Martin (1/5): Absolute disgrace - Not much Left early because of the following. Shared kitchen advertised but was broken and dirty with just 2 cups. No hot water and host just kept saying they would update when fixed but never got fixed. Room was tiny with no storage for clothes and the curtains did not cover the window. General housekeeping was really poor and was only 1 toilet roll left between 4 rooms. Overall easily the worst place we have stayed and the less said about the host the better

The bathroom no longer has a shower cubicle and there is no wall hook for the shower set on the bath taps. neither the gas hob nor the undercounter oven are fit for use at the moment, all the knobs are broken so you cannot switch on or regulate the nurbners and so forth: and the two oven doors are skewiff on their hinges so do not close.

Charlene (1/5): Don't book - There were bugs in my room, crawling over my suitcase as per picture 1. The photos show much better rooms so you think the place will be nice. Kitchen had food left out and was smelly, with hanging oven doors. Bathroom was right next door, separated by a thin wall with other people using it throughout the whole night, and the door to bathroom was very creaky and would sound like someone was entering your room by how loud it was. Carpets were stained and ripping. Can't list everything but basically, it's not the place to stay... I couldn't tell you one good thing about the stay.

The appartement is located in an old and deserted b - The property was not too far from the city centre and the kitchen was clean The building is an old building and so my room and the bathroom had black molds on the ceiling which was really disturbing and affected my sleep. Had to open the window most of the time for fresh air.

Hari Narayana (1/5): AVOID !!! Not a safe place to STAY - This is not a safe place to stay. During the night, people around the property were openly using illegal drugs, which made the environment feel threatening and uncomfortable. I did not feel safe at all. The staff and property owner behaved very poorly. They took five days’ worth of my payment and promised multiple times that it would be refunded. That refund never happened. Instead, every day I was given a different excuse and a new story. There is no one physically present at the property if you need help. No reception, no support. The property is managed remotely, which makes the situation even worse when there is a serious issue. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this property if they care about safety, honesty, and basic customer support.

Kitchen was great well equipped with free tea. No tv in room. Bed was not the best to sleep on. No plis next to table to plug in the lamp on it. The online form was not easy to complete so I could not do it! The time part in particular was just a nightmare! The code on front door was not correct as per instructions. The location looked rather undesirable but otherwise was ok.

Franklin (3/5): Black mold, and questionable sanitation didn’t make the experience worth the price. - I really liked the proximity to the city center, you can have pretty quick access to shopping centers. The toilet was at least kept clean. There’s a large amount black mold on the corner of the ceiling, the fridge wasn’t really usable because it was already filled with other items from other people, the shower was clogged for most of my stay there (they fixed it on the last day) and so I showered with a lot of backfill from the drain. The power outlet is a legitimate fire hazard causing sparks upon using any electronics.

Kandu (4/5): Not a good place to stay for a long period. - I like the kitchen. Property was easy to locate Everything was provided. The photos on booking.com did not match the room we booked. We booked a big room with 2 separate beds but was told that it was under maintenance and they gave us a small room🥹. There was no WiFi making it very difficult for us. We were only offered one small towel. The toilet door can’t be locked. There was no convenient shop nearby.

Barbara (5/5): Bon potentiel mais mal entretenu. - le lit confortable et chaud Le chauffage impossible à régler: trop chaud au début, froid par la suite. Le boîtier de la douche qui fuit fortement, donc la pression d'eau dans le pommeau très basse.

Kelz (8/5): The property is nice, clean, and good value for money, with a good location. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The only issue - All was well except no tv No Tv in rooms

Visa dispute initiated/ Court action compensation claim as seller refused refund. Check in conditioned by fees on top of price already paid on booking.com

Chabokki (10/5): - I greatly appreciated the kind, welcoming, and polite housekeepers and staff who kept the entire house spotlessly clean every day. The constant warmth throughout December's winter made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed sets and towels were fresh, white, and clean, and I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. Thank you
Oisin (4/5): Solo travelling for a gig or to see Birmingham & your young, grand. Clean & comfortable not so much. Guy at chec - •Cheap •Easy Check In •Good location for walking distance/public transport I found a dirty pair of socks in my bed, they were not mine. The bed was extremely creaky.
Diana (1/5): I was disappointed with their delayed communication and unapologetic attitude. Would NOT recommend! - The door codes to access the flat did not work, and the contact number shared did not pick up when I tried calling (twice). I had to get another place to stay late in the night. When politely asked for a refund as I ended up not using the flat, they accused me of not following instructions carefully and proceeded to go silent. It was quite distressing for a lone traveller new to the city.

Mauro (1/5): Never, NEVER book here - Booked 3 weeks in advance. The day after i cannot use the free cancellation anymore, I get an email that states either i send ID documents + selfie or I cannot recieve check in instructions. On arrival, the check in code is not working. Worked magically 40 minutes later, after calling 2 times. Obvioisly, with no anrwer. Room is in a shared house, with 10 others: the door is broken, cannot be closed. Informed the owner that cannot stay like this, let alone leaving personal things in a room with no door. Ignored again. Decided to leave and go somewhere else. I'd rather sleep in the car next time, never NEVER book here.

Oleksiy (4/5): Hot stay in unwanted room. - Was warm, sometimes too warm. Clean. The room was different from the booking (looks like from the same property tho). Instead 35m room with a bed and couch we got a 10m even without a chair. The sealing was leaking. The locker lost its screws. Unclear instructions (the room key is supposed to be provided, was asked for return. However there was no key). Run out of toiletries. Can't use a washing machine because you need a key.
Danniella (1/5): Scary - As a solo female this was a horrible experience, firstly as I arrived people were doing drugs, the code for the door didn’t work and I was waiting outside for about 15 minutes, some young man who lived nearby tried to help and said this happens all the time. once I got in the door to the room was locked and someone from inside (who he was I have no idea as he didn’t introduce himself or his relation to the property) had to find a key which took a while, he then instructed me to make sure the door was locked at all times, the walls were paper thin and I could hear the other guests, it was dirty, the bathroom which is shared was disgusting, and another guest was constantly in and out every 10 minutes or so. the pics are not similar to what was advertised and there was a strange smell. I just got a terrible vibe from the place and ended up having a panic attack and decided I had to leave immediately in an unfamiliar city, so ended up paying an extortionate amount for a last minute hotel booking. I’ve stayed at a lot of different places in a lot of different locations as a solo female and I’ve never felt so unsafe. The uber I got to leave told me I’d done the right thing and he wouldn’t have stayed there either. I know it’s non refundable but I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay for something not properly advertised. I do not recommend this place for any women travelling or those with children.
Rajbir (1/5): Worst - Nothing The room had a foul smell. The beds were bad. Was not able to find the hotel with ease. Towels were not provided. The washroom had a issue that it does not drains the water properly. In nutshell, would not recommend anyone to stay there.
