- Axel (8/5): Als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge und abendliches Relexen empfehlenswert - Saubere Wohnung mit Kühlschrank. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und warm mit klarem Wasser was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Große Gemeinschaftsküche die von den mexikanischen Familien gut genutzt wurde. Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Kein Duschvorhang mehr vorhanden, die Stange und Ringe waren noch da. Keine Haken für die Handtücher. Direkt am Highway Wir hatten die zweitletzte Wohnung und somit den höchsten Abstand zur Straße. Allerdings war sie noch gut zu hören. Man sehr nah am Zentrum aber ohne Fahrzeug oder Taxi ist es schlecht da man immer zuerst entlang des Highway fahren muss.

- Viola (9/5): Super schön eingerichtete Unterkunft nah an der Lagune. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das gesamte Gelände super schön eingerichtet. Der Pool war perfekt für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind (zwei Bereiche). Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet und es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Lage war super, wenn man ein eigenes Fahrzeug hat wie wir. Es gab warmes Wasser in der Dusche und Möglichkeiten, um Wäsche aufzuhängen. WLAN gab es auf dem gesamten Gelände. Zum Glück haben wir alle einen tiefen Schlaf, aber falls nicht, ist die Straße nebenan wirklich extrem laut. Das Personal hat man hin und wieder mal gesehen, aber sie waren nicht wirklich offen für Unterstützung. So scheint es aber auf der Halbinsel Yucatán in der Preisklasse üblich zu sein (bisher war es bei uns immer so). Schön wäre, wenn es Tipps für gute Spots um die Lagune herum gäbe oder gute Restaurants. Beim Checkout haben wir auch niemanden mehr gesehen, so dass es nicht einmal eine Verabschiedung gab. Der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig.

- Heidi (10/5): - Très bon petit hôtel type motel, au rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour le coin. La cuisine partagée bien équipée est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables et le wifi fonctionnent parfaitement. Le personnel est adorable. Seul mini bémol : la proximité de la route peut être un peu bruyante pour les hôtes n’ayant pas l’habitude. Mais une paire de boule quies et c’est réglé !

- HAMZA (3/5): Very old, pad location, very expensive and pad description af Rooms - I don`t like any thing I make my Reservation 4 mouth ago and it must be view to the pool, but they gave me the first room behind the Railway, where I can`t sleep because the sound of the cars, busses and trailer som drive very fast. and the windows are at least 50 years old, and the room are the same very old and you feel you sleep in the street. they use so much klore in the pool, I swim just one time and get so much pain in my ejes. the Hotel are so far from anything, and you can`t come out without Taxi. because it`s so dangerous to walk in the railway.

- Damian (7/5): Okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis. - Gut ausgestatte Gemeinschaftsküche, nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tipps und immer am Ort. Kaffee und Trinkwasser kostenlos. Zimmer geräumig und sauber mit Kühlschrank und Ventilator. Pool auch sauber und auch die anderen Gemeinschaftsbereiche schön Nachts etwas laut wegen der daneben liegenden Schnellstraße, den hellhörigen Zimmern (hatten die günstigste Kategorie, bei denen die Zimmer alle direkt nebeneinander sind) und Nachbarn, die Party gefeiert haben. Die Zimmer teils etwas abgenutzt (Badtür durch Feuchtigkeit). Wir waren im Winter da (Februar) und es war nachts kalt und wärmere Decken gab es leider nicht auf dem Zimmer (wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt).

Jen třetí osoba ležela na přistýlce (rozkládací gauč), což bylo velmi nepohodlné. Ubytování je u hlavní silnice z/do Bacalaru a ani v noci tam není přílišný klid. I tak jsme byli spokojení.

- Line (10/5): Superbe - Dans la nature, piscine, grande chambre avec grand lit, frigo dans la chambre, eau chaude, grande cuisine bien équipée, café et eau à disposition, wifi qui marche partout, calme. On vous informe vous êtes à 30min à pied du centre de Bacalar pour nous pas un soucis. Et de l’autre côté vous avez les cenotes. Petit chat tout mignon!! Tv qui ne fonctionnait pas

- HECTOR JESUS (5/5): Tiene mucho potencial de mejora - ubicacion, colchon, areas verdes, alberca, comedor atencion del personal muy deficiente, especificamente las chicas de limpieza: sin actitud de servicio, totalmente reactivas y de mala gana a cualquier solicitud. las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento, todos los baños presentaron algun detalle o desperfecto en la zona de cocina, a la estufa solo sirven 2 hornillas, el refri apesta y esta lleno de cosas de los empleados, iluminacion muy deficiente en habitaciones y areas comunes, de noche no se ve nada en los pasillos de areas verdes. la seguridad del lugar es nula, la puerta principal del estacionamiento se queda abierta hasta las 11 de la noche o mas, y no hay como tal personal de vigilancia.

