• Марина (10/5): Отель супер! Персонал душевный! - Понравилось все! И номер, и завтрак, и бассейн, и персонал, и месторасположение отеля! В этом отеле мы с семьей отдыхали с 12 по 15 мая 2026 года. Расположен в центре города Самарканд, в пешей доступности многие достопримечательности города. Номер у нас был трехместный на 1 этаже, он уютный, красивый, новый, с отдельным дополнительным выходом на улицу. В номере все есть для комфортного проживания: три отдельные односпальные кровати, большой вместительный шкаф, зеркало большое, столик и три стула, телевизор, с каналами на разных языках, кондиционер, чайник электрический, кружки, чай в пакетиках, в ванной тоже есть все необходимые принадлежности: 3 вида полотенец, фен, зубные щетки с пастой, шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа и тапочки. Завтраки у нас были разнообразные по системе "шведский стол", выбор большой, можно всем найти что покушать и детям и взрослым. Ресторан, где проходят завтраки, расположен на 4 этаже, очень хорошая утренняя зарядка для тех кто проживает на 1 этаже! На -1 этаже есть бассейн, можно плавать в любое время, также есть сауна и хамам, но за отдельную плату. Персонал отеля, все, ну или почти все говорят на русском языке, проблем с общением не возникло, все очень доброжелательные. Мы приехали 12 мая в 7 утра в отель, зная что заселение с 14:00 и что свободных номеров не было на утро, но нас встретил один из хозяев отеля Джёвохир, зарегистрировал и отправил завтракать в ресторан отеля, это было очень неожиданно и приятно, мы очень вкусно позавтракали и пошли гулять по городу. Еще Джёвохир нам подсказывал где можно вкусно и недорого пообедать или поужинать, т.к. в Самарканде мы были впервые, ничего там не знали - это тоже очень ценно для нас! Отдельная благодарность администратору Зиёде, очень милая, добрая девочка, очень отзывчивая, всегда поможет во всем, всегда спросит все ли хорошо, пожелает хорошего дня, тоже все расскажет и подскажет. Когда приедем в следующий раз в Самарканд, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле! Такого нет!

• Asya (8/5): - Расположение отеля хорошее, номер просторный, основная кровать удобная. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак хороший, есть даже икра. В наличии кофе-машина. Можно выйти на террасу, подышать. Местную карту не приняли для оплаты. Спа воспользоваться не смогли - сауны не работали, в бассейне вода была слишком холодная. Массаж заказывать, видимо, надо сильно заранее.

• ARIANE (8/5): Presque parfait pour les familles avec enfants ! - Très bel hôtel, chambres familiales hyper confortables avec 2 pièces qui se ferment grâce à une porte coulissante, le grand luxe même ! Une piscine (mais attention, il faut réserver à l'avance, ce que nous ne savions pas !) mais elle était froide au moins d'avril. Excellent petit-déjeuner, copieux, dans un cadre splendide et grande gentillesse du personnel, toujours disponible et aimable. L'hôtel est assez excentré, mais il y a des restaurants autour et en 10 minutes de taxi, nous rejoignons facilement la Place du Régistan. C'est notre hôtel coup de coeur en Ouzbékistan ! La piscine mieux chauffée.

• Irina (10/5): Замечательный отель. Рекомендую. - Были семьей из трёх человек. В номерах очень чисто, уютно, есть бесплатный Wi-Fi, телевизор, холодильник. Очень уютный ресторан с выходом на улицу. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные. Отель расположен в центре от достопримечательностей. Мы всё обошли пешком. А вечером нас ждал хамам, баня и бассейн. Персонал отеля очень приветливый, вежливый, помогами нам во всём. Спасибо им. Единственный минус - это время работы бассейна! Уходили из номера в 9 утра, а возвращались в 9-10 вечера и очень хотелось поплавать в бассейне. Всё остальное очень понравилось.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly; they helped us with our luggage and were always available and happy to offer advice about the city. The staff also spoke English, which is a huge plus!!! The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff would bring us more of our favorite pancakes whenever we finished them all;) The beds are a little too firm.

Похвалю администратора Эльдора, очень вежливый, отвечал на любые наши просьбы. Расположение удобное, рядом парк, несколько ресторанов и большой торговый центр. Однозначно рекомендую к проживанию. Нет лифта, сауна дорогая, но это везде так по Узбекистану. Почему-то в номере не было воды в бутылках, но на ресепшн нам их по просьбе сразу выдали.

• Alexandra (5/5): Проблемы с канализацией - запах в номере - Хорошее расположение, рядом бульвар и рестораны. До площади Регистан 18 мин пешком. Останавливались в семейном номере - большой, удобные кровати, матрасы жесткие. Персонал старается, это заметно. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор не большой. Был ужасный запах канализации в санузле, напор воды никакой. Ночью запах проникал в номер, если не закрыть дверь в туалет. Спали с открытыми окнами, благо прохладно еще (апрель). Это сильно испортило впечатление об отеле. Персонал - дети, многое решить не могли. Принимали просьбы, но так и не возвращались с ответами.

