• Doom (6/5): En gros nous avons passé un bon moment - L’emplacement était super les voisins etaient sympa La propreté était très négligeable surtout celui du bas !! L’appartement du bas était vraiment pas propre il avait une mauvaise odeur au niveau du sol et dessus le lit énormément de saleté et la salle de bain était sale

• Pedro (8/5): Very good - Great location to the major attractions like Redwood Tree Walk and Te Puia, and also of course not too far from the city center. Would have been great to have a dryer in the property.
• Helen (8/5): Great location, great facilities, easy access to attractions - Location was excellent - short drive to Blue Lake, Buried Village, and the Tarawera Trail, short walk to the Redwoods and the Treetops walk. Pub across the road was less than inspiring, but handy shopping centre next door where we could purchase groceries and awesome Pink and White Terraces Gin. Mmmmm. Unfortunately the gym next door had rather loud bass which reverberated throughout the night, not great for good night's sleep.
• Laura (8/5): Good experience - In general it was clean place, good kitchen facilites and quite cozy. There was a bedroom with no window, just a skylight. It was not possible to open the skylight or block the light coming in, which made the room very stuffy and it got light very early.

• Laureen (9/5): We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay, close to shops, close to the Redwoods, would definitely stay again and recom - Location, modern, local shops at your doorstep Some utensils were not clean and had food still on them, oven & bbq were not cleaned properly but they were all just minor issues and nothing a quick wash & wipe didn’t fix, overrall was an excellent stay. Could have a small table and a couple of chairs downstairs.
• Alison (9/5): Nice location, clean unit and would recommend to others - Property was great. We couldn’t park the car in the garage as neighbour’s car was blocking access. Would have been great if there was a dryer.
• Ricky (8/5): Very good - The outdoor hot tub that you could enjoy through your stay. We are so silly not being able to get the key with the code. However, the host reacted so quickly the she arrived in 10 mins after our call to solve the problem.

• Hanh (8/5): Overall, the property was modern and spacious for family. - Spacious and close to attraction around Rotorua No dinning table! Stools provided (three) to have meal at kitchen counter were not enough for booked people (five).

• Darren (6/5): Was a good stay - Beautiful property inside.clean Condensation from skylight dripping on bed woken during the night had to move rooms.neigbours parked in front of the garage couldn't leave when we wanted to twice. Gym next door sound of dropping weights on the ground early in the morning and late at night.
• Jaycee (6/5): Lighting can be improved, the accomodation was not well lit. Also there are fleas in one of the bedrooms, all three of u - Location Very dim lighting. Got some flea bites too.
• Niraj (10/5): Fabulous stay, bit high price but it was worth it for the stay. - Location was prime and there was easy access to shops and other roads. Front porch light was not working. Inside lights in front lounge room were bit dim, one of them was not working as well. Lighting was low in the TV room. Downstairs bedroom was getting very cold. Had to use portable heater but it wasn't great so had to move in upstairs bedroom.
