Guest Reviews
- Mavis (9/5): We enjoyed the house and the position of the house - Comfortable beds Not. Enough hooks in bathroom
- Amy (9/5): Highly recommend - Very helpful owner, great location and the house had everything we could've needed for our stay. Very clean and all 6 of us slept comfortably and will definitely book again next time we visit family in Belfast. Thank you very much.
- Ang Nottingham (10/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): Great place to stay whilst you explore Belfast. - Comfortable and well appointed house in a handy location to get into the city centre. Another bathroom would have been handy,
- BELINDA (10/5): - Nice house with lots of room
- Ryan (8/5): Good for families. - The house is well set up and everything you need is there. The house is in a good area with food and supermarket near by. Good for families but elderly family members may have difficulty getting into the bath shower, as no rails or slip mat. We all enjoyed our stay there. The heating was on a controller and we couldn’t work out how to keep it on after 9.30 at night. This made sitting up talking chilly. We tried contacting the host but for some reason this didn’t get answered.
- Muslim (9/5): Nice stay not far from the city centre - The property is located 3.5 km from the city centre, which is 30-40 mins by walk or 10-15 mins by bus. The host instructed on the check-in process, which was very easy and without the hassle of collecting the keys. The house itself was in immaculate condition - a clean kitchen with all necessary cutlery and appliances. I especially appreciated coffee and tea, as well as biscuits. The first night, the heater was switched off, and it was quite cold, considering the windy March in Belfast. The next night, I managed to keep the heater regulator on, and it was all fixed. The showerhead was broken, so we couldn't take a proper shower; the pressure in the pipe didn't build up, so we washed in the tub. The host tried to rectify the issue by sending someone to the house; however, we had left by that time. Next customers, please clarify this moment beforehand.

- Jacqueline (10/5): We had a wonderful stay - Everything
- Jack (10/5): Lovely place to stay and easy to get into Belfast - Was lovely inside cant really say anything bad about it The only thing i can say is there could be another bathroom on the third flood
- Marcin Bielski (10/5): -
- fisher (10/5): -
- María José (8/5): Apartamento amplio - Apartamento amplio Un poco alejado del centro
- Lakmal (9/5): It’s worth for the money spent - Easy access to groceries Water supply in the bathroom gets cut off once taps in the kitchen are opened
- Kirsty (10/5): -
- Mia (10/5): We really enjoyed being in a comfortable home. - This property is great for a family. There are three levels and it gave everyone some privacy. Love that the kitchen had some cooking/basic food items.
Also, a nice touch that the host left potato chips and goodies upon our arrival. Would be great to have a roll of paper towels or napkins.
- Ethan (8/5): Very good -
- Heather (8/5): Great long weekend away - The size of it was great as we could all have a bedroom each. Comfy beds and bedding. Washer and dishwasher in kitchen. Convenient for glider bus, Lidl is a short walk away as is a local coffee shop.
Responsive owner too. Left us a bottle of wine too, nice touch. Tea, coffee in property too. Road noise at night, went and bought ear plugs which helped and an eye mask as curtains don’t filter out the light. Would have liked a bath mat for use in the shower too. More mugs too for a brew please!
- Charissa (8/5): Very good -
- Jordan (8/5): Very good - For the price of the place you can’t ask for much more and the place does also have a modern feel to it with the bedrooms being really nice Finding the house on arrival could be made easier I will say and place is in the heart of a prodistant area which end up not being a problem for me
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Very comfortable, well appointed, lots of room - Bloomfield house has everything a young family needs for a comfortable stay and more. It’s much bigger than I expected inside, the location is perfect, near shopping centre, parks, restaurants etc but quiet enough and lots of in street parking. The complementary snacks and treats were a nice touch. Nothing.
- Nuala (9/5): Great place to stay close to the city - Lovely house. Easy reach to town & good transport links. Only £6 in a taxi into town. Lots of shops, take aways & an off-license nearby.
Super-comfy beds & bedding. Really well equipped house. Excellent communications with host. Good shower. Very clean house. Close to Laynon Place & Georges Market, etc. The only issue we had was the sofas are very uncomfortable, damaged & really need to be replaced. There is only really space for 4 to sit in the lounge /livingroom area, so the house needs additional comfy seating space - for relaxed comfy nights in.
- Loughnane (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (8/5): Suited our family stay - all good . 👍 - The property was exactly as described . Good accommodation ,great location ,easy to park .I would agree with most of the comments on the sum up .
We enjoyed our stay 10 out of ten . 😀 Nothing
- Elin (10/5): Exceptional - How easy the communication was and how friendly they were.
Everything was super clean!
There was a little basket of food and drinks which I thought was a really nice touch and we all got excited when we saw it! N/A
- Walsh (10/5): Such a great spot, we will definitely be staying here again!! - It was so comforting Nothing!

- Healey (9/5): Superb - fab, very clean and nice! shower pressure quite poor.
