• Sharon Evans (10/5): Great Villa in great location - Great villa in great location, 2 minute walk and you are at the main street with restaurants and shops Pool was out for maintenance, 3rd bedroom not in same building as 2 other rooms, didn't matter for us with older teens, but for a family with young kids not ideal.

Er is ruimte genoeg voor 6 personen, zeer grote badkamer. Bedden liggen heerlijk Voor en achtertuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten Bij vragen was de eigenaar goed bereikbaar en heel erg vriendelijk

• Maria (10/5): - This was a fabulous apartment within walking distance to fira and with a pool. There is plenty of space for everyone The pool room is a smaller room, this did not hinder us but having the toilet with the shower, meant the paper got wet, until we worked it out.

• Yasmin (10/5): Great location, great host, gorgeous villa! - I can't fault this place at all. Location was conveniently close to the main roads and everything was in such a walkable distance. The host was incredibly attentive and was planning 2 steps ahead of us at all times to make sure we had a comfortable stay. He arranged transfers for us (the price didn't seem any different from what we were finding anyway so we never felt like we were over paying), he also came to bring the outdoor cushions our for us for 24 hours before the rain hit so we could enjoy the outdoor space! The pool was super clean, the rooms were comfortable - we all absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend!

• Kim (9/5): A very pleasant stay and the host Nikolaos is very welcoming and informative. - Perfect location in Fira, very near Santorini main square, easy reach to shops, bars and restaurants and easy walk to the bus station (only 2 euros per person one way - takes you to the main places on the island). The villa had everything we needed for our stay, upon arrival there were extras included - a bottle of wine, ham and cheese, bottles of water, tea bags, coffee, bread and milk. Should you need another key for the main building if people want to go out separately, use the lock box. Was not aware that there was a separate room in outer building until we arrived, although less convenient having to go in and out, it was OK as it was still within the villa.

• Dimitra (9/5): Great place to stay, location was amazing, host was very kind. - The property was very great. The pool area/courtyard was amazing. The host was excellent. Very quick to help out when needed. Also left us with water, snacks & a bottle of wine. The aircon in the outside bedroom wasn’t amazing and every time we turned up the fan it was very, very noisy. Also in the main house, every time you opened a window or the front/back doors, the aircon would turn off in every room. This was annoying when the baby was sleeping in her room. We would have to quietly open her door & turn it back on. And she’s a very light sleeper so she would wake up ☹️ Apart from this it was an amazing place to stay.

• Hemant (9/5): Good central location, nice private pool and garden area. Caring and communicative host. - The location is walking distance from the bus station in Fira. It is in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Has an exceptionally large bathroom. All the appointments in the rooms and the decor are in excellent taste. There is a garden area and a pool area which makes this property exceptional. The host is very caring and responsive to any communication. A lockbox type of arrangement for exchanging keys would be very convenient instead of waiting for a person to meet you.

• John (7/5): Great location in Fira, helpful host and stylish apartment - Our host was very helpful leaving water and a few basics in the property. The apartment was very clean and modern and really quite stylish. It was really close to the centre of Fira so extremely easy to get into the main centre and close to the bus station, shops and restaurants. There were no comfy seats, just hard benches and the sun loungers hadn't been put out yet despite asking the owner to do so. The internet was not working all week despite trying numerous times to pull the lead out as instructed by the owner and switch it on and off again. The property was quite noisy at night time as fairly close to a nightclub somewhere so a distant beat could be heard as well as church bells and banging from adjoining properties.
• Juliana (8/5): we had a great time in this beautiful villa and the host helped us make the most of our trip by always helping us book e - the property was beautiful! just like the pictures and great location! there was an issue with the heat at first, but Nikolas was very helpful and fixed it quickly. you can’t leave the heat or air on unless your in the villa.

We loved that there are two separate private outdoor spaces and lots of room for the family to spread out. The host was very helpful and went out of his way to help us and make our stay comfortable. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Nikolaos provided us with welcome wine, food, juice and snacks. He shared with us good information where to explore, where is good for food, helped us to get a rented car, transfers etc. we had a great stay and trip In Santorini
