The apartment and the entire building are beautifully designed — modern yet full of charm, preserving the history and heritage of the place. The apartment was very comfortable, and the mattress was excellent. We arrived in Florence by car, and the owner kindly allowed us to park in the building’s parking area, even though the apartment doesn’t officially include parking. The location was perfect for us — we didn’t need to drive into the city center, and all the main attractions were easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Everything was perfect

• Sophie (10/5): - Eugenio was the perfect host, so hospitable and kind. His communication was brilliant, letting us know the apartment was ready early and also making several local recommendations for places to eat. I needed some antibiotics whilst staying and Eugenio explained how I could get them, which was super easy and made a stressful situation far more simple. The apartment itself was decorated beautifully, with gorgeous high ceilings. The garden allowed a sense of calm in the city for when we needed a break from the crowds. The history of the building and it being a family project made it all the more lovely. We’ll definitely use Eugenio’s apartment again when we return to Florence - thank you!
• Elisabeth (10/5): - Fine, romslige rom og koselig kjøkken. Fint med egen bakhage. Alt var rent og ordentlig. Verten var veldig behjelpelig. Lånte oss mobil lader og svarte raskt på spørsmål når vi hadde det. Det var et stykke lengre inn til sentrum enn vi var helt klar over, men enkelt å greit å finne frem. Og det var både matbutikk og bra bakeri og cafe veldig nærme. Kort veg til Bobolihagen.

From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive and even took the time to meet us personally, which made us feel so welcome. The communication was smooth and quick, and Eugenio went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. The apartment was beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches (restaurant recommendations) that made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you, Eugenio, for being such a wonderful host — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!
• William (10/5): Flexible for any size group. Beautifully renovated. Attentive host. - Beautiful renovated house near porta Romana. Gorgeous place, amazing garden, comfortable rooms and a great, responsive host. There are 4 one bedroom apartments on the first floor, a five bedroom with the huge garden on the second, and two two bedroom places on the third floor. You can mix and match for any size group. We rented a one BR, a 2 BR, and the big place for a family get together. It was perfect. The neighborhood is a mile from ponte veccio and has a quieter, more local vibe. The bus stop at porta romana let you get a to lots of places quickly - we went to sienna in an hour. This place is what vacation rentals are all about, like staying in a bit of history.

• Benjamin (9/5): Extremely pleasant with the garden setting. - Excellent host as he was always available and went out of his way to help you in any way he could. The property was in a beautiful area and only about 2 kms from the Ponte Vecchio. It was not swamped with tourists so you did not have to fight your way through them to get to where you wanted to go. The walk to the main attractions was very pleasant. A real plus was that it had a very large and most beautiful garden setting which was accessable to guests. This is most unusual in Florence and we have been here many times in the past. The area generally had lots of trees and parklands in the surrounding areas. Near the Boboli gardens and Pitti Palace. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again All good

We enjoyed the view from our balcony onto the beautiful manicured garden. Such a breath of fresh air every morning. Our apartment even had a fresh bouquet of flowers on our arrival and a bottle of wine. The apartment were spacious with everything you would need for a perfect stay. • Codrin (10/5): Amazing! - The place is impecable! Eugenio was such a graceful host! There was a pamphet with the history of the apartment and recommendations for restaurants. The garden is like a dream >mandarin, lemon and olive trees, hydrangeas and other plants created an oasis in the middle of the city! The apartment was in close proximity to Porta Romana and most of the touristic objectives are within 25 minutes walk! We did not take out car at all during our entire stay > 4 days! We were sad that we had to leave...We fell in love with our accomodation, garde & Florence! ❤️ Nothing...if i need to pick something is 4 days too short for Florence!
