• Dee (8/5): Lovely place to stay - Inside the house was very nice once I figured out the heating it was lovely. But house was comfortable games were fun had jenga connect 4 monopoly so something for everyone The drain by the outer door was a bit smelly as you walked in but can't be helped we found out, also the coffee jar in kitchen was a bit tight we couldnt open it, The stairs are quite steep leading to the bedrooms and 2nd bathrooms and the hand rail on stairs is a bit loose

• Rachel (8/5): Everyone had a really good time and enjoyed the stay - The space inside was very generous and it was well equipped and comfortable and clean and the location was good for the purpose of our visit The entrance was strange and the appearance of the property from the outside was not very appealing

• Fozia (8/5): Was ok - Clean and spacious property. However, the owner kept messaging me, repeatedly reminding me to keep the place clean, wash the dishes after use, and when to check out. I found this unusual, as I have stayed in many properties and never experienced this before. When guests are paying to stay, it should be the owner’s responsibility to arrange cleaning before the next guests arrive. The pillows were completely flat. Didn’t have a good nights sleep as a result, needed extra pillows and duvet

• Tina (7/5): Was a good location for our golf trip, Netflix a plus, reasonably priced - Was a good location for our golf trip as courses near by, property was reasonably priced and Netflix and other stations was a plus Parking very hit and miss had to park 3 streets away most of the stay
• Confidence (9/5): Superb - Family oriented, wifi, board games and all the appliances were functional. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Location is central as well The long corridor leading to the property could be in a better condition.
• Cj10000 (7/5): A good stop over. - Location to shops. Rooms are a great size. Good kitchen and Bathrooms. TV was good also. Sofa bed. Big shower in downstairs bathroom. No off road parking. Poor Neighbours with the animals. Small bed in the main bedroom. A small shower in the main bathroom upstairs needs to be bigger.

• Glynis (8/5): We would stay again as it was close to friends we were visiting so very convenient. - The accommodation was well equipped and very helpful to have two bathrooms. Although not as homely as it might have been, having tea and coffee etc., hand soap and towels in the bathrooms, washing up liquid and tea cloths was helpful as we only stayed one night. Only 4 towels provided instead of 5 - one for each of us. The weather had turned cold quickly and so the property was a bit slow to catch up. On street parking was a bit of an issue, but there were spaces at the end of the road.
• Stuart (10/5): Lovely house and great value for money - Great value for money for or group trip. Plenty of space, 2 bathrooms and plenty of beds for large groups wanting to save money. Nothing i can think of, perfect for us.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfortable well equipped accommodation. About 20 mins walk to Burton Parking is difficult at times but can usually get somewhere fairly nearby.

• Julie (9/5): Quick family stay - Lovely beds, lots of space. Good facilities in the kitchen, and the games were popular with the kids. The parking was on street which got quite full, so I had to park in the next street.
• Suzzanna (6/5): Lovely property maintained well would definitely recommend to others. - This property was clean and tidy, had everything we need for a weekend stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Bathrooms clean and to a lovely standard, bedroom light and airy clean and comfy beds. Having free WIFI was a bonus as we have small children 🙈 a nice selection of board games and books to borrow during you stay! The longe area was lovely to relax in after a full day. The garden was lovely at one end but a little over grown at the end of the garden could do with a little tidy up.

• Shadbolt (10/5): Beautiful spacious house - Surprisingly big house, spotlessly clean, very recently and beautifully modernised and decorated, very comfortable. We literally just slept there, showered, had a cup of tea and left again, but everything we would have needed for a longer stay was there. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Lloyd (8/5): Great price for a comfortable work stopover - Excellent price for the whole party to stay. Rooms were comfortable and met our needs for the night. Host was really friendly and helpful. Some of the cosmetic stuff was a bit hit and Miss (painting etc) but it obviously didn’t affect our comfort. On-street parking was difficult.

• Shaniya (9/5): Comfortable. Felt at - All rooms where nice spacious sizes. I loved that the hallway light was automatic and only switched on if you was close. Was great for my group of friends. There’s nothing major but I would say the private entrance had an off key smell to it. Fortunately the smell didn’t ever linger into the house which is great.
• Sylwia (8/5): One night stay - Lot's of space, comfortable beds (although very soft, not for everyone), well equipped, two showers, 2 toilets, a lot of it was freshly refurbished. Warm and clean. Easy communication. Easy check-in. Some people would say it needs more cosy soft furnishings to feel more homely, but it was perfect and easy to keep clean.

Info left to explain tv and virgin media. Was perfect for our family Was a bit chilly when we arrived but was able to turn the temperature up and it worked perfectly and was lovely and warm.
