• Tom (9/5): Would stay here again! - The property was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for much more! Lovely interior design, incredibly clean, comfortable beds and great facilities. Only a 3 minute walk to the Colosseum Hosts were fantastic! Answered any questions, left us a long list of restaurant and bar recommendations and messaged us each day to see if there was anything we needed. This property really was fantastic, one of the best I’ve stayed in. Lovely property! Great Location! Amazing Hosts! Only downsides where sometimes the front area of the property smelled of sewage & loud footsteps from the apartment above.

• Julia (1/5): Not worth the price. - The location is honestly the only positive side. The design was thought out but it absolutely does not live up to the expectation or how the property promotes its quality. IKEA plates and bedding don’t fit the price point either. The smell of sewers was overpowering and honestly worrying. It smelt strongly of mould and pretty sure that it was unhealthy to be breathing. We mentioned it multiple times and were told several times back that it was due to the city. Unfortunately we know that this isn’t fully true. The biggest down side is that you can’t open the windows fully to air (the only ones are in the living space and they open only a tiny sliver). No effort was made to even mask the smell, even some air purifiers or an incense stick would have helped. The staff were also not particularly kind, continuously defending themselves an opposed to trying to help.
• Jacob (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location near to restaurants and supermarkets. My family enjoy a lot. Very spacious.
• Saad (1/5): Bad - The location is very, very annoying, and the neighbors at the top are annoying, in addition to the presence of bathrooms outside the rooms, the weather is very cold, and the air conditioning does not work well, the owner of the apartment has communicated a large number of times and confirmation of attending on time, as well as leaving the apartment early in the morning at 10 o'clock, a residence that will not be repeated and I do not recommend it to anyoneج

• Sofia (10/5): Great comfort at good price - Elegance and comfort in Monti central area. Our family had a comfortable stay here. The three spacious bedrooms perfectly accommodated us and our children offering a good sleep. Close to the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia.
• Alessio (10/5): Perfect stay in central position - After a day spent exploring the city with my family, returning to this splendid apartment with a private turkish bath was the ultimate relaxation. The location is incredibly convenient, allowing us to reach the main attractions in just a few minutes. The direct entrance from the street offers privacy. Definitely, a stay to be repeated!
