- Olha (5/5): Незабутньо - Просторий номер делюкс, багато шаф, навіть дуже багато, дизайн самого приміщення. Адміністратор рецепції була привітна, мені випрали безкоштовно сорочку, це було неочікувано і приємно. Гарна кавʼярня Відсутність ліфту, сніданки з 10 ранку, дозвіл курити айкос в закритому приміщенні ресторану готелю, відсутність дитячого ліжка, дитячого стільчика в ресторані та меню. Розташування в старому житловому фонді міста, пішки до центру треба іти 15-20 хвилин, дорога дуже розбита. Відсутність парковки, ми запаркувались на дорозі, але тут просто пощастило. Я дуже не рекомендую парам з дітьми до 3 років 100%, готель та персонал до цього не готові. Якщо ви молода пара, яка хоче отримати трошки паризького вайбу в обслуговуванні - вам зайде. Якщо ви відпочиваєте в Україні в готелях типу Емілі, Маунтін, Хвоя ви будете розчаровані. Обирали між цим та готелем Вікторія в центрі, тож точно краще ніж Вікторія поки немає, нажаль

- Vitalii (8/5): - Новий готель сучасні меблі та обладнання. Ввічливий та уважний персонал. На жаль як для мене були не зовсім якісні спальні принади а саме синтетична подушка (одного високого розміру) синтетичний та не комфортний матрац.
- Ann (9/5): Це дуже красиве місце куди хочеться повертатися знову і знову! - Це неймовірно чисте, сучасне, красиве та просторе помешкання. Дуже сподобалося все: розташування, наявність критої парковки, привітний персонал і відчуття краси коли там перебуваєш. Є кухня з усім необхідним і абсолютно чистим для приготування та споживання їжі. Немає ліфта, це не прям критично, але так як стелі дуже високі, то і сходами йти треба певний час. Це стосується лише тих кому важко ходити сходами.

- Iryna (10/5): В Чернівцях - тільки Ridge - Сподобалось все. Відпочивали вже вдруге і точно знаємо - якщо Чернівці, то тільки Ridge. Дуже зручні, затишні, обладнані всім необхідним номери, обслуговування, місце розташування, місце для паркінгу автомобіля - все сподобалось. І ще в ресторані дуже смачно. Коли відпочивали вперше - куштували лиш сніданки. Дуже смачні. А вдруге ходили на вечерю. Дуже смачно. Можу сміливо рекомендувати.

Особливо сподобалися шампунь та кондиціонер для волосся - аромат божественний😍 В кімнаті було тепло, тепла підлога. Шумоізоляція - супер. Сусідів ми не чули. Сніданки у вартість не входять але в готелі є чудовий ресторан де можна поснідати чи повечеряти. Не було халатів. І не попереджають що додаткове ліжко для дитини буде платним. 500грн в день. За 2 дні - 1000грн. Ми заплатили, тому що воно було потрібне, але ні на букінгу ні по телефону нам не повідомили що дана послуга буде платною, тому це був сюрприз 🙂

- Khrystyna (10/5): В цілому помешкання дуже сподобалось. Рекомендую. - Перше враження дуже гарне! Красиво все оздоблено, чисто, гарно. Ввічливий адміністратор, зустрів, провів, розказав і показав. Розташування не прям близько до центральних вуличок, але ми приїхали гуляти, тому нам пройтися було норм. Нарікань немає, але є деякі моменти, що загалом не псують враження, але вони є) Все наче й нове, але кнопка зливу унітазу відпадає, треба користуватись акуратно. Кришка на пульті відпала і не закривається. Двері у ванну кімнату через ущільнювач не закриваються. Також в душовій кабіні треба краще вимити внизу стіну і підлогу. У вартість номеру входить сніданок, ціна 800грн за двох. Сніданок починається з 10, так сказав адміністратор, ми прийшли в 10, а кухарі почали сходитись о 10:05. Замовляли по меню, можна було обрати будь-який сніданок. На смак не погано, але в цілому не дуже, булочки-тости… кава входила у вартість сніданку - була смачна. Сам ресторан виглядає красиво.

- Svitlana (10/5): Найкращі враження від готелю. Щиро рекомендуємо! - Дуже комфортне помешкання з cучасним свіжим ремонтом, облаштоване всім необхідним. В номері продумано все до дрібниць, було дуже тепло та затишно. Персонал привітний, зустріли на вулиці та допомогли з багажем. Найкращий сервіс! Щиро дякуємо та рекомендуємо це помешкання з упевненістю!

- Anton (10/5): Це просто неймовірно - Ridge - це любов з першого дотику! Тут все продумано до дрібниць і зроблено так, щоб гість відпочив і душею і тілом: ванна, з якої не хочеться виходити; ліжко, з якого не хочеться вставати. Особливо хочу відзначити, що тут не просто чисто, а стерильно чисто! Сніданок у номер був дуже смачний, а сирники виявилися найсмачнішими, які я коли-небудь їв! Під час наступної поїздки до Чернівців зупинюся тільки в апартаментах Ridge. Потрібно почистити чайник від накипу

- Inna (9/5): - Все зручно. Близько до центру. Вікна на вулицю з брусківкою. Спати краще в бірушах (біруші в номері є).

- vtlbk (8/5): - На рецепції швидко реагували та допомагали вирішувати проблеми. Наявність кухонних приладів. Приємна косметика та засоби гігієни. Великий Смарт-ТВ. Кав'ярня на першому поверсі та супермаркет поруч. Не має можливості відрегулювати температуру у помешканні. Не працювала підсвітка дзеркала у ванній. Капці поганої якості.
- Inna (6/5): Для мене не адекватне співвідношення ціни та якості. За цю ціну хотілося відпочинку, тиші та спокою, а не сидіти на обез - Нормальний ремонт, багато шаф для зберігання речей, кухня. Не дуже далеко від центру міста. Взагалі відсутня шумоізоляція. Зверху сусіди гупали, внизу гудів і смердів генератор, а потім ще в ресторані від готелю почався концерт. Вікна що закриті, що ні, різниці в шумі немає. Плюс чути весь транспорт з вулиці. Посуд та постіль не дуже чисті.
