• Trini (10/5): Outrageous - Customer service is amazing, at the front desk everybody have been polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic. Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us. Everything is amazing! My experience has been completely positive

• Regina (9/5): Superb - rooms are big and in a very good condition. The view from the hotel is great :) there is a lot of parking space. There's a light that turns on automatically when you go to the toilet. I didn't like that, but in general the experience was good.

• Raframcas (2/5): So many problems - The staff service We had many problems first the air conditioner was broken, it got changed and was again wrong then. We got a water leak and the sealing fell and flooded the room and then when we got changed room and the shower was drops of water and cold

• Ivan (9/5): Nice staff, nice view. - The rooms, the friendliness of staff, view and location While they were renovating, we found ourselves amidst the hustle. Although we originally booked for the view, we were assigned a room overlooking the car park and close to the construction zone, resulting in considerable noise. However, the manager and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable despite the circumstances. I’m sure it will be a great hotel once Hilton gets all ready to start operating.

• Rogerio-baader (8/5): Great days - I can't say too much, the Hotel was in the rebuild way. So, it makes sense not to be good still. But it will be nice for sure. I had not problems The location is very nice, near the shopping mall and restaurants. The infrastructure is good too. Accommodations are cleaned and big enough.

• Dane (6/5): The Hilton bought this place and I imagine it will be much more enjoyable after the renovations are - Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel facilities were lacking/below average. Food options very limited.

• Ricardo (8/5): Good experience, could have been much better, still a long way to reflect Hilton brand experience - The hotel is being remodeled since will be included in the Hilton network, which is great. But the noise is quite annoying. The attitude of the maid was most than excellent, but at the front desk (Cesar I guess), is nothing but awful, sadly does not reflect the tradition of customer experience value at Hilton, I've been in several and in this case it hardly represents the Hilton brand. Thanks anyway, food very good!! The attitude and reactions of a front desk staff member, in three occasions it seemed like he was doing me a favor, and even more did not show any effort to help me for a late check out. Very unpleasant to say the least

• Librado (8/5): Loved the location and hotel but with construction, the electricity and internet will go out. - Room was nice and location has a lot of areas to go and eat. The internet kept going out and electricity went out on several occasions.
• Jose (5/5): Definitely I won’t stay in Diamanté Hotel again. - I was not allowed to look at the city from the restaurant because it was under construction. They lied it wasn’t under construction, there were people drinking and eating in restaurant. There was a black out at night, power went off in my room, I complained in front desk, their answer was that if I don’t like just go to another hotel.
