• Tsantinis (10/5): - Καθαριότητα, άνεση, ήσυχια. Ένα διαμέρισμα που πραγματικά έχει τα πάντα. Πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση, τα πάντα είναι πολύ προσεγμένα. Μάλιστα θα πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι ζητήσαμε το check out να γίνει αρκετή ώρα μετά τη οριγραμματισμενη ώρα και οι άνθρωποι δέχθηκαν με χαρά. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι το αρνητικό.
• Guest (10/5): Wonderful stay at Arian appts! - Arian appts was a beautiful appt with everything we needed for a 2 week stay in sept.We received an email a day before our flight with instructions on entering the appt which were clear and easy via a key box.We had no problems with any appliances working including WiFi and excellent A/C.Very clean and modern appt with the towels and bedding changed every few days.The lady who cleaned was so nice and not intrusive.So easy to reach from the bus station which is approx half hours walk along the beautiful waterfront.Town is a mere 15 mins along the same route.We are 2 mid seventy adults who had no problem with this.Our appt was only up a few stairs and there is a lift or another flight to get to the upper floor.Communication with Erida,one of the owners was great and there is a list of very clear and concise what to do’s!!We had a fabulous time in Argostoli and reaching other places on the island by public transport and would definitely stay again if we come back to Kefalonia. Leaving!😟

Η εμπειρία τους ήταν εξαιρετική, καθότι βρήκαν το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο, άρτια εξοπλισμένο για οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκαν και τους φάνηκε όμορφο και προσεγμένο στα πάντα! Οι κύριες με τις οποίες επικοινωνήσαμε, ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικές, εξυπηρετικές και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση και ανάγκη μας! Il nostro punto preferito è stato il giardino, che era davvero molto grande e stupendo. inoltre tutto era pulitissimo, ci è piaciuto tanto. era tutto perfetto ma se vogliamo trovare un difetto, é la poca durata dell’acqua calda.

• Hana (9/5): - Ubytování se nachází v klidném prostředí a přesto v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra. Apartmán je nový čistý, pokud zde budete déle než 4 dny je součástí služby výměna ložního prádlo i ručníků. Velmi měkká matrace, kávovar je pouze na filtrované kafe, bylo by fajn na kapsle. Nebyl k dispozici toustovač na chléb, pouze sendvičovač na zapékání.

It was very nice from their side to clean the room in the middle of the week and to change us clean towels. The apartment has everything needed: the hairdryer, coffee machine, toaster, things for cooking, safe box, etc. For me the location was great, 5 minutes from the marine, very calm. From center it is 10 minutes of walking, which makes this spot very peaceful. Parking was not a problem. The building has elevator from the ground floor, so for people with special needs it would be really great choice because you don’t need to pass any stairs. I honestly recommend this place to stay!

The instructions for all the room facilities (e.g., how to warm the water in the bathroom) were not very clear from the instructions list the host provided us. • John (10/5): Modern studio a stones throw from the hustle. - The apartment was spotless, modern and the hosts thought of little things to make our stay more comfortable such as pegs for the clothes line, a universal power adapter, fresh fruit and water in the fridge, and a bottle of local wine. As we like walking, the location was ideal for an evening stroll along the port to the main center for the evening, and an easy walk back.

• Dom (10/5): Great place to stay when visiting kefalonia! - Spotlessly clean, new appliances and great size for a week long self catering. It’s not in the centre of town (so actually nice and quiet), but still only a 10-15 min walk to the main square.
• George (9/5): An honest review of an 150€ per night accommodation. - The apartment is very spacious and offers a good view. We found it extra clean. Also the location is perfect for a night out at Argostoli. The city center is approx. a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet. The accommodation should really consider adding a parking spot. Also we found that the capacity of the water heater is not enough for two people to shower. The shower didn't have a shampoo shelf.
