• Dutson (9/5): Great location trickling getting in and out. - Location super convenient The way in was like an escape room really difficult till you first get it. Could be simplified
• Samantha (8/5): Fantastic location with a view from the front entrance - The location was perfect right on the Doutonbori canal and about a 2 minute walk to where the action is. We used the washing machine which came in very handy along with having a decent sized fridge and cooker if you wanted to cook (which we didn't). There is also a Lawson Station convenience store and a huge 24 hour chemist 2 minutes walk away. Heaps of places to eat breakfast so not having breakfast included was great as we go to try a few different places. I didn't read the check in details very well and got a bit confused, totally my fault. When we actually read them it was perfectly clear how to get in. Once you knew the process it was all very east.

• sofia (3/5): We just liked it because of the location - It wasn’t worth the price. Nothing, the Host wasn’t helpful at all. We requested more pillow and blankets, he told me they didn’t have more. That is not a room for 3 people.

• Cecilio III (10/5): - The location is minutes walk away from Dotonbori, train stations, Family Mart, and a lot of food choices. Can't complain much because I got it a reasonable price. The place is a bit cramped for a family of four (a tween and teen) with 3 large luggage but had a comfortable stay.
• Jocson (9/5): The place is still awesome; The price is just right. Stayed 4 nights. Commendable - From the Airport, a Limousine bus for transportation was incredibly convenient. The station that we got off was just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. It is centrally located, walking distance to Dotonbori, most famous, high energy entertainment district, extensive street food, and shopping. Convenience stores were just around the corner. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. We did not use the washer and did not cook as well. Cooked food from outside was just enticing. We simply got what we need. I love the bidet toilet. I was just used of in- person hotel staff available. The keys in the lock box were initially cumbersome until we got the hang of it and realized it was safer that way. Equipments were all in Japanese and that we need to read the manual for interpretation. We had a hard time on shower temperature, it seems like a cycle, it gets warm, then cold. I just wished I understand how it operates.
• Chak Kai (1/5): Disastrous Check-In and No Support - There was absolutely nothing to like, as I couldn’t even enter the accommodation. This accommodation was a complete disappointment. The check-in instructions were incorrect, with a wrong passcode for the dongle needed to access the room key — leaving me unable to enter my room. I contacted the host multiple times, but responses were extremely slow; I waited over an hour with no resolution. That night, I had to book another hotel and requested a full refund, which was denied. I strongly do not recommend this property.

Lack of communication from staff when our hot water malfunctioned, meant we could not shower on our first night. ‘Emergency contact’ did not provide a response. We had to fix the issue ourself despite being told we would have someone come to repair it. Would not give us toilet paper when we ran out.

I am really disappointed. I will never ever come to Booking.com for any kinds of booking, you lost a customer. It took me 1 hour to only check in at the property , In spite of doing all pre check in formalities . the Host did not even understand basic English. If the host or booking.com believes in customer satisfaction they should refund my money . I paid 40000 Yen for this property I will never recommend this property to any one Everything was pathetic

• Venus (5/5): - It near Dotonbori area accessible everywhere. Self Check-in , not easy as the key and code are different. Air-con needs adjusting not that cold. Their customer service in Booking.com not good. We arrived from early flight we asked if we could pay for early check-in as we are not feeling well and its very hot that day, but to no avail, good thing someone came to clean the room and let us in.

• Friederike (1/5): Es war sehr unangenehmen dort, ich würde nicht wiederkommen. - Die Lage Es war dreckig, als ich angekommen bin. Im Waschbecken lagen viele Haare. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Geruch. Es stank im Badezimmer ununterbrochen aus dem Abfluss. Das war beim Duschen kaum auszuhalten.

• HSINWEI (8/5): 整體而言是不錯的環境,雖然有不少缺點,有機會會再來 - 住宿地點很好,對面就有全家及lawsonu,走路約5分鐘就到道頓堀,非常方便 冷氣不太冷,浴室汙水味道很重,吹風機有熱度沒風力,頭髮吹不乾,房間灰塵較多,且隔壁棟一樓就是18禁場所,門口的垃圾桶很常堆滿垃圾且溢出來

Using Google map will bring you to the wrong location. Needs to update the address somehow. Had trouble locating the property until switched to Apple Map. 2. Check-in procedures should have to simplify. Locks containing room keys had problematic lock combination. 3. The areas surrounding the apartment is generally quite dirty. 4. Air-con leaked condensate if set to the wrong setting.

• Fandi (9/5): Clean, Nice Place, Great Location but Small - The place is just nice. Not really in the middle of the chaotic Dotobontori but it's not far from it. Just 3-4min walking distance. FamilyMart is around the corner. Paid car parking is also near there. Overall, I like it. It is too small space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. if it is for 1-2 persons, it's just nice. The shower place also have a small space. If you're 180cm tall, it will be quite uncomfortable to take the shower.

• Antat (1/5): Not recommended. - The hotel is conveniently located next to the Dotonbori street. The place was extremely dusty! The heater vents were clogged with dust and couldn't be used. The place caused my dust allergies to flare up and ended up ruining my osaka experience. I paid for 2 guest and they only provided 1 duvet, when I asked for a second I was told it's against their policy and guests have to share. This after i told them that we couldn't use their heater as it was dusty. They eventually agreed to clean, but the job was sub par. Compared to the other accommodation I have stayed in Japan, this is the worst. I will not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The hotel has an elevator for easy access, and the toilet and bathroom are separate for added convenience. The air conditioning works well, and all rooms are free of unpleasant odors. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store, metro station, and shopping area, making it a great choice for those looking to explore the city. The host provided only smaill one shampoo, one bath gel, and one conditioner per person, as well as just totally two rolls of toilet paper, 2 laundry detergent for three people over an 8-night stay. This was insufficient, and we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves.

The room is super spacious and instruction manual was very helpful! Very secure room with great facilities and amenities inside! Only fault not having enough room for more of a clothes line on the balcony.

• Alfredo (8/5): Excellent location - The main selling point of this accommodation is its excellent location. It is very near to Dotonbori but still located in the quieter section of the district so we were able to rest well. It is within walking distance to Nipponbashi Station. There are also a lot of options in terms of restaurants to fit your budget. The room is relatively clean. It didn't smell bad as mentioned in the other reviews; however, it rained on our second day, only then did we noticed that there was this sort of smell coming from the drain in the toilet. I think it has nothing to do with the actual cleanliness of the apartment but rather from the canal located at the back of the apartment. If there is one thing that I didn't like, its the check-out instruction where the owner requires the guest to take out the trash once they check-out. Segregating the trash is not a problem but to actually throw it out during check out defeats the purpose of charging the guest cleaning fees which makes up rather a material part of the room rate.