- Melanie (10/5): Can’t wait to come back! - Everything about this place is great. If you’ve travelled Mexico before, and know what to expect, you’ll be pleased. Well equipped kitchen, pool is clean and great temp, and all room amenities work great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I knew it was a bit outside central when I booked it and it wasn’t a problem for me and my stay but you should be prepared to walk, spend money on cars, wait for collectivos or rent a bike.

- De Clercq (9/5): Un lieu où on se verrait bien rester plus longtemps… - Super localisation si vous avez une voiture Très calme Chambre spacieuse et propre Accès à la cuisine commune + frigo individuel dans la chambre, top pour cuisiner ses repas ou au moins les petits déjeuners et faire des économies Fontaine à eau fraîche/chaude et café offert Hamac à chaque chambre Le débit de l’eau de la douche pourrait être amélioré mais c’est un moindre détail

- Maria del carmen (10/5): increíble - todo estuvo perfecto, el personal muy amable y atento, limpieza perfecta, el lugar muy lindo. definitivamente voy a regresar de vacaciones y llegaré al mismo hotel. Gracias que en la noche hay muy poca luz, sobre todo en donde están los camastros está todo muy obscuro. La entrada para llegar al hotel, no está muy visible y me costo trabajo llegar di como cuatro vueltas.
- Karla Cecilia (10/5): Hotel perfecto para disfrutar bacalar a buen precio. - El hotel se compone de habitaciones al rededor de un patio central que tiene la alberca y una zona de cocina comunitaria. Esta muy bonito. Tiene hamacas, mecedoras, sillas para tomar el fresco afuera del cuarto, el ambiente es muy tranquilo. La alberca es pequeña pero sirve perfecto para los niños o para refrescarse. Te dan agua, café, etc. Aparte la ha itacion tiene refri. Lo único que no me gusto tanto fue la cantidad de mosquitos que había en la habitación desde que llegamos tenia la habitacion la ventana abierta y llegamos tipo 7 pm, o sea como hay mucha vegetación tambien muchos moscos pero.. nada que no se arregle con repelente .

- Florence (7/5): cusine bien équipée mais limite en propreté - nous avons séjourné dans la grande située située tout près de la route, très très très bruyante, les autres chambres semblent ne pas être gènées par le bruit
- Monica (2/5): No vale la pena aunque esté barato - La ubicación muy bien, me gustó que el personal estuvo disponible todo el tiempo, aunque no resolvieron mis solicitud de agua caliente y funcionamiento del inodoro. Se tiraba el agua del baño y olía muy mal por que no le dan mantenimiento. EL agua de la regadera se acabó varias veces y como me tocó dias nublados, no habpia agua caliente porque solo cuentan con calentador solar. Una de las lámparas dejó de funcionar y nos quedamos sin luz en la habitación. EN la cocina común había un gato que se sube a las mesas y la barra de alimentos.

- Melanie (5/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Betten waren okay. Alles war super schmutzig. Unser Zimmer Nummer neun war offensichtlich seit längerem nicht belegt gewesen und überall lagen noch tote Insekten herum. Es roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer. Die Handtücher sind löchrig, aber immerhin frisch gewaschen. Zum waschen gab es nur in Folie verpackte Miniseifenstücke. Der Pool wirkte ungepflegt, der ganze Küchenbereich war super schmutzig. Die Familie wirkt nicht besonders freundlich und ist mehr damit beschäftigt am Tisch herum zu sitzen und am Handy Videos anzugucken als sich um die Gäste oder um die Sauberkeit zu kümmern. Mit dem bisschen Wasser, was aus dem Dusch an kommt, kann man sich nicht die Haare waschen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut blöd gelegen für Fußgänger oder Fahrradfahrer. Man hat einen ewig langen Marsch am Highway entlang - total gefährlich

- Azalea (9/5): Me gustó en lugar! - No hay ruido, las hamacas, un lugar trankilo y cómodo . La cocina compartida con todo lo que puedes necesitar incluyendonel cafecito! Los comedores la alberca . El lugar es rústico y por el precio está bien .muy familiar! La cortina del baño ya sucia! Y el olor un poco a muebles viejos como humedad ligeramente! 😔

- luna azul1289 (10/5): - La alberca y las instalaciones. Me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar!! 😃😃😃 Las almohadas estaban algo duras y los climas no enfriaban mucho... también el personal debe ponerse las pilas en la limpieza de la cocina compartida. Pero de ahi en fuera todo estuvo excelente.
