From the very first day, communication was smooth and pleasant, and they were always professional and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the city center. Bir adet binadan ibaret ufak bir bahçesi var ve girişi inanılmaz rahatsız edici 1 insanın sığabileceği şekilde bayır bir sokak düşünün, o sokağın içerisinde girişi aşırı ıssız ve tekinsiz bir yerde ayriyetten bascarsi ve diğer turistik bölgeler için gidiyorsanız tercih etmenizi önermem çok uzak taksiye kesinlikle ihtiyacınız oluyor tatil için gidip bayır çıkmak istemiyor insan fakat acayip bayır bir yerde inene ve çıkana kadar bütün enerjinizi alıyor zaten. Ulaşım yok yürümeniz veya kocaman ve köpeklerle dolu ıssız bir bayırdan inip bulursanız toplu taşıma bulmanız gerekiyor onun dışında mecburen başçarşıya yürümeniz gerekiyor ve bayağı uzak. Oda temizliği ve havlu değişimi 3+ günlük konaklamada oluyormuş asla ilgilenilmiyor bir resepsiyonu yok bir durum olursa ancak onları aramanız gerekiyor biz kendimizi güvende hissetmedik açıkçası asla Bosna tatilimi bile zehir etti. Otelde yarım saat kalmamama rağmen çıkmak istediğimde 1 günlük parayı alıp kalanını vermeyi teklif ettiler. Odaya dahi dokunmamıştım ve odada aşırı eksikler vardı. Tatiliniz zehir olsun istiyorsanız gelebilirsiniz kısaca.

• pasic (10/5): Spektakularan smještaj na odličnoj poziciji u centru grada, odlična vrijednost za novac. - Fantastičan pogled na grad sa natkrivene terase, bašta prepuna voća i cvijeća, mural na zidu. Pozicija objekta je na uzvišenju u strogom centru, na maksimalno jedan kilometar od svih značajnih objekata u gradu. Čistoća objekta je nevjerojatna, imao sam osjećaj da je sve upravo dezinfikovano. Pametne sobe, podno grijanje, kafe aparat i aparat za čaj sa neograničenom upotrebom, kao i flaširana voda. Sve u svemu, vratiću se ponovo zasigurno. Na kraju, ljubaznost domaćina je nešto što stvara dugotrajna prijateljstva. Nije bilo ništa što mi se nije svidjelo.

The host spoke in English when she received me but after she kept speaking in Bosnian so I couldn't understand anything.I specified I don't speak her language and she was just laughing at me,I found that disrespectful.

È stato sempre disponibile dandoci indicazioni sulla città La struttura è distante dal centro, ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 20 minuti. Al ritorno la salita per raggiungerla è abbastanza ripida

Un pochino lontano dal centro, sono comunque disponibili mezzi e taxi a prezzi abbordabili per il centro. Se piace camminare non è un problema, il centro storico dista circa 20 minuti a piedi.
• Liz Andreia (8/5): Good accommodation in Sarajevo - The accommodation has been renovated to a good standard, and I was comfortable during the days I stayed there. The bedroom is warm and clean, with a comfortable mattress and fresh white bedding. There is a TV that works properly, heating, and a window with a shutter and blind. The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure, and everything was clean, including the towels. There is also a coffee maker (which was unfortunately leaking) and a kettle, and coffee pods, sugar, and tea are provided. I requested some cutlery as this was missing, and the owner promptly supplied it. Communication was good, although there was no direct interaction beyond the check-in stage. It was silent and I could have a restful sleep time. Overall, I had a good stay but I did not like the location. Sarajevo is a hilly city and the accommodation is situated on a hill that can be reached via stairs and is quite far from the town centre. I arrived in the evening and found the area to feel somewhat dodgy. The Kozum supermarket is about a 14-minute walk away, and there are a few restaurants nearby; however, the best restaurants are in town, so I had to walk there. I was also under the impression that I would have access to kitchen facilities to prepare breakfast, but upon arrival I was informed that I had booked a studio, which is in fact an en-suite bedroom only. There are more two studios on the same floor but I think soundproofing is good as I did not hear noise from next door studio. I would suggest that the accommodation reorganise the photos on Booking.com so guests can make a more informed decision when booking with them.

