• Alpanta (10/5): Overall, the place is peaceful and good for relaxation purposes. We also enjoyed our stay. - We like the room, it's cozy and clean. However there are insects in the bed, we don't know what insect that bit us while sleeping because it turns out to leave you a red mark on your skin. Maybe it's a bed bug or something. The place is also good, as it is calm and perfect for relaxation if you want to rest without hearing noises, this is absolutely the best place for you to stay. The swimming pool is small, but it's totally fine. However, in the morning the water is no longer clean as it is already being used the previous days of different guests. But you can choose not to swim in the pool, it's up to you. There's not so much attraction as it is not well maintained unlike if you'll look at the photos being posted online that it has flowers, but in reality the flowers and some attractions are gone. The staff is friendly and nice, very accommodating. Aside from the unidentified insect that bit us while sleeping, we also had a hard time booking a grab taxi going back to Hatyai Bus Terminal. The place is just 15 minutes away from Central Festival Hatyai, but it's really difficult to book a taxi going back to Central or even Hatyai Bus Terminal. It took more than two hours of waiting until someone accepted our grab booking. But it's good if you have your own car or motorcycle. The registration area is very hot during day time, you will sweat a lot while doing transaction like payment and buying something to drink, would be great if they will put air conditioning so that guests will be comfortable while paying at the registration area.

The toilet have no hot shower or spoil. The whole place like no life. Only 1 staff is smiling and talking very nice upon my check in. Upon check out a staff with tudung totally ignore me.Only when pass me the deposit back,she say TQ. I think she should at least smile even though cannot communicate. Looking at name tag but thai name.

• Ku (9/5): Recommended!! - This resort nice. The price worth it. The swimming pool also nice. The halal breakfast also yummy. There is some lizard dung in the toilets and in the room. And the room floor a bit oily at some part of the floor.. i have requested for extra mattress (200 baht), but mattress very this, maybe if it a bit thick, then it will be nice.
