Guest Reviews
- Daphne (7/5): - The floor plan suited us was clean and tidy The locking door to garage was broken propped close with a orange cone on secure parking the locking mechanism of front door wasn't easy to lock the banister rail to climb stairs was unattached at top making it unsafe the noise and light from front main bedroom was uncomfortable so we had to use one of the back rooms the 2nd night
- Halder (10/5): -
- Peter (8/5): Would stay again - Well appointed Stairs with carpet difficult for older people
- Mari (1/5): I feel like I’ve been scammed. - When we arrived, there was a lot of trash under the bed, what seemed like mold inside the shelves, and a lot of dust. I had seen the reviews beforehand and was prepared, so I didn’t complain and tried to tolerate it.
The outside bins had not been emptied and were attracting flies. When we arrived, it was cold, and we didn’t know how to use the heater. When we asked for help, we didn’t receive a reply until the next day.
We were aware of the $300 deposit collected before our stay, but after check-out, we were simply told that an additional cleaning fee would be charged. When we requested details, we were sent photos of trash under the bed and dirt in the shelves that we had no knowledge of, leftover from previous guests. We were then told that if we had reported these issues upon arrival, the charge would not have been applied.
Why should we have to pay for previous guests’ mess simply because we didn’t complain? This is not about money; this is a matter of ethics and fairness. It is completely unacceptable. Charging an extra fee under such false pretenses is almost like fraud. I cannot recommend this property at all.
- Jessica (10/5): Nice place to stay with family -
- Ocean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernadette (5/5): Passable - Spacious, good location Carpets and sofa looked like they have not been cleaned for a long time. There were ants in the living room, and big ant holes in the garden. Gate to enter was not working, and we had to enter via the neighbour’s garage. Garage remote control also wasn’t working.
- Ann (9/5): Superb -
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (5/5): Convenient location but the apartment is not up to standard. - The property was in a convenient location - close to supermarkets/shops/parks We had multiple issues, only some of which could be addressed - the bed frame in the main bedroom was broken - making it unusable, one leg of the bed was also broken making the bed un-moveable and thus the cleaners had not vacuumed under the bed - when we had to move it there was dirt ++, disposable contact lens cases and other rubbish from previous occupants. The water filter on the fridge required replacement - so no cold water or ice. This problem could not be fixed during our 19 night stay. During our stay the air-conditioner signalled that it required servicing. We alerted the property manager but nothing could be done until after we left the property 5 days later. Consequently we had to stay in the apartment with unreliable air-conditioning. Overall, the apartment is "tired" - the walls have been damaged by previous tenants, the window tinting in the main bedroom has been damaged and is completely missing in one place.
- Grant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chilewani (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Location and clean Kettle tripped the power. Faulty kettle. Was replaced next day though
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hammond (6/5): Good location but terribly run place. Needs cleaning and maintenance. - Good location Getting information to get in was difficult. Despite having paid in full weeks in advance I was required to send a photo id on the day before being given any codes. An additional $300 bond was also demanded a few days before arrival. When we were finally allowed access we found the place poorly cleaned. Outside rubbish bins overflowing and fly blown. Bags of rubbish left next to the overflowing bins. Inadequate towels. Just two rolls of toilet paper for five people for three days across three bathrooms. Only one key to share between five adults. A gross find under one of the beds. Broken furniture stuffed into one of the wardrobes. Locked windows and no key made for stuffy sleeping. Inadequate coat hangars - not enough for us all to hang our wedding outfits on. When we asked the management company for a spare key, more towels and toilet paper, we got towels and three small rolls of toilet paper. No extra key was given and no explanation. This is probably the worst place Ive ever stayed at booked via booking.com. The management of this place is terrible. The actual apartment is well located but the way it is being looked after is appalling. I would not recommend this place nor the company managing it.
- Natasha (3/5): Over priced for the service received - Big open space. Great location The cleanliness of the unit; carpets not vacuumed, beds were barely made makes me think they may have not even been changed, scum and hair left behind in bathrooms and laundry, overflowing outside garbage bins, broken toilet brush and bathroom organiser just left on the bench, dirty laundry left on the laundry sink. The lack of basic amenities for length of stay, we were left with a single bathroom bin that was lined and 4 toilets rolls we stayed 4 nights with 6 people. The expectation of us leaving the property cleaner then we entered or we were charged a cleaning fee. This could have been overlooked if it didn’t cost us $1700 to stay.
- Danilo (10/5): The stay was very good, very private place, and a very good sized property - Was very private and close to everything
- Cini (6/5): Great location, comfortable stay overall - The location, comfortable set up. When we found there was not enough cutleries for the number of people staying, quick response and had new sets delivered the next day. Arrived at property to find the courtyard door open, leaving dust and leaves all inside the living room that we had to clean and vacuum. One of the toilets not cleaned with poop in it, and not enough cutleries available despite giving prior notice of number of people staying.
- Clo_olc (9/5): Superb -
- Choo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (10/5): When I had to call the hostess, she was amazingly helpful. - The location was perfect for our stay
- Donna (8/5): Great location. - Location was great.
Very roomy/ Light shone right through at night into bedrooms.
- Dany (8/5): Very good - Clean, spacious, secure parking. Building is near main road with noise traffic.
- Charissa (9/5): Wonderful, few, but minor issues as above - Very nice house, good location The bins were full so took some with and left some there. Could not open first gate with code, but neighbours garage was open, so we got in that way.
- Dean (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (9/5): Suited our requirements perfectly - The location was very good, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Road noise
- Rachel (5/5): Passable - The accommodation was nice. It was clean. No tv channels. The pillows on all the beds were really bad. No hair dryer in the bathrooms. There needs to be better blinds on the bedroom windows.
- Chilewani (9/5): Delightful modern apartment with a exceptional location - The spacious interior and design. Clean and comfortable facilities. Great location for travel around the city. 10/10 would recommend. Not much I didn’t like. I suppose the bin that was full of rubbish that was left outside the front of the house when we arrived. The main bins outside near the garage were full. Didn’t leave room for our rubbish when checking out.
- Adam (9/5): Would definitely stay there again - Location was great. Very clean and tidy. There could be some more cooking utensils - but overall was great.
- Anonymous (10/5): Great place to stay lovely city Perth - It was clean and neat and in a good position Would have been nice to have access from the front gate instead of walking all the way around the back.
A hairdryer would have been lovely for the wife.
Some privacy while watching tv at night downstairs with some block out blinds and same upstairs in the main bedroom because that street lamp lights up the room all night. We ended up sleeping in with the kids all week.
Apart from that it was lovely.