• Aisel (10/5): - В номере было очень чисто, уютно. Отдельное спасибо за кофемашину, удобную кровать и банные принадлежности! Номер находится на первом этаже, можно подняться на балкон, чтобы полюбоваться великолепным видом на размеренный и аутентичный Сараево. Ещё на территории симпатичный дворик, который украшают разрисованный забор и прекрасная магнолия (в середине апреля она расцветала и благоухала). Хозяин приветливый, отзывчивый. Рассказал о городе, порекомендовал места, помог с белым картоном. Хвала за всё! Местоположение великолепное: в 10 минутах крупный торговый центр с кафе и магазинами, железнодорожный вокзал, из которого выдвигаются поезда до Мостара. До достопримечательностей идти минут 20–30, я вообще не пользовалась общественным транспортом, потому что всё было рядом. Если ещё раз буду в Сараево — точно буду бронировать эти апартаменты 🤍 ---

• Tass (9/5): It's a room, not apartment/studio! - Vse je bilo zares odlično. Osebje zelo odzivno, komunikacija z njimi hitra in enostavna. V ceno vključen prevoz z letališča in na letališče Super okolica, terasa. Vedno na voljo brezplačna voda. Na žalost me je zavedel opis sobe, ki se imenuje "studio", a v resnici je navadna soba. Prav tako je v opisu pisalo, da ima kuhinjo, a v resnici kuhinje ni v sobi, je samo grelnik vode, aparat za kavo in mini hladilnik. Na voljo so skodelice za kavo in to je vse. V sobi ni mize in stolov. Prav tako ni možnosti, da bi posodo lahko pomil - razen v kopalnici. Ker sem bila v namestitvi en teden in ker je bilo vreme slabo, me je to zelo motilo, saj sem imela na voljo samo posteljo. Terasa, ki je sicer odlična, zaradi mrzlega vremena ni bila uporabna. Namestitev bi se morala imenovati "soba". Na računu, ki so mi ga izstavili, je pisalo "soba". V rezervaciji, tudi v potrditvenem e-mailu, pa ves čas "studio" ali celo "apartment". Res škoda, ker je sicer namestitev res odlična.

• Anıl (8/5): Fiyat-performans açısından oldukça mantıklı bir seçenek. - Tesis gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konum olarak merkezi noktalara çok uzak değildi. Ama şehrin yapısından dolayı çok yüksekte kalıyor. Ulaşmak için dik yokuşlar ve merdivenler çıkmanız gerekiyor.

• Nayef (10/5): اميز شقق البوسنه - الشقه مميزه للغايه . تخيل انك تسكن بمكان راقي جدا وسط حديقه ، عند مدخل السكن حديقه وفي البلكونه التراس حديقه . بالنسبه للاثاث والتجهيزات الداخليه فهي متكامله اثاث نظيف جدا كأنك في بيتك . الشقه تقييمها 9 ونص لكن انا اقيمها بأكثر من ذلك امانة. لك ان تتخيل من جمال الشقه مايحتاج انك تتمشى في المدينه ، بمعنى انك تجلس بالبلكونه وتناظر المدينه تحتك وتشوف الجبال امامك يكفي غير انو فيه حديقه تحت المبنى تقدر تستمتع بالجلسه فيها . الاجمل من هذا كله هو طيبة السيد مرصاد وتعاونه معانا شخص بشوش حنون اعتبرنا ضيوفه وليس عملاء للشقه استقبلنا وكان معنا طول الرحله الاخ الكبير الناصح المرشد لنا . ما استطيع ان اصفه الا بانه اخ كبير لنا وكاننا بين اهلنا. والاخ المساعد له كان لايقل عن مرصاد بالطيبه والاحترام والخدمه المميزه. بلاشك راح ارجع اسكنها مره ثانيه . لايوجد اي شي ماعجبني بالعكس كانت بيت ثاني لنا وراح ارجع اسكنها مره ثانيه .

• Andrea Vigo (8/5): - Sistemazione nuova e ristrutturata, con tutto il necessario. Vengono forniti anche prodotti per la cura della persona (bagnoschiuma, cuffia per la doccia, ecc). Quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo ma defilato dal centro (circa 20 min a piedi per la zona pedonale di Baščaršija), poco frequentato da turisti. Sono presenti parcheggi in strada, ma per sicurezza abbiamo preferito chiedere il parcheggio opzionale in un'area privata e chiusa da un cancello a circa 100 m di distanza (per 12€ al giorno). Camera e bagno molto piccoli, senza tavolo/sedia o un mobile per appoggiare i bagagli. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento, accettano solo contanti.

