You can really feel the care that went into preparing the space. It was a big help when our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. We were able to rest well and fully recover before continuing our trip. Highly appreciated! Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great.

I felt like I was coming home. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need. Loved the outside deck. There was nothing I didn't like.

• PEI-SHAN (10/5): Although we weren't lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, it was still great to have this place to stay for a lei - The place was great, with a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and a terrace to watch the northern lights. The host, Donna, was very welcoming and offered flexible schedules and suggestions for viewing the lights. There was some noise from road construction during our stay, making parking difficult, but Donna was happy to notify us in advance and was helpful.

• Stephen (10/5): A wonderful, quiet stay in a well-equipped home with a gracious host! - Wonderfully equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with amenities that are always needed. Washer & dryer worked perfectly. Donna was so gracious, and by coming over late at night to let is know the Aurora was visible, we saw the only Aurora we saw even though we traveled to Chena Hot Springs! There wasn't anything we didn't like!
• Jerould Kent (9/5): Cozy and comforatble stay in Fairbanks, would love to come back again and stay for sure - Property is very cozy and clean! We immediately felt at home after settling in. I would 100% recommend this property for those visiting Fairbanks. Donna Knight the host is so warm and kind. God Bless her. The bed mattress feels saggy or having excessive sinkage, which is not my preferences. Maybe time for an upgrade :)

• Wu (10/5): Wonderful - Donna's place was absolutely wonderful! The house was incredibly clean, and we loved the personal touches, especially the beautiful paintings by Donna herself. The decor was so thoughtful and made us feel right at home. Donna was a fantastic host, very warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this home to anyone traveling with family or friends.

• Thi (10/5): Best place to stay in Fairbanks. Close to everything. - It was so clean, spacious and cozy. It’s like coming home and everything is well stocked. We did laundry, cooked, and rested well. We explored Denali and enjoyed time at Chena hot springs the next day. Sometimes you just need to stay in a cozy place. We enjoyed our meals on the deck with the birds chirping with a view of the mountains. Soaked up the sunlight while enjoying drinks on the swinging benches. The house had everything we needed and more! Definitely coming back to see Donna! It’s very little that I didn’t like. I run hot at night and the microfiber sheets did not suit me. Would have preferred 100% cotton sheets.
• Jessica (10/5): Can’t wait to stay again! - Donna was a fantastic host and her home was very clean and accommodated our family well. The home is located just down the road from large grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the use of the deck that we could use to watch the endless hours of sun and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook easily for the family. The living room was cozy and had plenty of seats to fit all of us comfortably. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was great as we had traveled up and down Alaska. We used the washing machines in the garage which was in a clean and bright area and easy to use. Overall everything was great and we would use her home again for our future stays. Donna’s was super sweet as well and communicated with me throughout our planning. We had a chance to meet Donna and she is so sweet and makes you immediately feel welcomed and like family. A great experience and we can’t wait to plan our next Alaska trip!

Furniture so comfortable...Donna was so accommodating and responsive to any question I had. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Can't think of a thing.

The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and smells clean, the kitchen appliances are complete, I know the host prepared this unit with care by the little details - the coffee options, the different and many towel sizes and options, the pamphlets and books of Alaska guide, the complete TV set list like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. The location of this house is strategic, near groceries and downtown, and many restaurant options. One thing that I am very grateful for is the host, Donna. She went above and beyond, she is very warm, welcoming, friendly, and care about her guests. She helped us watch the night sky waiting for the aurora to come up. She also gave us pizzas which we like very much. Definitely recommend to stay in this house! Nothing

She was thoughtful, generous, and super accommodating with our arrival and extended stay! We are so happy we added 2 days to our stay. She even called us when the Northern Lights were visible at 12:45am because she knew that was the main purpose of our visit. I have already recommended Northern Knights to all my siblings that now want to travel here! Thank you for making my bucket list family trip dream to see the Northern Lights a reality, a true life-long wish fulfilled with comfort and ease💜The fresh fruit and other snacks was a highlight of our arrival. The close proximity to Walmart, Costco, and tons of restaurants or fast food options made this a perfect place to go exploring and come home to all the comforts of a real home, not hotel living. Donna gave us great info about places to visit based on our plans, and was super easy to contact when needed. There were a few things missing from the kitchen tools and appliances that would make cooking meals a little more convenient, and a few more games or puzzles would be nice for longer stays. But overall everything is well supplied and sufficient for our needs.
• Peter (10/5): A great deal for five of us touring the area. Yeah and staying 4 nights improved our chances of seeing the northern ligh - The property was great with 3 bedrooms and everything in clean and good order. We used this location for a Fairbanks center to go see the Northern Lights. From here we tried three Viewing spots one west, one north and one east of town. We also added on visits to the North Pole for the Junior dog sled finals and the Ice Carving so being in town was a real plus. Had a great time. Having a kitchen was great for us as well. Fresh cookies out of the oven and with some dietary limits your own cooking is worry free. The owner was very responsive to any questions as well. I would stay again. No issues.

As locals to Fairbanks, we were pleasantly surprised to find a place that felt so comforting and relaxing. The reason for our stay was a family member's hospitalization, and we needed a convenient and restful place to stay between visits. This home delivered on all fronts, with incredibly comfortable mattresses, a clean and quiet environment, and a thoughtful host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The host, Donna, was easy to communicate with, provided everything we needed, and even alerted us to northern lights sightings. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Fairbanks, and we would definitely stay here again.

• Brian (10/5): Both the “software” (Donna, our host) and the “hardware” the property itself) are A+ - Donna, our host, did an outstanding job of welcoming us into her home, giving us lots of information about what to see in Fairbanks, including taking extra time and trouble to each night check many times when and where to see the Northern Lights. In short, Donna treated us like family. The B&B itself was recently redecorated with all new carpets and new matching furniture in all the rooms. The kitchen is also excellent. The property is on a quiet street and is easy to find. It”s also close to Costco, Walmart and other stores. It’s a great place. Everything was really excellent.

• Mark (10/5): It made a great base camp for our activities in Alaska. - This house was more modern than my house. It was clean and newly painted. We had full use of the kitchen, living room, and wash room. The kitchen had plates and glasses and silverware and pots and pans. The TV had a streaming service. There was a balcony and the backyard had stuff for kids to play on. Fairbanks was in the middle of a heatwave, so the hostess had fans in every bedroom. The hostess also offered us some Alaska Salmon as a snack. The location is right down the street from Walmart, fast food, and other restaurants. It had more than enough towels, and wifi. Nothing wrong with this place..
