- Martin (9/5): April 6-12, 2026: Ideal stay for larger groups (Sleeps up to 6ppl per unit) - April 6-12, 2026 Stay: If you're not into make shift hosting of smaller Airbnb's or higher priced Hotels with limited occupancy limits, this Service Apartment is a happy medium for a larger group (6+ people). The soaking tub in the master Bedroom was a nice aesthetic touch. The apartment was well furnished. Attentive Staff and stocked Apartment with amenities (Housekeeping comes every other day; 3 ensuite bathrooms +1 additional half bath/powder room; 6 Towels per unit; All-in-One Washer; Iron & Board; 6 Bottled Water restocked Daily; Hand Soap; Toiletries, Full Kitchen with Utensils, to name a few). The Pool access was round the clock and it was well-maintained and clean. Having WiFi access was clutch. Elevator access (although 1 of 2 cabs was under maintenance). Front Desk Concierge assisted with Check-in Check out while Bellhop/Porter assisted with bringing up luggage just as would be done in a Hotel. Well secured and gated property with ample parking; access codes for guests and delivery was also provided each and every morning. The Booking.com Rate needs to be brought up to date; budget $250+ USD/Nt. Not a major pain point, but the security deposit ($70+) that was collected at check-in is also worth mentioning. I don't recall paying such a fee at other Serviced Apartments or Hotels I stayed in. While I understand the need for it, I did not have a local card or bank account to have the funds sent to upon checking out. I believe some Apps allow a NGN Wallet which I did not have at the time. I winded up having my cousin receive the deposit in my stead.
- Fanjanirina Joeline (10/5): Securisé et familial - L'appartement est securisé, les employés sont courtois. J'avais une vue sur la piscine et cette dernière est bien entretenue. L'appartement est bien fourni avec des serviettes et peignoirs propres. Les ustensiles de cuisines sont complets alignés avec les details sur booking. Un peu de maintenance des meubles et du batiment rendrait le lieu parfait.

- Alessandro (5/5): Passable - The property has a great potential, large apartment, the staff is very nice and try to help. We had an issue with the shower in the main bedroom bathroom, every time we had a shower the bathroom was becoming a lake making impossible to further use it. The property offered to change the apartment. However, the proposed one was not of the same quality we have paid for, i.e., smaller and older, so we have decided to stay in the one we have booked and take shower in another room different from the one in the main bedroom. However, this did not solve the issue, the shower in the main bedroom was not usable due to the fact that after the shower it was becoming a lake. Also other things we believe they should take care, to make the place wonderful (there is a potential there), they need to provide sleepers and professional hangers for the wardrobe. The kitchen furniture can not be practically ruined everywhere and the sink tap has no filter making the water when coming out splashing everywhere.They have been nice with us, but we have felt that what we have booked was not completely delivered to us. - Roberta (9/5): Superb - The flat is very spacious and located in a nice part of Victoria Island A few easy things could be improved: no trash bin in toilets and rooms, not enough options to hang clothes, no kitchen towels. It is only minor things, but they go a long way to make your stay more comfortable