• Guest (10/5): Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in einer spannenden Stadt - Alles! Unser sehr netter Gastgeber Mirsad hat uns spätabends vom Flughafen abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch wieder hingefahren. Wir hatten eigentlich das Studio mit Queensize-Bett gebucht, und waren sehr positiv überrascht, dass wir eines der großen und super ausgestatteten 45 qm-Apartments als Upgrade bekommen haben (Nr. 5). Das fanden wir wirklich supernett von Mirsad. Der Kontakt mit ihm lief über Whatsapp, und er hat alle unsere Fragen immer sofort beantwortet. So einen netten und zuverlässigen Gastgeber findet man nicht überall! Das Apartment war sehr komfortabel und sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man so braucht (sogar gleich zwei Fernseher, von denen der im Wohnzimmer die Größe einer Kinoleinwand hatte). Alles war ganz neu und sehr gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit war großartig, die Handtücher dufteten wunderbar und die Bettwäsche war makellos rein. Es waren zwei riesige Doppelbetten im Schlafzimmer, so dass das Apartment eigentlich für vier Personen geeignet ist. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gut (man muss nur wissen, dass es ungefähr zwei Minuten dauert, bis das Wasser warm wird, aber das hatte uns Mirsad vorher gesagt, und es hängt auch ein Hinweiszettel im Bad). Im Bad gab es auch Shampoo, Seife etc. und im Kühlschrank Mineralwasser. Das brauchten wir aber gar nicht, weil man in Sarajevo problemlos das Leitungswasser trinken kann. Die Lage der Wohnung war etwas abseits der Altstadt in einer Wohngegend, was aber den großen Vorteil hatte, dass es nachts absolut ruhig war und wir sehr gut und ohne Störungen schlafen konnten. Zu Fuß sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten in die Altstadt, was für uns überhaupt kein Problem war. Wenn man aus der Stadt kommt, muss man ein bisschen den Hügel hinaufgehen, aber das war nicht schlimm für uns. Ganz in der Nähe des Apartments befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum und frühstücken kann man sehr nett im nahegelegenen Café „Maison Coco“. Das Apartment war schöner und geräumiger als so manches Vier-Sterne-Hotel!!! Nichts! Alles war wirklich mehr als super!

• Tania (10/5): Beautifully presented guesthouse with views from the terrace - Lovely little set up of five rooms with a great shared garden area and terrace with great views. We had room 4 on the upper level which had a really really comfortable bed, a great bathroom, coffee machine and mini fridge. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, lending us an umbrella and letting us store our bags on our final day. It was a great base for us for a couple of nights. There was some noise from barking dogs during the night. Not a problem for us, but this property is in a hilly area so wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues.

• Bart (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments within walking distance to the old town. Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants... The owner is very nice and hospitable. He met us at the airport, took us to the train. He was able to tell us a little about the city on the way, provide useful information, because we were in Sarajevo for the first time! Definitely 10 out of 10! We liked everything! Also special thanks to the wife of the owner of the house - she offered us incredibly delicious traditional sweets! When we left the owner brought us in early morning to the railway station! Thanks.

Did many taxi runs for us with his own car for free including airport runs, and surprised me on my birthday with a call and a present ready and waiting in my room. Best experience ever!! Very good. Modern. Clean. Close to many things.
• Wang (10/5): Perfect place for a getaway in Sarajevo - Mirsad is an exceptional host who provided a wealth of tips for exploring Sarajevo, along with fascinating historical insights about this iconic city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apartment, especially the stunning view of the city it offers. The bed was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, which made my experience even more enjoyable. In fact, I was so impressed that I immediately rebooked for my last day in Bosnia after my first night there. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and families. A slightly walking distance from main tourism attractions and a hilly path to the apartment (Good exercise anyways and worth it!)

• Fliss (9/5): Brilliant, host, value and location. I will be back! - Their communication is the best in 45 years of travel. Damir, who met me at the airport, was an excellent host. He was endlessly patient, kind and a real star. The owners were away and he did them proud. Bathroom shower was great, cleanliness superb, location, hairdryer, shower and hair gel, coffee machine but bit too complicated for me! It was the QUIETEST place ever stayed which I loved. View from the upper balcony was amazing. Also the water allocation each day was one of the best ever. WELL DONE Tea bags would be good, need coffee pods for coffee machine and probably a less complicated machine. Maybe it needs a note on the shower to say let the water run for about 4 minutes as it does come hot. Lovely shower.
• Szabolcs (9/5): Superb - New refurbished apartment about 15 minutes walk from the citizen center. The room was a bit small but nice and clean with bathroom. The host was kind and helpful.
• Özgür (10/5): Feels like home at Sarajevo - The owners are wonderful. They are very helpful and sincere. I am very happy to meet them. One of my best staying experiences ever. The room and the whole apartment is renewed with modern equipment. Almost everything is brand new. Nothing that I didn’t like.

• Rodríguez (7/5): Don't come with pets - Nice little apartment and amazing view on Sarajevo from terasse We were pulled out one day earlier of the apartment due to our dog. A visit of a Saudi Arabia family put us into 2 hand class category bc of our dog in a " pet friendly" apartment. Be aware that Bosnia is a very pet unfriendly country.
