• Maria Isabel (5/5): Great location but average in everything else - Very central location which is great to visit the city. Access to the property was easy as well. Although I did not use the kitchen, it is a good facility if you do not want to eat out all the time. It is good for longer stays. I suppose I expected something better as the property looked a lot better in the pictures. The bathroom is very dated. Very noisy at the weekend as there are busy bars with tables outside.
• Gonmigara (8/5): Céntrico y limpio! - Lo mejor del apartamento sin duda es la ubicación, sales de este y te encuentras en pleno centro de Alcalá, la plaza y la calle Mayor, abundantes sitios para comer, tomar algo... Y además se puede aparcar a unos diez minutos del mismo, no más lejos. También se encontraba muy limpio todo el apartamento: baño, cocina, ropas de cama... Todo perfecto. Por mencionar algo, diría que al ser tan céntrico por la noche se oyen los ruidos de los garitos y bares cercanos. El frigorífico también hace un ruido continuo algo desagradable.

• MILAGROS (1/5): no existe la atención al cliente / calle con mucho ruido - cerca de todas las atracciones historicas, en contra estabamos en plena calle de discotecas y pubs, verdadero escandalo en la calle hasta las 5,30horas. No existe la atención al cliente. Llamamos y no atendian el teléfono de contacto. Ignoran al cliente. Muy mala experiencia.

• Alexander (1/5): PÉSIMO, sobre todo el personal - Con la reserva pagada no pudimos acceder al apartamento. El responsable no nos atendió en ningún momento, ni en el momento de realizar la reserva ni en las 20 llamadas que realizamos después de llegar tras 5 horas de viaje, dejándonos fuera por la noche y en invierno. Su excusa es que no tenían la habitación disponible, pero si sabían cobrar y la reserva estaba confirmada.

• Cristina (6/5): Podría ser más confortable - Indudablemente la ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Alcalá con todas las comodidades cerca. Parking económico casi en la puerta, por lo que ir en coche no supone ningún problema. Tiene todo lo necesario en un apartamento, menos un sofá, solo la cama y dos sillas de plástico. El apartamento es ruidoso, nos tocó uno interior que amortiguaba muchísimo los ruidos, menos mal, pero está en una calle de la zona de marcha, esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta si buscas tranquilidad. Si buscas fiesta está genial. Mucho ruido de las puertas, son 5 apartamentos juntos y se oye todo a todas horas por los pasillos, además de la luz que entraba a través de la puerta que tenía huecos, parece una tontería pero si necesitas madrugar para ir a trabajar no es fácil conciliar el sueño. Al ser interior cero luz natural, por lo tanto es oscuro y ventila mal. La cama es la estándar para dos, se queda pequeña. Alguna araña que otra por falta de limpieza en los techos, baldosas rotas, paredes sucias... No está mal por los precios que se vienen manejando últimamente, pero no costaría nada tenerlo un poco más adecentado. Para pasar una semana como nosotros no es muy confortable, se echa de menos un sofá, una mesa donde comer (solo hay un mini escritorio) y algo de luz más agradable. Para pasar un fin de semana de fiesta no está mal.

Smallest bed EVER for 2 persons..and we are below average within height and weight. The bed was against a wall, so one of us have to slide out instead of step down. The shower is even smallest than those in a cruise ship. The bathroom even smallest. Only 2 towels for 7 days...Have to go up stairs ( no elevator )..with our heavy luggage..no help..Very very small apartment..no enough space to place our clothes and suitcases Apartment adjacent to a very noisy street..VERY LOUD NOISE UNTIL 2 IN THE MORNING...EVERY DAY... Definitively NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS...

• Violeta (10/5): A perfect stay in Alcala! - A spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, including a Nespresso machine! Completely renovated and perfectly clean. The apartment is in the heart of the historic city centre and is in a lovely and calm street. There is no central heating in the apartment, but you can use an air condition in the apartment which was good enough because it is located in the main room where the bed is.

• Irene (7/5): Good price, best location - Location was unbeatable. The apartment was good and everything reported to the owner was taken in consideration. Communication with the owner was very easy, spanish or english speaking. You can hear the music of the the pub downstairs. Also the bells from the church ring every 15 min. Nothing that the owner can do about. Centric location has its ups and donws.

• James (6/5): adequate for the price, but nothing special - perfect location good communication photos are representative well-equipped sofa-bed very uncomfortable and too short for a +160m adult front door of apartment is very thin and lets in all the light from the landing (which is on all night) the apartment wasn't properly cleaned: big dust balls under the bed no duvet for sofa-bed on arrival; we had to wait until the next morning to receive one only one set of keys provided
