• Muhammad (1/5): Disgusting and very disappointing. - Near the beach The hotel room is in bad condition as the toilet is unhygienic and the shower doors don’t close properly. The curtains are also broken and thus don’t block out the light properly causing disrupted sleep for my whole family. The lift is located right next to the room and creates very loud noises at night thus further disrupting our sleep. The AC doesn’t cool the room properly so we were forced to move our beds into the middle of the room to feel the AC air. And the cleaning in the room is bad as the lady came to clean but the sink was still covered in soap residue. I did not expect this condition of the hotel room so I would like to request compensation. Furthermore, both my daughter and wife as well as me have become sick due to the lack of hygiene in the room. When asking the housekeeping, I was told they only clean the floor every other day and she does not clean the bathroom at all. Also water bottles provided were placed in the small place as the dirty wash cloth used to wipe the toilet.

• Worod (5/5): Ok for the price, communication very slow. - Close to the beach, the room was big enough for 2. I didnt like the breakfast and there was very limited options. Communication was a bit hard because of language barrier. Apparently we were told that my payment through Booking didnt happen and so we had to pay again at the hotel, and the price increased.

• Olesya (1/5): Bad - I booked the room for three person, I checked in with my friend first, but the other day my friend leaved my room, and my parents came to me - so we should live there (3 person), but the hotel requested to pay extra money for my parents (but the room was for 3 persons and I payed for 3 persons!). I decided just to live the hotel earlier and to find the new one. Please be careful with this hotel.

• Flumster (8/5): Very good - We thought the breakfast would be a buffet, which was a little disappointing. However, the food that was served was pretty good, if you are a breadlover. The staff there are nice and happy to help with all questions! It can help to have google translate with you in case you have a particular request that they don't understand in English. Apparently, it is a safety measure that the electricity in your room goes off when you take the pass card with you. This makes it really warm in the room and in the fridge when you're gone for the day. It would be nice if these would be kept on when you're away, so that the room stays at a cool temperature at all times. Despite this, their AC's were of really good quality and did in fact cool the room rather quicky once they got activated.

• Janos (7/5): Perfect location, but do NOT count on a working Wi-Fi!!! - Perfect location, just 1 corner away from the seaside promenade. Really in a location, where you can feel the night vibes of Konyaalti (Antalya's beach area). 7/24 non-stop shop(s) just 10 m away from Hotel's entrance. Staff hardly spoke English, so we usually communicated via Google translate. Wi-Fi is literally non-existed. It was such a terrible connection in the hotel, basically NO data transmission went thru. Hence we came from Europe, in Asia we were depending on the Hotel's Wi-Fi, which basically disturb our entire vacation time. Anywhere else we went to, Wi-Fi was always better, than here. Huge room for improvement related to the digital World.

• Shahim (1/5): Very disappointed. Waste of money. - Location was good. Nothing else was good. We lost water while my daughter was having shower. Staff said it was due to city water issues and asked us to buy bottled water to take showers. We had to buy gallons of bottled water to wash the shampoo off my daughter’s hair and also take shower ourselves. That is why we checked out after one night of stay. We didn’t stay in the hotel the second night. Room would get extremely hot after being away for one hour. Pillows were stinky and staff said they didn’t have more to replace them. Kids bedding and pillows were not clean.hallways were extremely hot.

Captured with use of a glass, left it for cleaning to see it - guess what, they`ve left it in the same spot. Left the room 2-3 nights before my booking expired, it was clear that I will not get my money back.

• Raviwalia35 (9/5): Excellent property for beach lovers. - The staff was very very nice, and the location is perfect. Waking distance from beach and all the restaurant and pubs. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the counter after check out as we went out for a day tour. Bathroom shower was bit slow in our room but it's except able at the price.

Had three nights and wanted to leave after the first, but rude and aggressive owner wouldn’t refund. Don’t ruin your trip.

The room was very big and nice and the staff were really friendly and sweet, the made us w beautiful decoration on my fiancé's birthday which was really really nice thank you for that. Great hospitality and a really cozy place. We had a great time!

The sink in bathroom leaks , the shower is broken. 3 people in the room and they wouldn’t give us more than 1 key! air conditioning not working. as soon as we got there we said we wanna leave and get out money back but they said stay 1 night and we refund you BUT THEY LIED TO US!!! WE PAID for 5 nights BUT LEFT AFTER 1 night as they said they will refund but they never did. ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. ITS A CAFE WITH FEW ROOMS UPSTAIRS.

NO Air conditioner in our room We had 2 rooms and both toilets leak! the staff do not speak 1 word of English. we booked 5 nights and after seeing they lied about it being 3 stars , wanted to leave and they promised a refund and they never gave is refund. Contacted booking.com about it but they also didn’t do anything.

The breakfast was given by staff to guests, who did not have the freedom of choice. 60% of the items we did not eat on the plate.
