Gary Blake (10/5): Great stay, value and location! - We've actually stayed in this hotel several times. My wife is a patient at Vanderbilt and has had several follow up visits. The proximity to the doctor's office from the hotel is perfect for early morning appointments. We'll actually be back mid November and look forward to another stay! The only thing I can think of would be the parking...I don't think I've ever figured out how to make that work correctly, but that's on me, not the hotel.

Drew (5/5): - Building and amenities are nice and seem well-maintained. Poorly managed communication between staff regarding residents vs hospitality guests. Was awoken at 9am by two maintenance men who came into the room with a key. Staff claimed notice was given via email which we never received. Regardless of notice, that is not the way to handle maintenance issues in a hospitality setting. Despite expressing frustration with this, and how we were uncomfortable that they just came in on their own, staff and management refused to do anything to remedy this situation.

talinaann (9/5): Our stay was excellent! We will be back! - Memoir is a beautiful property! Classy, upscale lobby/common aRea and amenities (gym, outdoor area/pool). Staff were helpful, professional yet relatable. I believe his name was Mark—fun guy. Our room was awesome with an amazing view of downtown Nashville. It was clean, kitchen with appliances, cookware, and flatware. The Nespresso (with pods, cream and sugar) was a nice touch! Our bed was comfortable. Also loved the bathtub! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back! We have already told our friends that the Memoir is the nicest (and most reasonably priced) place we’ve stayed in Nashville! TV—would be more convenient to have a smart TV you can stream popular services from. Having to use Google Chromecast was a little inconvenient—worked from one of our phone but not the other.

The room itself was nice bed was comfortable bathroom and kitchen washer dryer and items furnished were very nice, towels bedding robe hair dryer steamer! All great items provided! Could not get help with television. Internet was not good. Called for help and no one returned my call.

They’re upgrading their system. Nothing nearby re restaurants, coffee shops or even a little supermarket. There’s a big development going on whereby they’re building more of theses flats but at this moment no infrastructure As above

Jennifer (10/5): We would stay again and again. - We would stay here over and over again. It had the feel of a home rental but the amenities and support of a hotel. The furnishings were spectacular and higher end. The staff were friendly and super helpful. If there was a downside- it would have only been the parking cost but parking in Nashville is expensive everywhere, so it’s par for the course.
Hall (10/5): Phenomenal value and facilities - Fantastic facilities, especially the gym - it was an actual gym with free weights up to 75 lbs…lovely. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The managers, Brittany and Melina, run this place very well. Will stay here again. No negatives. More higher end and health-focused restaurants nearby might help, but this location seems up-and-coming. I’m sure they’ll get there soon enough.
Laura (9/5): Superb - Nice building with coffee shop during the day and bar at night, with a variety of other amenities I didn't use. Easy parking and building felt very secure. The studio apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. No issues with noise and internet was fine for remote working. It would be nice if the kitchen had some basic supplies like salt, pepper, and oil. There was a wifi connection issue with Netflix on the Chromecast a couple of times, but I didn't have trouble with the wifi on any other device.

Large suite with kitchen Noise from the train station was annoying at night. Shower never got really hot, just warm water. Pillows are aweful, so uncomfortable overstuffed fiberfill pillows.

The building itself & amenities were nice and overall liked the unit. However comfort in the unit when walking & being out all day is a MUST. Worse sleep we’ve ever had traveling and we travel a lot. Will not stay here again.

Its close to down town. Take a taxi/ Uber or a scooter/bike and you are downtown in no time. Nice gym and pool too. Staff in the lobby 24/7. No complaints
