet because of frequent buses, but if you don’t have a car, the transport connections are really handy. There are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, and a grocery store right next to the apartment, which is very convenient. The room is cozy and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a coffee machine. The beds and pillows are comfortable, though the extra sleeping place is quite firm – I added an extra blanket to make it softer. Check-in and check-out were on time without any delays. The apartment was clean when we arrived, and about halfway through our stay, it was tidied up a bit, which was a nice touch. Everything was in good working order. The hosts provided excellent communication, responding quickly both in the chat and over the phone. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

• Miroslav (1/5): Conclusion - NO Dimora fimabechi, NO Booking anymore. - Continuing from the things we didn't like, no space: We started several disputes with the booking to refund. Awful booking support, I started to think in my mind, whether I talk with some AI chatbot, which tells me bullshits, but then I realized that if it was AI chatbot, it would be smarter. They proved me there are real people behind their support. Conclusion: No such properties and booking.com, only quality hotels from now on, without booking.com, why do we need them at all? But Yes, we liked the city. We've been in Matera and Alberobelo. Great destinations. @everyone, let’s tell you the truth about the property and booking.com. We had a really bad, terrible experience with the property. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and a child per room and paid for 3 nights for a total of 818 euro. In just a minutes, the host contacted me via whatsapp asking me to cancel the reservation and pay them in cash at the property at a lower price. I believed that booking.com, as an intermediate, in the case that there would be trouble will be that supportive and help you to not stand of the situation we had. Anyways, I didn’t accept. The day before arrival, they contacted me again on whatsapp to ask me for passport details. I gave everything needed. They told me about a fee of 25euro if we arrive out of check-in hours, but that’s fine. They already knew, that we have 2 rooms…. 6 people in total… everything. On the day, we arrived in the rooms, we talked on the phone to navigate us where to find the keys and so on. Everything was fine. 15 mins after the accommodation, they started again on whatsapp to ask if we like the rooms, how we will love the city and so on, and suddenly – they told me that there is a mistake in the reservation and that we paid less than it should be??? I told that it’s not possible. She came in the property in 5 mins. She told us that we have to pay 30euro more - per person/per room x3 nights, no matter there are 2 kids. That’s 540 euro more?! In the beginning they even asked to cancel and pay less… We refused, because it seems like a kind of a blackmail?! We started both sides to call booking’s “customer support. In the same time, they called the police?! The police came and started to write something. We don’t know,they don't speak Eng. They just spoke with the hosts...but anyway. The result, we left on the street literally, 2 families with 2 kids. There were NO left available rooms anywhere. Booking’s support was dead. After all, we wanted refund. Last time, they even didn’t respond. They just took our...

Just in front of it it is the bus station if you want to take the bus to the main city station (Bari centrale). It is clean and Filomena was very kind. Also next to the property it is a market. It was exactly like in the pictures For the shower you always need a shower cap (we bought one for the shop next to the property). It can be very noisy from outside traffic

Access to the historic city with its restaurants, musea and churches easily by walk. They clean the room every day regardless of leaving the 'Do not disturb' flag on the door.

Very hard to find. Even when calling and asking for help, we still had trouble finding it. Better signage would help.

• Raul (2/5): Very poor - Nothing The information on the description are false. This is not a family room. The shower is literally in the room with glass doors. How can you take a shower with you kid next to you? The pictures of the room ,are made in the manner that you cannot see clearly that the shower is in the room. The balcony doesn't exist because there is a kitchen in it. And the view is not what we can see in the pictures on Booking. There is a continuous noise in the room because they have the wather pump next to this room, and the heating system is in the room. This heating system serves 2 rooms and you can hear it every time it starts.
