• CARLOS EUGENIO (3/5): Não recomendo esta acomodação. - A localização é razoavel. A internet não funciona. Não tinha água quente e o banho foi gelado. Na reserva constava ter geladeira mas não existia no local. O anfitrião não respondeu aos questionamentos.

• Josef (7/5): Ausgezeichnete Lage - Für eine Nacht perfekt. Statt einem Zimmer sind es zwei Zimmer. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten bei der Arena. Zwei Parkhäuser liegen sehr nah zur Wohnung. Ich empfehle das Parkhaus Parcheggio Saba Arena. Kostet 22 €/24h und auch in der Hochsaison keine Reservierung nötig. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, aber für eine Nacht ist das nicht wichtig. Aus der Dusche kommt kein Warmwasser, auch wenn man ewig wartet. Der Kühlschrank existiert nicht. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, aber bei der Fernbedienung für die zweite Klimaanlage waren die Batterien leer. Das Wifi-Passwort war falsch. Die email-Flut vor der Ankunft bezüglich den Formalitäten hat wirklich genervt. Ich habe alles mindestens 3 mal bekommen, auch nachdem der Check-In als erfolgreich angegeben wurde.

• Gonçalo Matos (4/5): - Good location, 5min walk to Arena di Verona. The staff was very friendly until the moment we asked where the refrigerator was, which was clearly advertised in the booking. After they realised the refrigerator wasn't in the apartment, they stopped all communication with us. Being without a refrigerator in a city which is 35º all day long is not ideal, but the fact that the host ghosted us midway through the accommodation was extra negative.

• Almudena (4/5): Verona en familia - Las habitaciones son espaciosas, tal cual las imágenes aunque echamos en falta una nevera. Entra luz desde muy temprano, no es posible oscurecer la habitación. Lo peor es que no tuvimos agua caliente, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría e íbamos con nuestros hijos, no fue agradable. No recibimos contestación al reclamar durante la estancia.