Все сотрудники были очень приветливы и готовы помочь. Особенно благодарим Элдора: он организовал для нас трансфер в Бухару, всё прошло чётко. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Минут 15 от центра, как раз прогуляться. Гостиница семейная, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый . Интересная зона ресторана с видом на город, хорошие завтраки. Странно, но при ремонте не предусмотрели ночники возле кровати. Один хочет спать, другой читать, и приходится включать весь свет в комнате. Двери входные хоть и добротные, но видно из-за щели под ними, слышимость из коридора великолепная. Мы жили не в сезон и людей было мало, поэтому нас это не сильно беспокоило. И ещё момент - СПА работает для постояльцев отеля бесплатно только с 10 до 18((( потом за деньги.. а жаль

• Jennifer (10/5): Great choice for Samarkand next to a gorgeous park - Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful building and rooms, and a nice pool. I will definitely recommend this place to other friends coming to Samarkand. Just one thing - at breakfast I noticed that there were ants inside the bowl of honey so I did not eat the honey. Otherwise the breakfast was excellent.

• Svetlana (8/5): - Новый отель, находится во дворе, благодаря этому не так шумно от дороги, персонал и хозяин отеля приветливые, разрешили выезд на пару часов позже, при полной загрузке отеля. Большой, светлый номер. Нестабильный wi-fi, сигнал иногда пропадал ненадолго. В раковине и душе иногда текла горячая вода (кипяток) из холодного и горячего крана, приходилось ее сливать, потом текла теплая)) душевая лейка на гибком шланге с очень плохим напором воды. Неудобные подушки, очень высокие. Нет лифта, с чемоданами тяжело, но при заселении помогли подняться.

• Анатолий (10/5): Прекрасный отель. - В отеле очень уютно и комфортно, прекрасные завтраки и очень приветливый персонал. Отличный бассейн, можно заказать массаж и экскурсии. На крыше прекрасная терраса где мы каждое утро наслаждались завтраком и мягким утренним солнцем. Через дорогу замечательный парк для прогулок. Номер был с раздельными кроватями, как по мне маловата ширина кровати и довольно твердые матрасы, но это дело привычки.

Neskutečně milý a ochotný personál ( občas problém s angličtinou..ale vše odpuštěno vstřícností a nápomocí - když nedorazilo objednané taxi..pan majitel nás odvezl na letiště ve 3.20 hod v noci . Pokoj čistý, hezky vybavený, denně výměna ručníků, perfektní úklid. Snídaně výborné. Bazén k dispozici rozhodně i déle než do 18 hod..ostatní služby jsou za příplatek. Do středu města cca 25 minut chůze. Na recepci často seděli synové majitelů. ..jak už někdo v recenzích zmínil.. hráli PC hry..občas asi nuda pro ně..ale prostě to tak mají nastavené..rozhodně kdykoliv jsme měli nějaký požadavek nevo problém..kluci nám pomohli a přišli se s námi i rozloučit při odjezdu.

Playing PlayStation, watching videos on phones, loud conversations at 0530. Also the pool is closed at 1800-if we had known this pre booking we wouldn’t have booked. Real shame ad everything else was great-but this really let it down

• Patricia (9/5): I would stay again - The breakfast was all very fresh, including a number of naughty sweets, tarts, crepes and cakes. The Sauna and Hamam is a little extra money but totally worth it after a swim in the pool. We were totally blown away. The check in is a bit late at 14:00 and the staff were busy but really friendly and helpful.

Lots of restaurants in walkable distance Easy taxi rides to main attractions Pool is free until 6pm and after that there is a fee. When we went to use it at 10am the water was freezing cold to swim or even get our legs wet. One of the reasons to book was to use the pool but unfortunately we couldn’t use it

• Gulnara (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant - We had early train in the morning and the hotel arranged for us hot breakfast. They also helped with money exchange and taxi. Hotel is in 25-30 minutes walking distance to Registan square. Shops and restaurants are nearby as well.

• Uğur (1/5): Stay in this hotel if you want to be disturbed - No guest elevator. Cold breakfast with few option. No sound insulation between the rooms. Spa is closed when it's rent by the outsider customers. Gross odour coming from plumbing in bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom. No heating except AC. No English spoken staff. Insufficient electrical outlet at the bedhead. Fridge does not work.
• Mariano (8/5): New hotel and helpful staff. Breakfast needs an upgrade - Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was continently located in front of Central Park where we had nice walks during our stay. Breakfast consisted of a few options.
• Sabine (10/5): Lovely family owned hotel - The owner went above and beyond for us. We had to leave early in the morning and they arranged a breakfast buffet just for us as well as drove us to the train station. The location is great with a park infront of the hotel and it takes about 20 min to walk into the city centre.
• Ilenia (9/5): A very good hotel with super kind staff members - A beautiful hotel in a great position. The staff was super kind, and they immediately solved a problem when we arrived - we were really grateful! Good breakfast, comfortable bed.
