So many little touches made the stay special, including a stocked fridge and snack/breakfast basket. The jacuzzi was much appreciated, and the location is perfect for a day of walking and sightseeing in this beautiful area of the country. Customer service was fantastic, all my questions were responded to quickly. Parking and key pickup very easy and convenient. Everything was spotless. The coffee maker was broken. Other than that, perfect!

Gutted I did not come across this place sooner as we have stayed at the lakes before. Thank you for a lovely stay.
• Duty (9/5): Fantastic Short Stay! - The apartment was very luxurious and had a very cosy feel to it. It was very warm in the apartment which was perfect for when we stayed there (early January) It's a very good mix of that homely feel with a few mod cons thrown in. The place was very clean and tidy and the Jacuzzi Bath was fantastic. The mini bar and welcome/leaving packs are a lovely touch and breakfast was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon. PS the mirror/TV in the bedroom is a brilliant touch! My partner had nowhere to plug in her hairdryer near the dressing table provided. The other sockets in the bedroom area are located behind the bedside tables which we didn't realise until the morning we were leaving.

A welcome snack hamper and full mini bar with a bottle of prosecco added a lovely touch. Staff were polite, and the breakfast hamper delivered in the morning was full of lovely fresh local treats.
• Courtney (10/5): Incredible stay, can’t wait to come back - We really liked how unique this property is. Spacious, luxurious with stunning views and easy access to the village via short walk. The staff were so friendly welcoming and we felt right at home If I was being very picky, it was an expensive stay and the suite is starting to look slightly dated. That being said, it’s in exceptional condition and was spotlessly clean. We would still certainly look to come back again in the future.

• Symon (10/5): - The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The spa bath is huge. The bed i wanted to take home. But the best thing was the little details. When we got there there was a hamper on the table with chocolate and fruit. We opened the fridge and there was 2 beers. 4 cans of pop, 4 bottles of water, milk and a bottle of prosecco. There was even a umbrella at the front door. The host have thought about everything Safe to say we will defo be back

The accommodation was exceptional – the breakfast hamper was delicious and varied, and the bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable. A lovely surprise was the little goodbye bag with snacks – such a thoughtful touch! The hot tub was amazing and made the experience even more relaxing. We also loved the fireplace – it created such a cosy and warm atmosphere in the evenings. We had a truly fantastic weekend and would definitely love to come back!

Not really a negative about the property or experience but when we came in the door way there seemed to be a lot of ants that got in. They were only at the door mat and weren’t found anywhere else in the property though!

• Katie (10/5): Take alllll my money, I will be back - The property is gorgeous, had lots of lovely little touches that just made the stay feel extra special. The fresh flowers on the coffee table, a complimentary mini bar, the bath salts and dressing gowns. It feels like a 5 star resort but with completely privacy. Hawkshead is small, but the walk to the pubs/shops is only about 4 minutes from the suit which is perfect. And if you wish to venture into bigger towns Ambleside & Windermere are a short drive away. I will be back ASAP it was the best UK overnight break I’ve had. I recommend you use the postcode on the welcome pack provided once you’ve booked, not the one on booking.com to find the property.

• Nafez (10/5): Exceptional - My wife and I stayed at Hawkshead suites for 3 nights as part of our trip in North England and Scotland… This is maybe the second time in my life I describe a stay as PERFECT. In fact, everything was perfect, the location, the service, the suite itself: its layout, design, amenities etc… every single detail has been looked at to make the stay a very comfortable and luxurious stay… Even the welcome pack that they sent by email was so well prepared… It includes all the details and answers all the questions that you may have about the Suite, the village, the activities! Hats off! Simply nothing

Brilliant variety of drinks and snacks within the property (no expense spared) You can easily see the owner takes great pride in this beautiful establishment. Great service, amenities and views. They were also kind enough to drop a hamper of treats filled with fresh baked goods and spreads in the morning as well as a gift bag for the journey home.
