- Wei Hsuan (10/5):
- Muhamed (10/5): great - I really liked the hospitality of the lady that worked really helpful and give us gifts and it was really cute made my day. and i couldn’t thank her enough.
- Etsuyo (8/5): とてもよかった - ロケーション、スタックさんの対応、駐車場がある事 なし
- Guest (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the kindness and warm welcome of our host. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach, which made our stay very pleasant and convenient.
The room itself was quite small, which made it a little challenging to move around, but since we were only staying for one night, it was not a big problem. For a short stay, it was absolutely fine.
Overall, we truly appreciated the hospitality and the perfect location. Thank you again to our host for making our stay enjoyable.

- Jc (9/5): Worth it for a quick stay in Kamakura - The lady staff was so helpful. Despite not knowing much english we were still able to communicate well. The traditional tatami room was small but big enough for a couple. The lady also gave us post cards when we checked out. Shared bathroom but not much people staying so we almost always had the bathroom and toilets to ourselves. Not much to complain about at such a cheap price.
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Aurelie (10/5): Amazing hosts and fantastic location - The place is located in a relaxed little street walking distance to the tram and the beach. The host speaks very well english and the family room was spacious and very clean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and an incredible bakery. It was so easy to visit Enoshima Island and Kamakura from there, we will definitely go back.
- 探悠 (9/5): Superb - Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It is hearty and we feel quite relaxed. We like it well. However, it would be better if there is a drinking water(hot or boiling, especially) dispenser, or a water boiler, in the room. For every room a kettle of boiling water is given. But it is a little bit insufficient. Also there is no convenience store nearby. Travelers who are going to stay at this hotel may go buy beers, green teas, etc. beforehand. But overall, we like this hotel pretty much.
- Jillian (8/5): Great value and location. - Everyone was very accommodating. The shower room was fine, but it could have been a little bit cleaner!
- Annee (3/5): Poor - The location. Arrived at around 6:30 pm. Read that you need to get there by 8 if you expect to eat at the restaurant there in the hotel. I booked this hotel because we thought the restaurant (and location near the beach) would be convenient. Owners said they were full at the restaurant, and reservations needed to be made when we arrived exhausted and our son feeling unwell. The restaurant had only one private dinner party in one private room going on .We figured it was really because there was a festival in town that night, and owners had other plans (to party themselves). We walked all around town to find something open while our son was coming down with a fever, found a place eventually at another hotel a good distance away, so we got a taxi back. The room smelled very badly of mold. The futons were too flat and uncomfortable. We were given some postcards on our way out but felt it was only to butter us up because owners knew they gave us a raw deal.
- Sainio (10/5): We stayed one night in this nice hotel - Friendly staff No room to open suitcases
- Rohan (9/5): Superb -
- Juliana (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very well located, Koshigoe station is just over a min walk and Enoshima 25 min walk.
The owners were very kind and helpful.
The mattresses and pillows give the impression not to be comfortable but they turned out to be good and we have no complaints.
We were able to keep some food in the fridge and cook our breakfast.
We are glad we stay in Koshigoe and not near Kamakura Station.
- Hiroyo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hemant (3/5): Poor -
- Melissa (5/5): Passable - Great location and friendly staff. The futons and pillows were uncomfortable. Clean!
- Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were really nice. When we were checking out there was a strong wing and it was raining. I asked for a taxi but instead got lifted to the enoshima aquarium. Thank you so much.
Also plus for foreigners wish tattoo. Ofuro is private use .
so no worries. We could enjoy hardly available for us japanese sentou Pillows were hard. Maybe I could ask the staff for something else but we noticed late.
- Jiahong (10/5): Loved staying there, would definitely go again/recommend. - Hosts were very friendly and speak a little bit of English. Elevator is a big plus when traveling with luggage. Room was cozy, well-lit and larger than expected, the futons are awesome. There's only three rooms on each floor so sharing the bathroom was not an issue.
- Chin (7/5): It was a comfortable stay in a traditional ryokan with impeccable service and hot bath provided. - No meals included Heater not adjustable.
- Hiroyo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Theo (7/5): Good - The room and baths were comfortable and lots of extra touches to make it a great stay.
- Ang (7/5): Good - The owner is super friendly ,polite the bathroom was at different floor, and 3rd floor wifi cannot be use.
- Jessica (7/5): Kind host made us feel right at home. - While a little out of the way from the main tourist attractions, it was still within walking distance to shops, the beach, Enoshima Island, and the aquarium. Actually, it was kind of nice to not being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. If you're a little more confident with your Japanese language skills, there are also smaller shops in the area that cater more towards the locals that are very accessible. Huge shoutout to the lady who runs the place too - very friendly and helpful. Made us feel right at home. Bathing rooms a bit small and there was only one power outlet in the room; my friend and I had to be strategic about rotating out the things we needed to charge (phone, pocket wifi, external battery, smart watch, electric toothbrush - somehow it all adds up!). Keep in mind that all the sinks and toilets are also shared across the whole floor. The first night we were there, the place was fully booked and there was a good amount of waiting around to be able to brush your teeth and otherwise use the facilities (thankfully, some others checked out for the second and third night we were there, which made things easier). Lastly, the wifi is a bit spotty.
- John (9/5): Superb - Very attentive English speaking host. Very comfortable rooms and I loved soaking in the shared but private use traditional baths, very nice after a long surf session. Outstanding value for money. Location
- I (8/5): Very good - It’s a traditional Japanese style hotel. I like tatami and hot spring.
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cheng-yu (8/5): Very good -
- Ciaran (8/5): Very good - Cheap, convenient and great baths The pillows were quite hard
- Xingyan (10/5): Exceptional - warm owner, nice environment and convenient
- Tang (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff
- Jana (8/5): Very good - The location is very nice, close to the beach and 5 min walking from the station that takes you to every attraction nearby. The staff is very nice and helpful and storing luggage was no problem. We really enjoyed our stay!
- Lara (10/5): Loved the staff, location, facilities, parking. Would definitely come again. - The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the location is right by the beach and is close to some restaurants. There is a private bathing room to use for free as well. The pillows were a little uncomfortable.
- Rachel (8/5): I would recommend!! - The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They provided us with local maps in English and French, and pinpointed places of interested. They were very helpful with our needs and gave us a little postcard on departure.
The location was amazing, so close to the trainline that takes you to Kamakura and a short walk to the monorail. It is also only one street from the sea front, which makes for a lovely morning and evening stroll.
The traditional osen baths were lovely to relax in and added to the feeling of being in Japan!
I would recommend staying here for a short stay as there is plenty to see and do within the location and great travel links to get around. Pillows were not very comfortable.
- Suet (7/5): Good - the location is good, the staff is nice and friendly. The door of the shower tray is not indicated clearly. the water boiler a littler bit dirty. if u are not going to use, everything is nice
- Deepthi (9/5): Superb - The rooms were really nice and comfy, the bath was wonderful!
- Mao (8/5): careful, the bathrooms are for all the guest. - staffs there are very kind. and the location is good to walk around. nothing special.
- Maria (7/5): nice quite pleasant place very nice to relax - clean and quite lack of relaxation area
