• Alena (8/5): Good room, value for money! - It is nice room in shared house, with shared bathroom. My room was not like on the pic, but clean and quiet, with windows inside the yard. You get all basic stuff: tea kettle, towels, tv, privacy. The flat is close to bus stop to Venice and train station, there is supermarket 5 min away and lots of places for coffee around. There is possibility to leave the luggage after check out. The person who brought the key was very nice and met me late at night for check in and after for the luggage pick up.

• Sam (7/5): - great property for short stay, good location for transport and food options. kettle and mini fridge in the room which was nice. the owner was helpful and met us outside the property on our arrival. Thin walls, we often heard talking in the corridors through the night but not sure the owner can help this if it’s another guest, so bring earplugs in case.
• Simona (1/5): Horrible - The room smelled horrible, the bed cover appeared unwashed, and overall it looked like the place had not been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a blood stain and even a booger on the wall, the cabinets were dirty, and there were cigarette ashes outside the window. The property looked completely different from the photos provided online. Because of the condition and the horrible smell, we decided to leave and did not stay for either of the two nights we had booked. We requested a full refund, but the owner declined and only refunded the city tax. It is ridiculous to provide rooms in such condition. We sincerely hope that Booking.com will take action regarding this property, as the accommodation standards were completely unacceptable.

• Vincent (9/5): - The value for money is very good. There's a bus-stop right outside the building, beds were good, and the host was very polite and incredibly helpful. Having a TV in the room is a nice bonus, and sharing a bathroom was not at all a problem--there's two (clean) bathrooms for three rooms in total. The building-block as a whole is rather noisy, which I think has more to do with the overall architecture than anything within the staff's control. I personally didn't find it to be a problem, but light sleepers might want to bring earbuds.

• Olivia (7/5): Bom custo benefício - Localização - tem ônibus praticamente na porta da hospedagem, mercado etc O quarto era muito gelado, tive que insistir para eles fornecerem o controle do ar condicionado (que tem ar quente), pois o aquecedor só é ligado durante o dia A limpeza era mais ou menos. Fui procurar um item perdido debaixo da cama e me assustei com a quantidade de lixo e sujeira que tinha.

• Sonia (8/5): Ottima struttura. Pulita e nuova. - Struttura molto carina appena ristrutturata. Tutto nuovo e molto pulito. Posizione strategica. Host gentilissimo. Rivedrei il riscaldamento sopratutto nel bagno.
• Vicente (7/5): Valoración de United Residence pues no pudimos alojarnos en Mestre Residence al no haber sitio - No puedo hacer una valoración de este alojamiento pues cuando llegamos, la persona responsable de este establecimiento contactó conmigo para indicarme que no podía alojarnos en Mestre Residence. En su lugar, nos envió a United Residence, por lo que mis valoraciones son de este otro establecimiento. La habitación estaba en un segundo piso, bastante alto, sin ascensor y no lo sabíamos. El split del aire acondicionado/calefacción no funcionaba bien y el primer día, ka habitación estaba bastante fría, pues tampoco lo habían encendido para que estuviera con buena temperatura, a pesar de que estaba haciendo bastante frío. El primer día, desconocemos por qué, pero la persona que se duchó en segundo lugar, acabó haciéndolo con agua fría. Supongo que era porque había un termo eléctrico con una capacidad determinada y no lo sabíamos. Tampoco me gustó que se nos informaran, en último momento y a través de WhatsApp, de que el lugar que habíamos elegido no tenía disponibilidad para alojarnos, sin mucha opción por nuestra parte de hacer nada más que aceptar la solución dada.

• Elisa (4/5): - Uniche 2 cose positive: posizione ( la stanza dista all'incirca 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Mestre e nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, negozi e diverse fermate del bus) e la comunicazione chiara ed efficiente con colui che ci ha accolto (non penso fosse l'host). Esperienza che non ripeterei nonostante il prezzo basso (abbiamo trovato con 10 euro in più una stanza molto molto meglio). La casa e la stanza erano fredde, il risaldamento era spento, hanno dato in dotazione una sola coperta (plaid), c'era il condizionatore ma non il telecomando perciò non abbiamo potuto accendere l'aria calda. Inoltre, in bagno c'era muffa e l'intonaco pareva cadere da un momento all'altro. Sorvoliamo sulla pulizia.

• Catalina (7/5): - El cuarto es amplio y luminoso, además estaba bastante limpio. La ubicación es estratégica cerca a la estación de tren. El baño estaba semi limpio. Es decir, se nota que lavan el bidé, el inodoro y el lavamanos. Pero todo lo demás no. Los tapetes se ven súper sucios, así mismo la ducha. Por otro lado, las almohadas son muy duras y altas. Por último todo se escucha, lastimosamente había una señora con tos y se escuchaba tanto todo que nos interrumpió el sueño en distintas ocasiones. Honestamente no descansé nada.

El edificio y el apartamento están en muy buen estado y se encuentran cerca de la estación de Mestre, con conexión de bus. La habitación no está bien insonorizada y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la habitación de al lado.
• Alex (7/5): El alojamiento bien, el trato puede mejorar. - La cama era cómoda, y uno de los 2 lavabos estaba limpio. informamos vía booking de si podíamos entrar antes al alojamiento. Como no nos contesto nadie, nos dirigimos al alojamiento, nos atendió una persona que no de muy buenas maneras nos dijo que el checkin era a partir de las 14h, porque todavía nadie había hecho el checkout, nos dejo dejar las mochilas en una habitación, que estaba en uso, al volver no había cerrado la habitación con llave con nuestras pertenencias dentro, la persona que nos atendió por WhatsApp la cual también escribimos, nos dijo que el no estaba y que no podíamos entrar ya que nadie le había dicho nada, cuando si habíamos escrito por booking.

Habíamos elegido una habitación con dos camas individuales y cuando llegamos era una sola cama matrimonial, según la persona que nos atendió dijo que era un problema de traducción de Booking, raro ja

• Valentina (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda. Fermata bus sotto casa e nelle vicinanze si trova edicola/tabacchi, supermercato, bar, pizzeria, kebab, fiorista. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Avevamo 2 ampie stanze con materassi e cuscini nuovi e comodissimi. In ogni stanza frigorifero e bollitore. Il condominio dove si trova l'appartamento è un po' datato, quindi servirebbe ristrutturazione per isolare meglio cominciando da finestre e porte.

• Móráné Öszterling (10/5): Szuper hely, ajánlom! - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés Velencei kiránduláshoz. Buszmegálló a ház előtt, bolt , étterem nagyon közel. A szállásadó lkdvesen megengedte, hogy hamarabb bemenjünk ami jól esett a 10 órás út után. Nem volt olyan.

• Brekedek (8/5): Nice shared apartment. - It is a nice apartment with good value. The beds were comfortable. It is easy to get to Venice using the bus or train. The area around the apartment is quiet and calm. The bathrooms are shared. It was clean and well maintained. There is a nice Indian restaurant very nearby. Good if you don't mind sharing the bathroom. The only small complaint I have is that we were only supplied one key, so we had to share.

On n'a pas bien lu entre les lignes et nous avons partagé l'appartement avec une autre famille de 4 personnes. Tout s'est tout de même bien passé. Tout le monde a été respectueux.

• Yulian (3/5): - The room we were in shared an entrance hall with other rooms. We did not expect this. The bathroom and toilet are for guest use on the entire floor (3-4) rooms. And it was very strange that being in Italy we expected to be welcomed by Italians (there were none, or at least very few in the whole neighborhood).
