Ruby (5/5): - The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were kind enough to show us around and guide us. Lijo, was very helpful. The bathroom and toilet were not clean. There were no restaurants or food available, at the resort or in the surroundings. The staff provided us some bread and jam, when we reached around 2 pm. This should be mentioned in their advertisement or description so we could arrange food accordingly.
