• Світлана (5/5): В загальному непогано, але потрібно освіжити ремонт у ванній. - Раннє заселення, місце розташування непогане, було все необхідне для проживання Фото старі та трохи не відповідають дійсності, у душовій частково відсутня фарба і трохи грибку. В березні вночі прохолодно, кондиціонер не витягує нагрівати приміщення.

• Jakub (10/5): - Čistota Poloha Terasa a výhled z ní Vstřícnost hostitele, který okamžitě reagoval na dotazy a byl velice vstřícný se dřívějším check inem. Trochu jsme bojovali s topením, takže místy zima, ale druhý den už jsme na to přišli a bylo to v pořádku.

• Renata (10/5): - Totalny unikat. Budynek i mieszkanie przywodzi na myśl nowojorski styl lat 80-tych. Nowocześnie urządzone, przeszklone przestrzenie, bardzo duży, umeblowany taras z dwoma wyjściami. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres i wspaniała kawa dla gości, lepsza niż w większości kwater. Dzięki temu, że apartament znajduje się na 7 piętrze, widoki na miasto są cudowne. Okolica mniej turystyczna co dla nas zawsze jest atutem. Będąc w Bari ponownie zatrzymamy się tam znowu. Polecam lepszą jakość prania i wymianę ręczników na nowe, są już bardzo zniszczone i nie były świeże, dlatego niestety odejmuję punkty z oceny za czystość.

• Honorata (8/5): Lovely weekend in a cool apartment :) - The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything a guest might need. The balcony must be amazing for summer breakfasts. As nice as the apartment is, it's not suited for winter holidays. It gets very cold because there are windows on every wall and unfortunately the heaters (which are in every room, so a great advantage here) can't keep up.

Both the kitchen and the bathrooms were extensions of the property built like conservatories having a complete wall of windows . Too hot to shower for long in bathroom and could not use kitchen other than for making drinks . Tried to lower canopy to try and cool kitchen but would not move as broken . Also balcony by kitchen stank of sewage due to damaged down pipe by kitchen door . Look at photos to see real condition Worse place I have ever stayed at

• Paulina (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay in Bari was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation exceeded our expectations – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing with a coffee and enjoying the view. The location was also excellent – very close to the train station, which was super convenient, and just a short walk to the charming old town. Highly recommended!

• Aleka (10/5): Absolutely amazing! - Amazing apartment, full of light, terrace was our main spot :). Everything was clean and we also checked in earlier. Flat is 6-7 min from city centre and main street with all the shop, train station and main bus station 10 min by walk, Vecchia is also very closed. Host is so nice, he was really helpful about everything, he helped us regarding our luggage as we had flight late.
• Desislava (7/5): A bit below our expectations, but okay overall. The balcony was the highlight of this place for us - We asked if we could check-in early and we were allowed to do so around 13:30 which was very much appreciated. Balcony/Terrace was a huge plus for us. We spent a lot of time chilling there and planning our days. The sun hits us during the day, however there was an overhang that we could open which wasn't a problem at all. The place is located on the 7th floor, so having an elevator in the building was also appreciated. We thought the location wouldn't be ideal, however it worked out well for our travel plans. Shuttle bus from the airport has a middle stop a few min away. Train and Bus stops to the airport are close by as well. The couch extends to a bed so we were even thinking it would have been comfortable in terms of space for 4 people. For some reason the bedsheets when we moved in were put inside out on the bed and on one of the pillows. No idea why. We were also missing duvet/bedcover and only had a flat sheet. We've traveled before in Italy, in even warmer months, but we've always had some sort of a blanket in case we need it at night. Managed to find some thick blankets in the wardrobe and used those although they weren't exactly screaming "freshness" The coffee machine needs some deep cleaning. Shortly before checking out I emptied the container with used pods and noticed it hasn't been properly cleaned in a while, then noticed the water tank also looked moldy. On our first day we were told the check-out was at 10am. On our last day we noticed it was listed at 11am on our confirmation. After we asked the owner, we were told it was a mistake on bookings but we could checkout at 11am. Nice gesture from the owner, but quite inconvenient and confusing overall. There was some high pitched noise in the morning coming from somewhere in the apartment. We couldn't figure out where. It sounded like a kettle going off. One guess of ours was the bathroom heater/something above the toilet, but we are still not sure.

It was quite cold, there is no heating, you can only use air conditioner to warm up the space, but it's not enough. The floor was dirty, there was a lot of dark hair on the floor/in the kitchen/in the bathroom. Baby cot was broken, so I had to sleep with my baby...

We especially enjoyed - My partner and I really enjoyed the size of this apartment and location in Bari. It was very clean and had all of the facilities we needed. It was especially handy having a washing machine. Our host was very responsive and gave us some good restaurant recommendations in Bari. We would definitely recommend this apartment to couples travelling. The front door was very difficult to open.

• Deimantė (10/5): AMAZING STAY - Just an amazing apartment! It was very easy to get the keys, and as soon as we walked in, we were surprised by the extreme cleanliness and the overall wonderful layout of the apartment. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where you just need to put a sunbed and it will have everything you need for a longer stay. :D We were also impressed by the charming gesture of the owner leaving wine. The apartment is also equipped with a coffee machine, all the necessary tools, pots, etc. The rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV where you can watch youtube, netflix and everything else. The location is ideal and the view from the terrace is stunning. We were very, very, very satisfied! I would like to come back again! As I understood it, the air conditioning in the living room wasn't working, but that wasn't a big problem.
• Magdalena (8/5): Lovely - Lovely clean apartment with big terrace. Nice modern bathroom. A bit small but still ok. Big living room. Air conditioning was a big plus. Comfy bed. There was no ironing board or a kettle and the coffee machine wasn't working. You could do with some shelves in the bathroom cause there was no space to put the toiletries. Would be nice to have proper wine glasses rather than plastic. We still had a lovely stay despite all those small bits.

Responsive host helped with recommendations for places to eat. The kitchen area and corridor space were like a sun room so got very hot during the day. Also had some difficulty initially with parking but managed to sort it out it the end

It was permanently uncomfortable because of the cold; only heat from air conditioner, but it’s not enough. The second reason why I didn’t like this location was because no one came for cleaning in 5 nights that we booked
• Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place. Easy self check-in. Clean, spacious and full of light apartment. Beautiful large terrace with a possibilty of enjoing sunsets or fresh morning air. It is very good located, 10 mins from the old centre, nice park and big supermarket just round the corner. Nice neighbours. Full equipped kitchen. Bed is quite comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with a compliment of bottle of wine. Totally recomend.

Parking ability is great, the minor issue for me was that it’s 250m from the apartment and with many heavy bags it’s a bit difficult to cross busy streets of Bari There are few points that could be improved: 1) there are no hangers in the bathroom, no place where to hang towels 2) bathroom is literally flooded after taking a shower, it is leaking a lot and the floor is covered with water. I tried so much to be very careful, but didn’t help a lot 3) there were some food remaining in the fridge when I arrived

The shower was leaking from between the floor and the metal age of the shower. However, we were able to prevent this by showering in the back corner of the shower and use the hand held shower rather than the standing under the shower head.

We enjoyed our stay very much the house was well equipped and the owner is very friendly and responds immediately in messages. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect.