- Leah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marlyn (10/5): Clean and comfortable place to stay - The property was clean and looked well maintained. Coffee, tea, biscuits and bottled water are provided which is seldom seen on other air B&Bs. Shops, eateries and grocery store are just a few meters nearby. My family were happy and satisfied during our stay. None
- Usman (9/5): Superb - Very good family home N/A
- Maciek (10/5): Excellent base to explore Belfast and NI. - It’s a lovely 4 bedroom house, an excellent base for exploring Belfast.
Everything was clean and as advertised.
Free parking right next to the door, which was handy.
What we appreciated were the little things that are often missing in other places: There was a dishwasher AND the dishwashing tablets to use it. There was a washing machine AND the tablets for it. There is the kitchen AND salt, pepper, sugar, oil, tea bags, coffee, milk, and more. Bathroom full of “bathroom things”.
And many, oh so many pillows. 😂
Oh and the large shopping centre within 3 minute walk if you need anything.
We will come back for sure. 👍👍👍
- Roland (8/5): Easy drive into downtown Belfast. - The rooms and shared spaces were comfortable and welcoming, free street parking in front was a nice surprise, and communication with the host was good. Another nice surprise was being around the corner from CS Lewis Square. No complaints.
- Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional - It was perfect for our stay, everywhere was spotless and we felt right at home. Can’t thank the host enough, she couldn’t have done more for us. If you are looking for a stay close to Belfast city centre, I would definitely recommend Bloomfield house.
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (10/5): Would return when we next visit Belfast. - The host was so helpful. Little goodies left for us. Easy check in and check out - great comms on arrival Shower made its mind up about temperature but that’s it!
- Harrison (10/5): Really nice home and spacious. Close to transportation and city center. Highly recommend - Very close to train station and city center.
- Louisa2024 (9/5): Lovely house, with great facilities and easy access to town! - We had a lovely stay at Bloomfield House - everything was perfect for our needs. The beds were super comfy, house very clean, with everything you could possibly need. The little welcome pack with milk, eggs, biscuits etc. was a lovely touch. Wonderful communication with the host and super easy check-in/out process. Also a great location for getting into town. The shower wasn't very powerful, but didn't affect our stay!
- Jill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalie (10/5): Fantastic hosts, great house with everything you could possibly want - Loved everything about this property, excellent location close to bus stops which connect you to the whole city. Lots of space which as a family with teenagers was much appreciated! Very clean and well equipped, comfortable beds and fantastic hosts who even left a present for our 16 year old as it was her birthday which I thought was so lovely. Milk left in the fridge and snacks! Could not fault anything and would definitely stay again. Nothing!
- Larry (10/5): Great place to stay with lots of room, and social space. - Lot of room, enjoyed the location. Water pressure could have been better, but that was all.
- Joehendron (9/5): Very comfortable and great value in a quiet area which had easy access to places of interest. - Although it appeared small from street level - there was plenty of space for our group. Very clean and comfortable. The weather!!
- Niamh (10/5): We had a lovely time at Bloomfield House, it was so clean and comfortable and a great size for a group staying. The loca - It was so clean and comfortable, and had loads of complimentary snacks! No negatives!
- Karen (8/5): We really enjoying our short stay in Belfast. The house was in great location for us and host was quick in communication - Everything was very clean and there was even some snacks left for us. Shower pressure would be my only complaint.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely modern house, very comfortable beds. The welcome pack was surprisingly very well stocked with lovely treats. Loads of towels. House was spotless. Would highly recommend. Only one minor thing, shower water pressure wasn't great.
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay at bloomfield house. The location is close to city centre, quiet area, only 10minutes drive to everything.
The house was spotless and had all amenities needed. The owner left a lovely gift basket for us on arrival and messaged to ensure we knew we could contact them anytime. Instructions on how to use facilities was clearly marked and easily understood. Would highly recommend this accommodation for any group or family looking to stay in Belfast. Great pricing aswell.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Finn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Foley (10/5): 5* accommodation - EVERYTHING!!! The house was beautiful, clean fresh and spacious, attention to soft furnishings. Everything was thought of. From extra towels to toiletries and kitchen products, but most of all the welcome hamper was a lovely kind gesture, the teens welcomed the treats that were in it. You certainly didn't have to worry about essentials such as tea coffee sugar as there was plenty, along with fresh bread, butter and milk in fridge. Location wise, there's a shopping centre supermarket area a stones throw away the street behind the property where you can grab stuff plus a McDonald's or KFC at night if kids are hungry. The bus stop is called Holywood arches and it's literally through the next street which was fantastic for the glider hop and ride bus to the City Centre and surrounding areas, a day ticket for an adult less than a fiver!!!
And I've left the best til last, the beds!!! Omg I have never in my life slept in such a comfortable bed!!!! Luxurious!!! Right down to the quilt and pillows! The host most definitely has not scrimped on luxury ! All beds were the same, my boys and I truly didn't want to leave! Communication with the host was friendly and informative and prompt. NOTHING was an issue and everything was a pleasure. This was our first trip to Belfast and we will return next year, but one things for sure, I won't search for any other accommodation as this was top class !!!!
